This location is amazing! All the team in the am crew were extremely professional and polite. They did a superb job in completing my oil change in record time. The team also topped the other fluids in my car, checked and filled low tire pressure, vacuumed my floors, and cleaned my windshield. I was able to use apply a coupon for a full synthetic oil change. I went to Jiffy Lube on Main St. In Irvine, CA for an oil change and tire rotation. I left the parking lot and pulled out into the main highway. As I accelerated and was in the middle of the highway, I heard this horrific grinding noise and saw my two left tires (having come off my car) rolling around in the street in front of me! Thank goodness, there was no other car behind or around me as I hit the brakes, and I was not physically injured, however traumatized. I found the JL Mgr. very rude, not empathetic and not even willing to give me his insurance information at that time. My invoice stated that the car completed service was inspected by the Mgr, which was incorrect. The facility had displayed total negligence and I could have been killed! I would never recommend having service done at that Jiffy Lube business. read more

Came in for an oil change, tire check and fluid top-off. Estimate was $65. Ended up getting two new axles and ball joints, price was $1,160!!!! Plus, the dashboard lights went out and they claim it was already like that when it got there! I'm stuck trusting these guys but feel like I need a specialist to deal with these problems and not this place. I asked them why they didn't call me and tell me the dashboard was dead?! If the computer is failing I wouldn't want to invest $1100 in this 14 year old car! Too late, the MANAGER noticed it, included this in the report but DIDN'T CONSIDER NOTIFYING ME!!! I may have wasted $1100 on a old hybrid which now needs electrical work on top of the chassis work they did. If you read below you can see customer service asking for my contact info... I GAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO THEIR OUTLET MANAGER! Obviously they don't bother to call the manager regarding my complaint. read more

The service was fast and efficient for my 2010 MBZ ML350. I got my oil and 2 filters changed, plus some bulbs replaced in my headlights for $289. I'm not sure if the pricing was good, though. All in all the service was good. read more

Some lady put a bad review about getting the wrong oil put in her car when actually in comparison the oil used by Jiffy Lube was a superior brand and cost 10.00 per quart at Walmart while other brand is only 7.00, She took the word of some tech from another shop and went off on these guys for no wrong doing. Just paid $$$ for the Jiffy Lube "full service". Noticed that my tires looked a little low and asked if they checked. Manager confirmed (twice) that they checked and the tires were fine. But I went to my tire shop to check and all the tires were at 32 when they should have been at 35. I know it's not a huge difference, but honesty and integrity matters. Plus, I pay the extra at Jiffy Lube so I don't have to make an extra trip to check my tires. We'll... at least I did. Won't anymore, at least not this branch. read more
