I am extremely disgusted by the practices promoted by this location I remember the days where jiffy lube was the spot to not get ripped off but I guess all good things come to an end! This location said they'd give me a "free" fuel booster only to realize it was a $19 charge. They asked if I wanted my air filter replaced I said no only to see they charged me $46 for the filter. The offered to "top" off my coolant but then they said it was too low so they "flushed" the coolant system in 5 min and charged me $140. This is ridiculous. Great way to ruin a great business model. I got a synthetic oil change here. When I got my car home I checked the oil level to find the oil level wasn't on the dipstick. I took the car back to Jiffy Lube. They ended up adding a quart of oil. To me, this is unacceptable. You do one thing here, oil changes. I usually do my own oil changes. I won't make the mistake of letting Jiffy Lube change my oil again. read more
