Loved it! My experience with this Jersey Mike's is a great one. I absolutely love coming in and watching how fast the staff works and how attentive they are. The subs are also really good! My favorite is the #9, The Club Supreme. This was my first experience trying Mikes. I didn't like that they cut all the various meats using the same slicer without cleaning it or wiping it down. The bread was too chewy and the sandwich was overloaded with lettuce. The cheese was so thinly sliced you couldn't even taste it. To be honest, not much real taste to the sandwich overall. Also it was ridiculously expensive for a regular turkey sandwich - $7.95. I won't be back. I had high hopes when I walked in but was sadly disappointed. read more

Great subs. Walked in today for my first time and there was a line and I decided to wait when I got to the deli slicer I had no idea what to order I asked the girl cutting meat what she likes. So it's Saturday night at 845pm and it's almost closing time. We are on our way back from Orange County and my husband is starved. He wants Jersey Mike's. Mind you, we passed 3 of them on the way to this one because I refuse to go to any other one. Their service and sandwiches are THE BEST here at this location. So I called around 845pm and asked if the still take phone orders. I spoke to Jameson who was super cool and he said sorry we don't but if you get by 9 pm we will be happy to make your order. So we made it at 855pm and Jameson and Kaitlyn greeted me with a smile and took my order. Now I get it. I worked in a fast food place and NOTHING was worse then someone walking in right before closing -right after you cleaned the grill. But these 2 did not make me feel bad. In fact as I was apologizing for coming in so last minute, they insisted that is was absolutely no problem. I must say KUDOS to both of them for the great customer service and the amazing sandwiches. This is my favorite location of all the local Jersey Mike's. I like the super sub, and the turkey .. and those are great pretty much wherever I go, but this location seems to be the quickest and best energy among, and from the staff. I went in during a lunch break from work and was out of there within what felt like 5 minutes. The girl (sorry I missed her name) up front took my order from behind the counter so I didn't even have to wait in line for them to get my sandwich started. The guy Dustin managed to greet me and check up on my sandwich while making multiple sandwiches himself in the back.. he had great energy which then seemed to be contagious among the rest of the staff. So two thumbs up to this spot. There are a bunch of food spots right around it, but I'd suggest stopping in for a great Sammie and great service! read more

I ordered a veggie wrap with bacon through DoorDash a bit ago. I got a cold sandwich with no melted cheese and no bacon after having paid for it. Called and the manager was kind of a dick about it. Walked there despite having a dog that's violently ill to make sure I had something to eat today. Got the sandwich replaced, got home and there's still ice cold cheese. Every time I've ordered the sandwich in person, the cheese and bacon get cooked together it's good it's part of the experience but fuck this lazy location. Horrible customer service to boot. Just lost over an hour of my time and still haven't gotten what I ordered clearly- twice. read more

I was starving and jersey mikes is sooooo good, but after going to this location starving, ordering my food and waiting for a hot sub, I was told by the workers that they cannot accept my 50 dollar bill...at lunch time. What the heck kinda business doesn't accept bills over 20? 2 large sandwiches and it's over $20... So you can't pay for your $25 food with a $50. Are we not in America? How does a business in America refuse to accept legal tender? This jersey mikes should be closed down and should never deny a loyal paying customer because they want to pay for their $25 meal with a $50 dollar bill. As a regular patron of this great Sub shop, it is difficult to write this. With Covid raging in Los Angeles, and mandatory regulations for food service workers, I have twice in one week witnessed a worker allow his face mask to only cover his mouth. The second time, I told him to pull up his face...he smirked pulled it up and then allowed it to fall back down and proceeded to handle my food. Needless to say as a person at high risk, I will not be returning until the pandemic calms down. I hear Fire House Subs are good....maybe they are more successful managing their personnel. Order 2 sandwiches and some extras (chips, brownies, sodas) tonight through Postmates. When the food came it was not what we had ordered - 2 sandwiches, no extras, and the sandwiches were wrong. Of course got a refund from Postmates but I also decided to call the store just to let them know how wrong they got it. The nicest manager came on the phone and looked my order up. She noted a mistake with the orders (two orders under the same first name) and said my order was still sitting on the counter. She then offered to deliver me the correct order herself! I said that wasn't necessary, but she insisted. Sure enough, within 10 minutes she was at my house with the correct order. What great service! She went above and beyond what she needed to do. She was professional, helpful, and offered many solutions even though I said I just wanted her to know about the error for the business sake. The food was great, as usual. But the service! My friend and I made the silly decision to go to PizzaRev for some gluten-free dinner and asked for some ranch....they gave us something that tasted exactly Cesar dressing and kept calling it ranch. I always go to the Jersey Mikes in Redondo Beach. The staff there is friendly and professional. I want praise your worker RJ from that location. Friday I called in an order to be picked up. When I got there the order was not ready. A gentleman making sandwiches was really busy so I was not aware he was paying attention. While waiting I asked if I could pay now so I could just leave when the sandwiches came out. The gentleman that was so busy actually asked another person to come out to ask me what I ordered and my name. Within minutes my order came out. Then the person who rang up the order asked me for my card back. I handed it to him and I saw a credit on the machine. I asked him what was going on so he pointed to RJ who said you have waited so long and patiently and we appreciate it so I gave you a credit. As busy as RJ was he was well aware of what was happening on the other side of the counter. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! These particular place has variety of sandwich that you prefer to eat, from cold cut to hot sub sandwich. I was referred by my husband to widened my selections when it comes to sandwich. First order I had, is big kahuna cheese steak and it's really good with good gooey cheese, hot and very moist for the first time and he got italian cold cut sandwich with swiss cheese,fresh tomato, lettuce and italian dressing with a lil bit sprinkle black pepper. It was really good because of fresh ingredients and affordable price. The place is clean and they got A rating which means they have first class clean business. The only negative I can say is you have wait longer because the long line and i'm willing to wait for the sake of sandwich. It's a good place for groups or couples as well as individuals. I've been to two different locations to see if maybe the first one was just not on top of their game. Confirmed; disappointed both times. But the thing that infuriated me the most was the way they try to coerce customers into tipping 20%? WTF? Since when customers picking up their sandwiches at the counter are supposed to tip? Come on' now, that's just too much. I'm happy to tip at sit-down restaurants where the server brings my food and waits on me, but here?? No way!! they lost me as a customer.
