Since it opened we made our second and last trip. The service was horrible, The first thing i do is have our Mongolian prepared, not only was it burnt and dry, they left out the noodle I gave them, on top if this it was not ready until the end of our meal- Sadly not even a month into the grand opening it goes down hill. Nice verity of food. Especially love the sushi selection. I would never eat in as it is always crowded and noisy. Always get it to go.

The food is okay, some chicken dishes are overcooked and the chicken is tough to chew. Other dishes tend to all taste the same. We've been there a handful of times and I still cannot find something we really like. Place is nice and clean, we just wish the food tasted as good as it looks. read more

Wife and I have gone here about 10 times, and each time the food preparation and quality has dropped. This Monday the fried and baked fish tasted fishy we ate here at about 4:30. The next morning, Tuesday we were both very sick Tuesday morning and all-day Tuesday just throwing up and back door trots, neither could keep even water down, today (Wednesday) we are better, just weak. We don't plan to ever go to the King Buffet again. Sad to say because when they first opened everything was very good. read more

Honestly, this place was not bad for an Americanized Chinese buffet. The top items I enjoyed were their fried crabs, clams, salmon, and blackened fish. First time coming in this Saturday during lunch time and we were greeted and seated right away ! I'm sure there's definitely a wait time during dinner but we were there from 2p-3pm not too busy. They served our drinks very promptly and the food was amazing ! Lots of selections I love how each station bar was labeled (Appetizer bar, salad bar, sushi bar, Mongolian bbq bar, dessert bar, etc.) so easy to go back to the foods that I enjoyed! Definitely a bonus star because of the chocolate fountain, lots of condiments, and everything looks very new. I usually am nervous of buffets BUT I saw a lot of employees cleaning the stations and refilling food every 5-10 minutes! Lots of staff and employees. The food was amazing as well as the service. My only complaint is the fact that I went to this location with someone in my family that is allergic to shellfish. We noticed that the employees were using the same spoons that were used in shellfish to stir other items that did not contain shellfish. This intern Made my relative unable to eat many of the items there, because the employees were doing it with just about everything. Cross contamination is a thing and is a very bad thing that could potentially kill someone. This place, no matter how great it is, needs to take into consideration, people do have severe allergies And they need to take bigger steps to ensure cross-contamination does not happen. I mean if you are going for quantity not quality, this could be the place for you. I cannot recommend the mongolian grill option here, becuase not only does it take forever to prepare your order, the sauces or the method of preparing the food makes it taste like a dirty grill . If you like fried food, lukewarm sushi, seafood that has been sitting out for who knows how long, you might like this place. I didn't. Ambiance? My family ate here tonight they tried to charge us for people that weren't even at the table. They overcharged us for the children and then they held us up and looked at the camera to make sure that those invisible people were not at the table. It was really a lot, the food was just OK. Super clean!!! HUGE selection. Food is fresh! It's very popular so unless you go at 11:00 AM and leave by noon (any day of the week) be prepared to wait. Wait for up to 45 minutes or longer. Seating is congested. Lines for the food can be long and waiting for replacement food can be long as well. Overall, this place is amazing. The food wasn't really flavorful like it normally was. The waiter rarely came to the table and when she did it was only because we asked her to come over there. She later asked if we wanted the check and we said yes but instead of us paying at the front like normal she took our check to the front for us. Then when she came back she was demanding a tip from us and wouldn't leave until we gave her one or when we told her no. I am not sure what made everyone so exited about this place. I tried a little bit of everything Asian (except the Mongolian). I found most dishes to be relatively tasteless. Chicken, beef, didn't matter. Also, most of the food I tasted boarded on being cool. Like the steam tables were not working properly. What I did find better than most buffets was the Sushi. It was quite good and not 80% rice as many places do. I would come back just for that. Other than that, I would not consider it worth more than a 15 minute drive. Certainly not going out of your way for. Some folks have complained about the price, but I found it pretty typical. Service was adequate. Place seemed clean. read more
