The people here were nice enough but they did not drain the old oil from my car and overfilled it by a quart and half. I didn't realize they had done this, as they didn't show me the oil stick before I left (which I suppose is my bad, I should have asked them to show me). My car soon after began emitting a burning smoke from the exhaust and started stalling as the oil overflowed. It cost me over $600 to repair and I will be reporting this business for the negligence. Great location for oil change and tire rotation because while I waited, I worked out across the street at 24HR fitness. Jonathan greeted me immediately and answered all my questions about my car. Told me my estimated wait time and if I took longer to return, then my car would be parked in one of their spaces. When I picked up my car, Aaron reviewed in detail the services on my car as well as advising they topped off the fluids. In addition vacuumed the carpets and cleaned my car windows! Did some shopping around and they were half the price of Pep Boys and less than local garages. They didn't take reservations, so I just brought my car in the same day and everything was done very quickly and professionally. Very satisfied with the service. I usually steer clear of Jiffy Lube because, you know how it goes, it's a hard sell every time. You can never go there without one of the technicians coming into the waiting room and trying to push you to change your air filter, or your brake fluid, or wiper blades, or some random part of your car. It's classic upselling, and Jiffy Lube is notorious for it. This Jiffy Lube is no exception in that regard. However, the people here are super nice and they actually don't push very hard. The reason I decided to come here is I received a coupon in the mail for a $22.99 Signature Service Oil Change (normally $37.99); but if you don't have a coupon, they offer $12 off with Yelp check-in. The service was fast, and they even vacuumed the interior and cleaned my windows. So if you need a quick oil change and don't want to make an appointment at your regular service center, then you could do much worse than to come here. I've been here twice already and was a happy customer both times. read more
