My first time visiting Jiffy Lube so i wasnt sure what to expect. I always goto the dealership for my oil change and wait 3 to 4 hours on Saturdays. I thought that was the norm. I have been going to my dealership for oil changes just because it was what was familiar, but I had enough of the poor treatment and sub par customer service, high prices, and overpriced maintenance suggestions that you don't even need so I decided to give this Jiffy Lube a try! It was pouring rain but David greeted me with all smiles, a positive attitude and 5-star worthy customer service. Got my car out in less than 15 minutes and paid less than $100 with a coupon. This is the best Jiffy Lube/oil change I've ever been to!!! Every time I come, they greet me warmly and explain exactly what kind of services they're offering. They never pressure you into getting a service you don't need. Sometimes they even vacuum my carpets for free as an extra service. I love it here so much that even after I moved to northern California, I waited until I was visiting Irvine to come here for my oil change because nowhere else compares. I have been to this location a number of times. They always give amazing service and are quick and polite. I'm not a car person so it's hard for me to understand sometimes what's needed maintenance wise and what the normal prices. I don't have to worry about any of that here. The prices are affordable and more importantly I trust the recommendations because of the people who work here. I was in yesterday and David was especially helpful he even showed me the filters he was changing out which really gave me a peace of mind that they needed to me changed. Hopped on the freeway to head to work and my indicator started flashing.....luckily it was just windshield wiper fluid, but anyone that owns a Subaru knows that the indicator light takes up the entire digital speedometer and is just a distracting bright Orange spot light in your face. Stoped by jiffy lube real quick to see if I could buy some fluid and head out real quick. Was pleasantly surprised when David told me to just pull up and topped off my wiper fluid free of charge. Even when offered to pay he said it was fine and seeing him interact with other customers gave me a sense that he was proud of his work and knew his excellent customer service would be enough to bring back customers. He's right. Although I haven't gotten my serviced there (yet) I will be back in the future the next time I need an oil change or something. read more

Very quick service, I like how they vacuum the interior, and clean your windows as well. I'm taking one star away simply because I feel like their staff needs a quick training on correct verbiage when selling. I was told my car "requires" premium oil but was given the option to also select an oil grade below? Then he flips the word to "recommended" when referring to the premium oil. It was a little confusing but I responded with "well if it's required for my vehicle please use the premium." Now I'm not sure if that was an up-sale attempt or not but if it is, please freshen up the sales techniques of your employees. Thanks for the quick service! read more
