I made a reservation via Yelp but it looked like they didn't really take it into consideration, still got a number in line like everyone else. The 3 girls working the front were very scattered, need a better system. This place get super busy so we went at 5pm for dinner. They have a really good buffet. I don't normally do buffet but I go here all the time and I also take friends and family when they are in town visiting. It's clean, food fresh, and the fried Blue Crabs are great! The service is good just remember it's a buffet and they are always busy. read more

This location tends to be packed. If you have smaller parties you can seat almost immediately though but some may require a call ahead reservation for a large group because they have to rework the tables to accommodate. The food was nice, typical Chinese buffet but has special offerings most don't like the fried whole crabs. They also offer disposable gloves to use to serve yourself at the plate stations. read more

Wide variety and very fresh fruits and veggies everything was delicious my favorite was the Mongolian pork but all the chicken was good the sushi has great variety did not make it to desert or anything past these three plates but from what it looks like it's very well stocked a whole cake ice cream lots and lots of stuff stuffed mushrooms were good aswell everything was good. read more

Let's start with the wait. They told me 20 minutes, ended up being 42, not happy. Then when we went to set down, the booth had used dirty napkins on the bench, on the floor and red sauce drops on the seat that I sat in. EXTREMELY upset! The waiter never refilled our water until I had to ask after being there an hour. After that, never saw him again. UNACCEPTABLE. Considering they were all gathered around talking everytime I looked up. Food was good (we'll see how long that lasts), everything was stocked and fresh. Food was not consistent with usual quality. Manager allowed a guest with a tiny monkey to enter the restaurant. The restaurant waiters were gathered around petting the animal and I did not see anyone wash their hands. I've observed a dog in this location before. So dogs are service animals monkeys are not. Mgr pretended he didn't understand. I will not be eating at this location again. Could not eat there last night still feeling gross afterwords. Stopped by their grand opening today. Arlington finally gets a brand new King Buffet location. Very nice and clean inside. The buffet layout looks exactly like the one in Plano. The food is very close in flavor like the one in Plano, but better edge goes to Plano. Standouts: deep fried crabs, chicken wings, orange chicken,fried shrimp. Service is attentive. I saw Lovely Mimi on Tiktok ate here and the food looked great so we decided to make this a place to eat on our short trip to Dallas. Being from Hawaii, we were blown away by the price at $15.xx per person for dinner. We did not try the mongolian BBQ. We went straight for the sushi bar, crab, and shrimp. Everything we tried was delicious and fresh. There was one small bite of crab leg that had me questioning fresheness. So I went for more shrimp instead. Whatever it is they do to coat the shrimp and crab is DELISH! I could eat the whole shrimp, skin and all. I would definitely come back here if we're in the area again. I came to this restaurant once before, but I arrived too early. The staff member outside was friendly and told me they wouldn't open until 11 a.m. They also mentioned that on my birthday, I could eat for free. So, I eagerly waited for my birthday to try the place out. When I finally went on my birthday, I entered the restaurant and noticed a large counter on the left and straight ahead. I approached the one near the entrance and informed the staff that it was my birthday, showing them my ID. It was only after I ordered my drink (jasmine hot tea and water) and started heading toward the buffet area that I was told I needed a group of 4 people with me to get the free birthday buffet. This confused me because I had already mentioned it was my birthday, and it seemed like a surprise rule. I should have canceled my drinks and gone somewhere else, as this was a red flag for bad service. Now, onto the good parts. The tea and sushi at this restaurant were excellent. They had some of the best sushi I've ever had at a buffet. The tea was just regular jasmine hot tea, but it tasted good. The water was fine, too. The place was well-lit, the dining area was clean, and surprisingly, the restrooms were also very clean. However, the rest of the food was disappointing. I picked my usual dishes, hoping they'd be great since this was a new restaurant. Unfortunately, all the food was either overly salty or too sweet. I tried four different shrimp dishes, and most of them had a weird, slightly mushy texture I'd never experienced with shrimp. The garlic shrimp tasted like it had been soaked in orange juice with some garlic. The cheese wontons were strangely sweet. The fried fish was dry, and even lemon juice and hot sauce couldn't make it better. A chicken dish was overly sweet and salty. Even the fruits didn't taste good; the apples seemed like they'd been soaked in canned fruit juice, and the orange slices were bitter. The ice cream machine wasn't working correctly either. To make things worse, I ended up throwing up after visiting the restroom. I had hoped the fruit would help, but it was just as bad. I couldn't even try the soups, and I've been sick with food poisoning since that night. What shocked me even more was the bill. The menu stated it was $15.49 for an adult dinner buffet, but the actual cost was $20.50, and they immediately asked for tips to be added. When I mentioned my birthday, thinking it was a joke from earlier, I was told it's only free for a group of 5 or more people. I didn't see this posted anywhere, and they said it was on a piece of paper outside the restaurant. It was there, but not prominently displayed on the door or immediately visible. Long story short, I won't be dining here again. Even though the sushi was great, it's not worth the high cost and poor treatment I experienced. P.S. The girl who took my drink order didn't get my water and I didn't get it til after my restroom visit. Unlimited choices, food quality was really good, and the food is constantly being replenished. Good service for a buffet style restaurant. Wife and I have gone here about 10 times, and each time the food preparation and quality has dropped. This Monday the fried and baked fish tasted fishy we ate here at about 4:30. The next morning, Tuesday we were both very sick Tuesday morning and all-day Tuesday just throwing up and back door trots, neither could keep even water down, today (Wednesday) we are better, just weak. Since it opened we made our second and last trip. The service was horrible, The first thing i do is have our Mongolian prepared, not only was it burnt and dry, they left out the noodle I gave them, on top if this it was not ready until the end of our meal- Sadly not even a month into the grand opening it goes down hill. The severer never refilled our water, and complained with another server about tips. I won't be back - I ate today at our go to place- I wont be promoting this place read more
