I went to 5 other dentist before a client of mine suggested this office and Dr. Do. 5 And everyone of them wanted to change the teeth I have rather than work with the teeth I have. Crowns, Crowns ,Crowns, Root Canal, Go see someone else is what I heard oh And that insurance won't cover it, but here's our cash price...aha! Not one of them was going to take the time that Dr. Do did , explain things the way Dr Do did to see if there was a simpler solution and save My teeth. My insurance company suggested and allowed me to get numerous appointments until I found one, in their words, "has your best interest in mind". Not an easy task, but I think I finally did in Dr. Do. He was very clear that what we are trying may not be the final answer to my issues but at least he was willing to explore it and that's a great start for me and appreciate his willingness to take that approach with My teeth. If we need to do more invasive procedures I will be doing them with Dr. Do! read more

The doctors were very patient, professional and quick with their operations. Their entire staff is kind and considerate. I've been to other dentistry places that make you feel like you're being drilled into eternity but here it felt like a gentle and exact operation. That means no unnecessary pain for the patient . What I like the most about Just Dental is that the staffs are super nice and dedicated. Tina and Ann are my favorite DAs as they helped me out a lot and made me feel comfortable while the doctor was cleaning my teeth. Doctor Jenny is so unique and professional. Wow...I usually hate going to the dentist but after reading reviews, I decided to come here and I do not regret it one bit! The dentist was so kind and friendly and talked me through everything he was doing. He even recommended me to come back for another cleaning and explained why whereas other places just tell you to do a procedure "because it's recommended". I came in for a tooth exam. They forgot to give me back my driver's license. they told me to come back the day and will be closed at 6pm. The sign on their door says I'll be closed at 7pm. Yet I am here at 5:45 and it is closed. There is a lack of communication between staff. Edit: I came back on the day after, which was a Saturday to get my driver's license. On their office hours that was posted on the door and on the front desk said they were open until 1pm. When I came at 10:45 the door was locked and no one was inside. I am just frustrated because there is no clear hour's of operation. Nothing was posted about holiday changes. read more

Called the office last minute to take my left wisdom tooth out. Everyone was cordial, flexible and professional. I cancelled my appointment at another facility because they were rude and highly unprofessional. Let me tell you. Dr. Tran was splendid and an expert at taking my tooth out. He was gentle, understanding and very informative. I felt so comfortable and felt like my choice was perfect. Like other reviews, I had gone to another place because I had a toothache , they told me to do root canal but they will charge too high. So I look for other places to pay less until my boyfriend found Just Dental from yelp and we try. They are friendly and trustworthy. The doctor give a good advise and very good take care. Let's just say I am terrified of dentists and when I came here I didn't experience any anxiety like I would before at my previous dentists office.
