In this current world of on-line ordering for pick-up, you guys really need to have someone working the pick-up area consistently! Three of us stood there for a long time waiting to be acknowledged to pick up our orders and no one spoke to us! I had to ask someone if our orders were ready! It's not a great way to run your business right now! Pick-up orders are also taking way too long to make! Customers have come in, ordered and gotten their food all the while I'm still waiting for my sandwich that I ordered 25 minutes ago on-line! Ridiculous! Love the sandwiches. But they really need to fix thier online ordering issues. When you walk into the store and are the 4th in line and it takes over an hour to get your sandwich because they keep telling the walk ins they won't serve them till they catch up on online orders is bad business. read more

I noticed sandwich maker using the same spatula that was just sitting in the mayonnaise on every sandwich. I wanted some of the red chili paste but noticed that it was cross contaminated with the mayo and both were just open with no lids and looked old and gross and I am allergic to Mayonnaise. The employees are not watching the customers and making sure that they are distancing in line. I usually don't leave a lot of yelp reviews. But when I went to this location a sprinkler named Lilly completely turned my day around. She went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. ordered my 6 sandwiches over the phone. Actually got it right for a change but cheated me out of $100 worth of shore points. addressed the issue with management they said they would fix it. Waited now 15 days with no resolve. Doesn't take a PhD to punch in a code and give the system the receipt number to add the points. We love the sandwiches here and come very often. Today, I forgot my wallet at home. The manager was so patience and supper friendly. After I tried Apple Pay without any success, he was willing to let me take the sandwiches home and pay him on the phone. However, I asked my daughter text me a picture of my credit card. The manager then helped to input the information in manually. The whole ordeal took him extra 15 minutes to deal with me! But he was smiling and saying nice things the whole time! Very unsatisfied with their service and staff today. Came in with my coworker for our lunch break, we waited in line and placed our order only to be notified AT THE REGISTER that they were only accepting cash for the day! I rarely ever carry cash on me so I had no cash to pay for our lunch, I ask if I can place an online order so that I can pay for it that way and the cashier tells me that he would have no way to know that it's been paid for since their system was not working and then asks me if I was told that it was cash only. I then proceed to tell him that I was not notified but I was greeted when I walked in which would of been the perfect opportunity for the staff member to mention that detail. I then proceed to leave my already made subs at the register and try to find a way to get some cash. I manage to go to the grocery store, get some cash back and pay for our food, was not given my receipt to redeem my points or apology for the inconvenience of their failure to mention cash only for the day and when I suggested to the cashier they should tape a sign to the door saying cash only she just gave me a sarcastic smile and rolled her eyes at me as I'm the one who's in the wrong. My coworker and I only get a 30 minute break and more than half of that was wasted trying to get some cash to pay for lunch. Now we get to go back to work not eat and have soggy cold subs later today. YUM! This review really deserves no stars! read more

Jersey Mike's has always been a favorite sandwich shop of mine. Unfortunately they took away the location in Burbank I was glad to see however that the Toluca Lake/NoHo location is just as good! Nina was particularly friendly and helpful :) Definitely worth the 15 min trip read more

Jersey Mike's WAS my Go To sandwich place UNTIL one day I ordered a sandwich via a delivery app. The sandwich arrived and I took a huge bite into the first half of it. Hanging down from the remainder of the sandwich from which I had just taken a bite, was a loooong, straggley hair and it was dripping down from the smashed avocado on the sandwich. I almost puked right there. This was about 4 months ago and the order total with delivery was almost $40! I have emailed with the manager of the store, spoken on the phone with them AND most recently went inside the restaurant. To this day, no money has been refunded to me via the delivery app or Jersey Mike's. The delivery service did not make the sandwich with the hair in it, the restaurant did!! Jersey Mike's is responsible; not the delivery service. However, I have been asking BOTH for a refund and neither one comes through. $40 for a turkey and avocado with the added HAIR hanging down? I am not sure what it was like for them when they started out at this new location, but I had a very easy experience today. My order was ready on time, the food was fresh and when I called, someone answered within a couple rings. I thought the interior was so unexpected, with a fresh beachy vibe. Not sure why this location only has a 3 star rating overall. I've been eating here almost weekly since it opened (this is a relocation from across town that moved because a furniture store took over the entire building they were in). Their service has been excellent considering how busy they get. They still move the customers through in decent time. The sandwiches I've bought for myself and my family have always been delicious. Their bread is very good especially in comparison to places like Subway whose bread is no better quality than a hotdog bun. Jersey puts ample quantity of meat and ingredients in their sandwiches too. Great choices, great food, great place. I highly recommend it. read more

I ordered 2 sandwiches through the app with a pick up time of 7:05, I arrived at 7:05.... sandwiches were not ready I waited another 10 minutes.... asked what the delay was.....I was informed there was a mix up with my sandwich we will get right on it....I waited another 5 minutes and finally got my food when the manager was informed of what happened he did not acknowledge me, he did not acknowledge what happened....I will never go back there again.... read more

I've done a mobile app order 3 times, when I've been in a hurry. Not once has it been ready on time. 5-10 minutes past the scheduled time. It's very frustrating when you have to have lunch back to the others at a certain time. read more

My first time at Jersey Mike's. I feel bad that the owner of the strip mall has been renovating for MONTHS and killing all the businesses there for no reason other than to improve aesthetics....anyway, my overall impression of this location is fine. I ordered a mini sub which is plenty and a small drink. I was surprised to see the cc terminal ask you if you wanted to tip....not good...you feel the pressure to tip and while I used to tip everywhere I went, I realized how much money I was spending on a task that I did not do 10 years ago...however if service is above and beyond, or it's a slow time in a shop I will tip. So for $10+ I got a mini sub, drink and a tip. Not a huge value, but sandwich was very good, fountain drink not so good. I was surprised at the so few things you can add to the sandwich but I guess I am Subway spoiled. But I did enjoy the sandwich very much and the guys behind the counter were SUPER! You felt like they really appreciated you being there...and it was very fast! read more
