Honestly worst tiki bar I have ever been too. And I have been to most of them of the west coast. Mai tai comes out of a pre-made machine fountain, which has no flavor. Chicken wings are bone dry with no sauce. Fish and chips tasted like deep fried batter that was soaked in oil. Shrimp was the same and ice cold. Please don't come here. Bar staff is very rude. When I brought up these points they basically rubbed it off and said oh well it's Mammoth. My friend and I were looking forward to coming here but we're extremely disappointed. This rating is solely for the weekend "club" aspect of this bar. Can't rate the food because I've never eaten here nor wanted to. Anyways. Wanted to go in and have a drink on a Saturday night and they asked us to wait for 15-20 minutes in the 30 degree weather so they could "clear the place out" . While this seemed odd, we went next door and had a cocktail. There were some horrible attitudes from the "bouncers" at the front door who were yelling at some girl. I don't care if she probably deserved it...who do these guys think they are? We were cooperative so we got in without much hassle, at least. Once we were in, I wished we weren't. It was about 100 degrees inside and soooo crowded. This runs 3 to 6 pm. It is a tiki bar, with crazy surf stuff everywhere, many people bring thier children. Rock and roll plays in the background and TV's all over show a varety of sports.
