Our server was Jessika and she was so kind, making sure we were taken care of. The café was immaculate, the decor was stunning, and the food even though they were small bites, They were so worth it. The salmon waffle was so delightful and the ham/ egg Clemence Emilie was not only gorgeous to look at, but tasted so flavorful. My daughter's birthday was beyond what they could imagine! The staff sat us right next to the window, so we could see all the amazing views and people walking by. I can't wait to go back and try out either lunch or dinner. 3.5 I was able to get a reservation for Saturday morning breakfast, at 10AM. The menu didn't seem all that exciting, so because I was unable to get anyone on the phone, nor a response to my e-mail, we all showed up. I was informed there was a 715PM spot, and they would allow me to swap, which I was grateful for. We returned or dinner and were immediately taken to our seat. The cafe was spacious, quiet and perfect for a night out. The server eventually came over, but he seemed bothered that my two friends had not come to a decision, on their drink. I knew what I wanted, but he sorta had a dirty look and offered to return. Upon his t dry urn, we ordered our drinks, which took quite awhile to come out-- my old fashioned was perfect. My two friends had the Summer Alma, which has the LV atop the drink. I had the truffled mashed potatoes and mushroom ravioli. Both were excellent; although, I asked for no mushrooms, but yet,'mine still had the mushrooms. The portion was relatively small-- I'd say you may not want to come too hungry. As I mentioned earlier, the server was equally as rude when they were unsure about their orders. After dinner, he was much more pleasant and while they may not have noticed--- I just de the visible frustration toward them for not being prepared, which could potentially be a damper. Such an amazing experience from start to finish! The service was top-notch-super attentive, friendly, and they never rushed us at all, so we were really able to take our time and enjoy everything. I came in with little expectations because well...it's the LV flagship store in NYC so I thought it would be a gimmicky tourist trap. I was wrong! What? Louis Vuitton has a cafe? I'm so there! Had a conference in town and asked my girlie coworkers if they'd be interested in joining. Of course they all did...plus their plus ones! Drinks, eggs, pats of butter, burger buns, waffles, desserts: everything has some type of LV monogram on them. The silverware is LV, the plates are LV. While the savory dishes are good, the drinks and desserts are definitely the highlight here. Get the hazelnut flower and the chocolate monogram and some type of coffee and you'll be set. Reservations are scooped up within a day on Resy. Not super hard to get when they first release them though. The max you can book for is 8. Service was great, but this is definitely a "leisure" lunch. We had an 11:30am reservation and didn't get out of there until two hours later. Unfortunately, they do not do separate checks. You know how that goes. Inevitably, at least one always miscalculates and puts in less than they owe, someone else gets stuck putting in way more than they should have (me!). Having been here for breakfast and dinner, I can definitely say this place is worth every dollar!! However, it is super hard to get resys for. The first time we came for breakfast we waited outside the store before they opened for a good 30-45 min because we couldn't get a resy. We were first in line and got sat at the bar. The most recent time I was able to snag a resy for dinner and we got sat at the actual table. Both times had excellent service. You are paying for the ambiance and the brand but all of the food and drinks were delicious!! I love that even though the LV logo is almost on everything, they incorporate it really well and it's not tacky at all. It's all really nicely done and we ordered desserts both times and they were just fantastic. I made reservations like a month before our travel and included a note online saying we're celebrating my son's early birthday. I surprised the kids to dinner here for our last night in NYC. They couldn't believe it and it felt great to see their excitement. The hostess was nice and checked us in. We waited a couple of minutes and were walked to our table. I love the luggage tags hanging on the ceiling and the monogram theme everything. Our waitress (forgot her name, tall, slim, dirty blond hair?) gave us menus and another server came with our wafers. TBH I wasn't fond of our waitress because she didn't "check up" on us, I only seen her two times: 1. Menu 2. Check and I was personally disappointed. I wanted a great friendly waitress to make this one in a lifetime experience complete. However the other servers were amazing. There was a Hispanic lady with dark hair, she would come to refill our waters. She gave us better service and attention than our waitress. I didn't even want to tip the waitress, but I thought about the other staff members who were amazing so I did it for them. The gentlemen who bought out our food were more attentive than our waitress. This is no doubt a very hard reservation to get as it's completely booked out within minutes of releasing their spots (28 days in advance). So we felt very fortunate to manage a Sunday lunch spot. It's located in the interim Louis Vuitton store. The store is gorgeous! The cafe is on the top floor. Our reservation was at 1pm we arrived a little early and were told there would be a slight delay. Well that delay was over 35 minutes! I find this to be quite strange for a place that is very touristy and so hard to reserve. Tourists are usually packing many things in to one day! Once seated in the beautifully decorated dining area....we waited at least another 25 minutes before someone took our order! we opted for the pre fix lunch menu (around $185 pp) . The food is lovely and you get all the fancy Louis Vuitton monogrammed veges and pastries that make for a great instagram post. My steak was cooked to perfection and I enjoyed everything I ate. Overall, I was disappointed in the customer service, the entire process from agreeing the boutique to finishing our meal took over 3.5 hours! Not bc we were enjoying a leisurely meal....but bc we were essentially not attended to for a cumulative hour! I've been wanting to try this place for afternoon tea ever since it opened, despite the high price of $110. I finally had the chance to experience it with a friend. The interior was elegant and classy with pretty displays, lovely lighting, as well as comfortable seating. For my beverage, I tried the Louis Vuitton house blend tea, but felt like the flavor was too light, so ended up getting the Cappuccino. This was perfect looking, beautifully monogrammed with the Louis Vuitton logo. There were 5 sandwiches, including Lobster Roll, Chicken Salad, Egg Salad, Smoked Salmon Caviar, and Cucumber. The Lobster Roll and Chicken Salad were my favorites. Lobster Roll was presented with fresh herbs and flowers on top. It contained a decent amount of tender, well seasoned lobster in a tasty lemon mayo. Chicken Salad consisted of curry mayo, almonds and raisins, which added a nice sweetness. The curry mayo was packed with wonderful, savory flavor. Egg Salad was mixed with black truffle, which was quite yummy. Smoked Salmon came with cream cheese and caviar, which was decent, with a well balanced saltiness to it. Instead of the traditional scones, we were served Marble Gateau, which was a chocolate with vanilla tea cake dipped in dark chocolate, and a side of warm vanilla anglaise. This was quite dense and filling, but delicious! In terms of desserts, they were all expertly crafted and delectable. These included Blackcurrant Charlotte, Pistachio and Strawberry Choquette, Mini Vanilla / Hazelnut / Chocolate Entremet. All of these treats were delicate and layered with fragrant taste. It's a café concept by Louis Vuitton located on the fourth floor of the flagship store at 6 East 57th Street, which is kind of unique in itself. I was initially annoyed I had to come here for brunch. People were walking around with selfie sticks taking pictures like they were at Disneyland, fully in the moment. A lot of tourists, especially French, soaking it all in. We tried a few things on the menu. We wanted to keep the brunch light. The smoked salmon came on a crisp monogram waffle with cream cheese and marinated cucumber. It was flavorful, and visually striking. The avocado tartine featured Norwegian multigrain bread with goat cheese, green apple, and a hint of jalapeño fresh, slightly spicy, The chocolate entremet and hot chocolate monogram were rich, decadent, and indulgent perfect for chocolate lovers and beautifully presented. For drinks, I had a cappuccino, speedy spicy and espresso martini. The drinks were strong and had a good kick! Overall, it's a cool experience and something different. The sea bass lacked flavor, 3/5. The amuse bouch was not our cup of tea, nor was the other liquid side item that came with my seabass entree. (Not sure of the name). Both were like, drinking heavy pasta sauce as a soup. The chocolate dessert had a wafer in there giving it some texture and the taste was good. 4.3/5. The tangerine cheesecake was refreshing and tasty, 4.2/5. The hazelnut flower tasted exactly like eating a spoonful of nutella. 3.5/5 I also ordered the hazelnut latte and was surprised at how much I liked it. 4.2/5. Since I specifically wanted the lunch menu, I was informed that I should arrive around 10:30a (an hour prior to lunch) to put my name down. Stupidly, I made my way about 6 blocks up Madison, thinking I had more time than what I did, and ended up getting the text confirmation as I was dealing with something else. I rushed back (in heeled boots) within the 15 minute window that I had, and made it! Bar was on the busy side as I sat down at 11:06a. They were aware I wanted lunch so I ordered an iced (this also comes hot) chocolate latte with oat milk to hold me over. I haven't been drinking coffee drinks as much as I used to and sadly, I drank this way too quickly. Since I knew I could nurse it throughout my time there, I went with the tisane marshmallow tea which I was curious about. FYI, this does not have any of its namesake in it. As I sat with my beverage(s), I actually noticed the bar had cleared out, and I had it all to myself at the moment which I was not expecting. I even overheard the host saying there was no one currently on the waitlist, but I took this as the calm before the storm. I had chosen the perfect time to come here. Now for the actual lunch, I wanted their variation of the club sandwich, the 'Le Club 'Pont-Neuf' I had seen here on yelp minus the sliced egg. Let me say the presentation is on point with this place; I can see why so many photos are taken and contrary to what you see on my yelp, I'm actually not the biggest fan of taking photos of food (or in general) but these were too perfect not too. As for the taste, I finished off the club but actually left some fries (they come with the sandwich) which is rare. The ketchup was actually really good too; I don't think it was your typical run of the mill Hunts or Heinz. If I were to come again, I would try the 1898 sliders and maybe the signature truffled mashed potato side and if I could manage, the chocolate monogram cake (someone down the bar had this and didn't even finish it). The marble gateau which is only available to-go looked good as well, but it was around $45 and serves four but knowing me, it would be serving one (myself). Now let's talk about the food. Presentation? Stunning. Quality? High. Portions? Let's just say...they're on the smaller side. Very curated, very intentional. We started with the bread service--and I'll be honest, the bread itself was just medium because it wasn't warm. But the butter? Completely monogrammed. Even the ice cube in my drink had the Louis Vuitton monogram. Like...attention to detail is on another level. For dinner, I had the monogram flower ravioli, which is one of their signature dishes. It was beautifully plated and very on-brand--delicate, flavorful, and definitely more about the experience than the portion size. I also tried the mini burgers, which were actually really good--juicy, well-seasoned, and probably one of the more satisfying bites on the table. And last but not least, the filet mignon with confit carrots. The carrots were monogrammed, of course, and everything was tied together with a rich bone marrow reduction. That dish felt the most substantial and definitely leaned into that luxury dining vibe. Overall, this isn't somewhere you go just to eat--it's where you go for the experience. It's fashion, it's branding, it's exclusivity...all wrapped into one. I visited Le Café Louis Vuitton on a Tuesday for my birthday, and we got super lucky -- we arrived right after they opened and were able to snag a table. To start, I ordered a vanilla matcha latte, and we shared the avocado tartine, vanilla yogurt parfait, and the caviar waffle. The avocado tartine, while admittedly a very small portion for the price, had great flavor and was beautifully presented. The yogurt parfait was also good and had a really nice selection of fresh fruit. The caviar waffle was solid as well -- the caviar tasted fresh and clean, pleasantly briny without being overly fishy, which paired nicely with the lightly crisp, slightly sweet waffle. The only disappointing item was the vanilla matcha. The flavor was pretty watered down, though it did make for a very pretty photo. Overall, it was good for the experience and a fun birthday spot. I'd definitely come back to try their dinner service next time I'm in the city. read more

Not going to lie, coming here I thought it was a novelty to eat here, more just to say you came and take a picture. I was pleasantly surprised. I could not make a reservation as they were booked for every day I was visiting so we just came when they opened. If you do not have a reservation they ask you to wait in queue while they take care of those that do. We didn't wait very long and were offered a table with a time limit or the bar, we sat at the bar. Thomas took care of us and everything was wonderful. All the food we tried were delicious. The matcha latte they made slightly less sweet for me and it was wonderful. Everything we had including drinks were delicious. The attention to detail is insane, everything is beautiful, the presentation, the ice (depending on the drink you order it has designs cut in it), the food. I would highly recommend to come here when in the city. read more

For a single-serving experience visiting just once is a feather in the cap of anyone's Manhattan story. It is not particularly easy to get a reservation since you need to both plan ahead by 28 days and beat out everyone else trying to reserve a spot, and by that I mean the CAs who grab whole blocs of reservations for their best clients before you can even reserve one (if you don't have a CA of your own doing this for you). They do accept walk-ups but even at off-peak times of the day on off-peak days on off-times of the year they will likely tell you it is nearly a two-hour wait. I was in their system as having purchased items in international stores (and at companies LVMH has made notable investments in, like my beloved madhappy) and not having made trouble in the past, so the 105 minute wait I had been told I was in for was actually slimmed down to 35 by the time my table was ready. You only have 15 minutes to get back to claim your table, which includes having to wait in line again to get to the hostess. So don't wander too far. I had to more than briskly sashay back from the UES to get back in time. So if you saw me running down Lex I was not re-training for runDisney, I had an important appointment for this matcha right here. The hostess is absolutely delightful and embodies everything about the upscale luxury experience LVMH strives for. You get treated very well here by the kind hostess. Since that is your first experience you start out on such a positive note. They got me in over an hour earlier than we thought possible and they were super nice, so they were absolutely cooking with gas at this point and I expected to give a full five figure review. The only demerits from my Cafe LV experience began inside the cafe. The bartender looked straight out of the Williamsburg meme with the ridiculous facial hair and his attitude matched. This was surely not the type of luxury experience LV was going for. He was rude and messed up my order. As I tried to call out to him he just walked out, leaving the bar untended. So I sat there waiting for someone to resolve it. I ordered an iced matcha but was given a hot matcha. Pretty clearly a different thing. Everything eventually got sorted out but it was a very poor customer experience with an awful bartender who just walked off and left the bar untended. The matcha itself was so over-sweetened it seemed intentional to disguise this was not ceremonial grade. Had it been ceremonial grade it would have been a crime against humanity to do this to ceremonial grade. I would highly recommend some consideration be given to slowing the hand on the sweetener, or ditch it entirely with an upgrade to ceremonial grade. This is a luxury experience, $13+ matcha is not going to scare anyone brave enough to walk in this building whether they are doing it for the gram, or just to see a new aspect (the cafe) of a brand they already like and support. Hostess: five stars, no notes Hipster bartender: zero stars, several notes Matcha: presentation is absolutely five stars with the gorgeous lettering and design, but this is so oversweetened it overpowers the matcha. Should be an easy fix to dial this back from the sugar diabeetus special Final tally? Yes, visit and do enjoy the overall experience. LVMH is iconic whether you live, work, or are just visiting this close to Central Park. read more

Get there early to ensure you get in the cafe. I got lucky and got there right before they opened and went straight to the 4th floor and got in the actual line for the cafe and there were bout 20 people in front of me. You need reservations to be seated at the table but bar seating is open for everyone who is in line. The only down side is that there's only 8 seats at the bar. The esthetics were elite, be ready to spend money while you eat here, it is not cheap. Everything came out so beautiful, I didn't even want to touch it. As far as taste goes, it was spectacular. Coming to the Le Cafe Louis Vuittion was the highlight of my New York trip. The reservation to dine here was insane. It was just our luck that we arrived early and stood in the line. We were able to get a table at the bar and get a full view of the restaurant. Our server Maurizia was phenomenal. He kept us entertained and was very engaged to his customers sitting at the bar. We started off ordering the hot vanilla matcha latte. I offered the avocado tartine. My brother ordered the smoked salmon. Everything was delicious and perfectly made. It was truly such a beautiful experience. When I walked inside the cafe, the atmosphere was elegant with sophistication every detail perfectly displayed. One of the most fascinated places to visit in New York. Such an amazing landmark that holds up to the name. A true hidden gem. It's a must that when I come back to visit. I will have a chance to explore and ordered more off the dinner menu. read more

This was an experience. I wanted to bring my mom for her bday to go to New York and go shopping and be fancy for a day. That's exactly how we felt walking into the cafe. It's stunning! To be transparent, the food was very average but the brand and atmosphere is what draws ppl in. I still recommend trying if you're in the area. The service was very professional. read more
