First time coming in this Saturday during lunch time and we were greeted and seated right away ! I'm sure there's definitely a wait time during dinner but we were there from 2p-3pm not too busy. They served our drinks very promptly and the food was amazing ! Lots of selections I love how each station bar was labeled (Appetizer bar, salad bar, sushi bar, Mongolian bbq bar, dessert bar, etc.) so easy to go back to the foods that I enjoyed! Definitely a bonus star because of the chocolate fountain, lots of condiments, and everything looks very new. I usually am nervous of buffets BUT I saw a lot of employees cleaning the stations and refilling food every 5-10 minutes! Lots of staff and employees. The food was amazing as well as the service. My only complaint is the fact that I went to this location with someone in my family that is allergic to shellfish. We noticed that the employees were using the same spoons that were used in shellfish to stir other items that did not contain shellfish. This intern Made my relative unable to eat many of the items there, because the employees were doing it with just about everything. Cross contamination is a thing and is a very bad thing that could potentially kill someone. This place, no matter how great it is, needs to take into consideration, people do have severe allergies And they need to take bigger steps to ensure cross-contamination does not happen. I cannot recommend the mongolian grill option here, becuase not only does it take forever to prepare your order, the sauces or the method of preparing the food makes it taste like a dirty grill . My family ate here tonight they tried to charge us for people that weren't even at the table. They overcharged us for the children and then they held us up and looked at the camera to make sure that those invisible people were not at the table. It was really a lot, the food was just OK. The food wasn't really flavorful like it normally was. The waiter rarely came to the table and when she did it was only because we asked her to come over there. She later asked if we wanted the check and we said yes but instead of us paying at the front like normal she took our check to the front for us. Then when she came back she was demanding a tip from us and wouldn't leave until we gave her one or when we told her no. I am not sure what made everyone so exited about this place. I tried a little bit of everything Asian (except the Mongolian). I found most dishes to be relatively tasteless. Chicken, beef, didn't matter. Also, most of the food I tasted boarded on being cool. Like the steam tables were not working properly. What I did find better than most buffets was the Sushi. It was quite good and not 80% rice as many places do. I would come back just for that. Other than that, I would not consider it worth more than a 15 minute drive. This is the Best Chinese buffet I've eating in a long long long time. It's newer clean and inexpensive. This is me and baby new weekly spot. Instead of spending $100 and some of these crab places we like, it makes more sense for us to come here pay under $50 and get endless shrimp, crab, corn, and sausage and it's just as good, with also tasty options of some of our other favorites including dessert. I enjoy Chinese cuisine.. I was disappointed with this place! It's dirty and it's so busy the floors are dirty and when we were seated our table was still dirty and all the tables around us. The food wasn't fresh even though it was busy you would think they were constantly changing the food but it wasn't. They didn't have anything that was different from any other Chinese buffet... Went for dinner tonight. Food was very good. There were a whole lot of choices-three rows of buffet food plus an additional row of desserts. They have a chocolate fountain and have a Mongolian grill. I did enjoy the beautiful new buffet in Arlington. It was so delicious. The food is fresh and healthy. They have so much to choose from. I had gone four different times to grab different things to eat. The was amazing!!! The fried rice was to die for. The green beans were also really good. Another restaurant in a crowded market for Arlington. However, it's brand new and the food was very good. Expect a long wait during lunchtime and on weekends when bigger crowds are surely expected. The fried blue crabs came out often and the other items were also very tasty. I had the hot & sour soup, but I did try the wonton soup and it hit the spot. The sushi area was fairly full of their items, but the main complaint was how small the sushi items were! Literally like half the size of what is normal. Not sure why that was the case because it's going to be double the work necessary to keep up with the demand. There were also the other tried and true items like the noodles, orange chicken, beef & broccoli or chicken & broccoli, baked salmon, and more. Also, there is a Mongolian grill bar, salad bar, and many options for desserts. My wife and I felt the price was very fair for the items and the service by the waitstaff was excellent. I would like to add that the restaurant staff stayed busy keeping the areas clean and the only complaint (a common one for buffets) are unattended children at the buffet bars making a mess.
