We went through the drive-through and picked up a dozen assorted doughnuts, and they did a great job selecting a nice variety for us. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit enjoyable. That said, the drive-through took a little longer than expected, even though there weren't too many cars in line. Also, it feels a bit odd that Krispy Kreme opened up in the same strip mall as a long-standing mom-and-pop donut shop. It makes you want to root for the local business & thank goodness the yelp community came together to boost them up. TLDR: The doughnuts were delicious, the staff was great, and it's hard to beat the convenience. Solid experience, just not quite perfect.

A friend brought over the best donuts! Not only fresh, but there was a Grouchy Bear, just like my book. Grouchy Bear loves to eat but is someone going to ear him?

Horrible tasting donuts . And both price inflation and shrink inflation has affected their donuts

This review is not necessarily and indictment of this specific location, but the brand overall. Haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in years but was craving their glazed donuts . I was sticker shocked to see how much a dozen was and even more to build your one. I was also extremely disappointed they no longer sold apple fritters but instead sold these cinnamon apple donuts. Decided to give them a try. These donuts taste like they've been sitting on a 7-11 shelf for 3 months waiting to sell. The filling is so disgustingly artificial. And the size of each donut has decreased by over 50% from what I remember. I will absolutely 1000% never order donuts from Krispy Kreme to satisfy the once or twice a year craving I have for them

They were out of everything even napkins so I just got coffee with cream and sugar and they put expired chunky cream in my coffee

Nice location and friendly drive through service (and delicious donuts) but $15.50 for 6 original glazed ($7.75 for two) is just a bit much....maybe I'll just get one donut next time!

What I ordered versus what I got

Drove a total of 50 minutes in hopes to get the adorable Valentine's Day doughnuts they had posted on their website as available, only to get there and they were all different doughnuts. False advertisement and a total disgrace to make people drive that far and pay that money and the doughnuts don't even look like they're supposed too.

While, on the way to work I decided to stop at Krispy Kreme donuts to use the restroom. After walking into the establishment I was greeted and in return asked where is the restroom and what is the code 7272. As I proceeded to the restroom and walked in, to my surprise it was filthy almost as no one cleaned it this morning or last night there was, pissed on the toilet and debris on the floor. As I was doing my business, someone continuously knocked on the door and tried to come in even after I said I'm in here. After finishing my business, I decided to get some coffee and a doughnut or two as I waited in line of the family of seven order in front of me. I patiently waited while there was two employees one that was servicing the family and other boxing orders, It seems after some time. A gentleman came in and went straight to the front with his phone in his hand. The lady boxing orders whose name started with a D said good morning and can I help you like she didn't see me she didn't realize I was waiting didn't realize I have somewhere to be shame. Customer service at is best I guess. As the gentleman got his order and left, the lady decided to help and asked me if I needed anything. Yes, I need three donuts and a coffee please as I got my order and coffee I was never asked if I wanted cream or sugar until after she brought it over to me and then went back to get the creamer for me. I opened my own cup and poured it in I mean, like what are we paying for here for me to work a little bit when I'm paying for service SHM. As I proceeded to exit, I was greeted, have a good day. Not sure what to rate the experience on, but you'll be the judge normally don't do these posts, but I had to do it because I was such unhappy, not going back to this establishment. It is truly sad when customer service only starts when you walk in and only when you leave the establishment, those are the two points of contact. I guess nothing in the middle just good morning and good day sad.

Debra was very nice and helpful! She let me and my girlfriend sample full-sized doughnuts that were just fresh out.

Today is my 69th Birthday. Krispy Cream denied me their traditional free birthday doughnut today because I did not have their "app".

The original glazed is the way to go. It's perfectly fluffy on the inside without being too big. I like that they're open later.

While I waited for my order, I went next-door to See's candy. I was craving fudge. I returned about 2 to 3 minutes after my order and my order was ready. The service was great... It was fast and the lady was really friendly. Inside it's very dark & moody vibes, still good natural light where you can work and study from. The overall experience (staff, variety/availability, drink quality) was incredibly disappointing because I hear great things about this place. There were quite a bit of people in there, so I'm sure it's great at times. Settling for the Vietnamese Iced Coffee as 1 of our 2 drinks, sadly it was mostly ice. The drink was done in a few sips. It felt like the cup was filled with ice and then put the coffee in. Don't get me wrong, the drink was good and the coffee was strong. The other drink was the Creme Brulee Latte. If you like the sugar un-bruleed, this is the drink for you. I saw the top was torched for a few seconds, but the drink was still in the tiny sugar crystals. The coffee part is also nice and strong, though the drink is not as sweet as it sounds. Overall, lack-luster and expensive for the $7.60 - Large.

Ok this place is legit delicious…read more The entrance is easy to locate in the plaza and you can order from the computer or a real human person, I know right. A real human, what? It's a cozy spot. The people who work there just seem happy and work well together. They're friendly and patient with me as I navigated their menu items. I could not decide what I wanted so I accidentally ordered 3 drinks: Roasted Oolong Milk Tea Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea 3Q Milk Tea The roasted oolong was for my sister so I don't know how it was but she wanted another one so that should tell you all you need to know. lol I love floral teas and Osmanthus oolong is my new favorite and it delivered. I opted for the agar aka crystal pearls and that was the right choice for the floral tea. I also accidentally drank the 3Q tea after and while not my favorite, I appreciated all the toppings and the tea was still good. The boba is super unique! It's got a nice, chewy kinda texture. I have never had boba like this before and I wish I had blacked out and gotten double boba.

I grew up in this area, so it's kind of interesting seeing how this exact spot keeps changing. I…read moreremember it being a Rita's Italian Ice at one point, then a bubble waffle shop, and now it's BoBaPoP Tea Bar. Honestly, boba fits the area way better now, especially since more tea spots have been popping up around here. I stopped in for a quick drink and there was a steady flow of people coming in and out, which is always a good sign. Inside is clean and modern, very simple but put together. You can order at a kiosk or go up to the cashier, which makes it easy depending on what you prefer. The menu has a solid variety. All your usual milk teas, fruit teas, slushies, and blended drinks, plus a good amount of toppings. They were also advertising a matcha ice spinner which caught my attention, so I'll probably come back to try that and see how their matcha quality is. I went with a mango fruit tea at 75% sweetness and added boba. I sat outside while waiting, they have limited indoor seating but a couple tables outside which is nice. The drink came out in about five minutes, so pretty quick. First thing I noticed was there were actual mango pieces in the drink, not just syrup. That was a nice surprise and added a good texture. They were soft enough to go through the straw too, so it didn't feel annoying to drink. Flavor wise, I do wish I went lower on the sweetness. Even at 75% it was still a bit too sweet for me, but that's more personal preference. The part that didn't really hit was the boba. It was a little mushy and didn't have that chewy texture I usually look for. It also had this slightly artificial honey taste that kind of overpowered the drink a bit. Not terrible, just not my favorite. It's a solid and convenient spot for the area. Good variety, quick service, and a nice setup. I'd come back, but probably switch up the toppings next time.

The location is nice with plenty of outdoor seating. 2. The staff is really friendly. 3. I ordered a loaf of the jalapeño cheddar sourdough. It's sooo good. I will buy this again. 4. I ordered the pasta salad. That was delicious. I would order this again. Cons: 1. I ordered the croque madame (see photo). It came to the table a bit overdone. I still ate it. However, for the price, I wasn't impressed. 2. I ordered the lemon tart (see photo). It was also a bit overdone and really too sweet. 3. I ordered the deviled eggs. Please delete the slivered almonds. 4. I ordered a 12-ounce iced mocha that was almost $7.00 with the $1.00 charge for oat milk and $.60 charge for it to be iced. This is very expensive. Overall, I'll be back for the bread and the pasta salad and would still like to try other items.
