The service at Jiffy Lube from the beginning of opening my door, to offer me the services that they have. It feels very homey and that they were genuine and did a great job there is one mechanic and particular named Tim Angelosanto that was of huge help with all his Help with the other employees made it a great experience. Very fast for and helpful. I normally go to Kia for my car to get oil changes decided to make a change and I'm glad I did. I pulled up to see if they even had the oil filter for my truck because last time they didn't and had to wait 2 hours for it to show up. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come out to help me and nothing. There was only 1 car in front of me. I don't recommend this jiffy lube to anyone. Go to another store. Came mid-afternoon on a weekday and waited less than 30 minutes to get my oil changed for under $30. There was a manager's special so I didn't have to find coupons. Employees were courteous. They didn't try to hard sell me on anything and I liked that they showed me the engine oil from the dipstick upon leaving to make sure that they changed the oil properly. Attention customers/future-customer let this be a warning. Example: 350z Nissan requires a crush washer on my drain plug (copper). Jiffy lube caused a leak that lead to mechanical engine failure because Jiffy lube Re-used an item that needs to be replaced every-single-time that plug opens according to the manufacturer. Ultimately, they kept giving an obvious uneducated line "my vehicle burns oil it is normal". Finally engine failure. I replaced the engine. Went to Jiffy Lube for regular service. Only this time I put a dye test afterwards. Black light indicated it came from the drain plug. Is Jiffy Lube going to reimburse me? -no If corporate wants to reach out and reimburse me and make this right they're more than welcome to. But I will never take any of my vehicles there. Due to their obvious lack of knowledge. My oil filter to signed "...savage" I'm disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism of this establishment. At least use an aftermarket drain plug gasket! Stop using the same crush washer that it drove in with! read more

I went to this location to have a diagnostic done on my vehicle. I was greeted by A Great Big Hi how are you like the person at the behind the counter had known me for years. Her name was Lauren. Not only was Lauren extremely knowledgeable, but she was able to get us a diagnostic on our car for free and explained everything that was wrong to us in detail, and in the order of what was most important safety wise. They were not trying to get any more money out of us then what was needed for the job on our vehicle. The customer service here is outstanding and because of Lauren herself I will definitely return to this Jiffy Lube over and over again. Ruben the manager charged me $50 to change a filter on the oil change. Since then, my car's "not enough oil" sensor went on. I went back and he said too bad it is what it is. I said it wasn't there before I change the oil and I need a solution or at least an explanation. And he told me to take a hike. The only thing I know about cars is how to drive one. I depend on mine to take me to work and school. I had learned recently that I had to do something to my half shafts on both sides and something else to the rack and pinion. Don't ask me what, because I don't know. The manager, however, tried her hardest to explain it to me in the most simple and understandable terms. Unfortunately they went right over my head anyway, but now my car is fixed! I've been going there for my 5000 mile oil change for several months. I drive for Uber so I go there all the time and have been happy. I go there today to get front brakes done. It started to grind so I carefully drive over to get it done. They quoted me $149.00 to do front pads and resurface my rotors. I rubbed my hand on rotor and a bit scuffed. I informed them I don't want or need a rotor and they tell me it's beyond repair and I need new one and they said they cannot do job without replacing rotor. I left and went to 2 shops down the street and both said rotor wasn't damaged that bad and I had the work done. I will never go there again. I get my oil changed about every 6 weeks but not with this place. read more

After calling a different location, this one seemed like a winner because they were not slammed on a Saturday morning (yet). The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. The person who was at the front desk was busy but was very friendly and helpful when it was my turn as well. I really needed my tires' air adjusted and they did it complimentary there. The person that serviced my car scanned it and quickly filled it and I was on my way. From all of the experiences with those employees, they have me wanting to return when I need auto service. Currently at Jiffy Lube and came in to get my oil changed. I always trust Jiffy Lubes recommendations because they are extremely honest and do a thorough check on your engine. If I had not come into Jiffy lube I would not have known that my brake fluid oil was contaminated.
