Great food and excellent service. The restaurant is amazing and very well maintained.

    Edamame & 2 lava rolls

My daughter and I ordered take out from Kamiya as we wanted to have a lazy night at home. We ordered 2 lava rolls and edamame. The food was ready when we arrived, chopsticks, soy sauce and napkins were already in our order. Once we arrived home, we thoroughly enjoyed the sushi. The fish was extremely fresh, it melted in our mouths when we ate it! Not all sushi travels well, this did!

Love boat for 2! So beautiful and delicious!

After the brief post-Covid hiatus, Kamiya went back to being my favorite sushi place! Always awesome!

My boyfriend and I have made this our date spot on Wednesdays. We specifically come for the nigiri, it always taste so fresh and mouth watering. Today we also tried the crab rangoons which were pretty good, seaweed salad which was great and we had a spicy garlic edamame. Zoe took care of us and we love her! 10/10 recommend

Spacious, comfortable and relaxing dining experience. Food is great tasting and fresh. Customer service is excellent by owner and staff. My favorite sushi restaurant in Jacksonville this far!

Delicious and fresh tasting sashimi. Mini Toro bowl and sashimi deluxe hit the spot for this picky sushi eater. Definitely a must try if you're in Jax beach

    Best clear soup ever
    Jessica V.

My go to sushi spot at the beach. Good lunch specials and great happy hour. Sushi is always fresh and service is great. This restaurant has tons of seating and is great for large groups. Although everything I've had here is delicious, the eel and avocado roll is the best I've had and the clear soup is shockingly good and different from any other clear soup I've had at a sushi place. It's rich and has depth to it far beyond your typical clear soup. Check this place out, especially during happy hour. Note that there are multiple locations and they include different rolls at different locations for their lunch special.

Tasteless tofu, dry rice noodles, hair on top of the sushi and questionable-looking pieces of supposed chicken.

I had the Naam Lum Yai (Longan Juice) to drink, which was a sweet fruit juice that I would compare to lychee. It was delicious, and definitely something to try if you like a sweet, non-alcoholic drink. The two special menu items that I tried were the Moo Ping (Grilled Pork Skewers) and Thai Boat Noodle Soup with pork. The grilled pork skewers were simple but tasted great. They came three to an order and were a great, protein forward appetizer to the meal. I also tried their vegan wings, which is a unique dish I haven't seen anywhere else in the area. My favorite dish was their Thai Boat Noodle Soup. I find it hard to discover delicious soups that are filling and deliver in strong flavors, but this one absolutely hits those marks. It had a great combination of savory and sweet, which was totally unexpected but worked together beautifully. The broth alone was so delicious, and the sliced pork really elevated the dish. I also enjoyed the noodle choice. The chef did a great job with this one. The meal as a whole was well balanced, and I left feeling with my tummy feeling satisfied. This special menu will return on Saturday, April 11th and Sunday, April 12th, and I highly recommend you stop in for that amazing soup!!! Although I did not get a chance to try a cocktail, their menu was extremely creative, and from what I saw on their account, each drink is presented in a really fun display. The owner, Noom, was so sweet to everyone in the establishment and will welcome you in with open arms!

We tried the crab Rangoon which had five pieces in it. Our group liked it. The kids chicken was good, the green emerald curry with veggie extra eggplant, Panang curry with chicken and drunkman noodle with steak also a success. I forgot to get before pictures. Pictures are posted from after everybody ate. We did family style at home Ordered to go. We got zero or one spice level on the food and only one of the dishes turned out for one person the other three thought it was good. So I feel like they're Respectful when we try to get low spice. Will order here again.

We ordered a couple of appetizers to start. I had the Satay and she had the steamed Gyoza. My Satay was very good and I liked that there were big pieces of peanut in the dipping sauce. She liked her Gyoza a lot and really liked that it wasn't slippery like it can be when it's steamed. I had Beef Pad Thai for my entree and I went with spice level 1. I liked that their version isn't overly sweet like it can be elsewhere. I don't really mind when it's sweet but I also like knowing that there's somewhere I can go when I don't want that. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that spice level 1 was very easy for me to get through. My wife ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice. 90% of why she ordered it was because it's served in a pineapple! She went with spice level 1 as well and said she could easily go to 2 or maybe even 3 in the future. The rice itself was good and she loved the chunks of pineapple all through it. We both had plenty to take with us which will make for a great lunch tomorrow. I'm glad we finally tried this place we've heard so many good things about. We will be back! On a Saturday night around 7 PM we were immediately sat and provided great service. Place was about half full, had a quiet vibe, however, good for large groups as a group of 15 people came in when we were leaving. I was highly impressed with both the curries we got for our table. The Green curry might have stolen the show. I loved the tofu in the other curry and would probably choose that again next time. Highly recommend for authentic Thai food.
