This review is going to be very short and to the point. We stumbled upon this place just walking around. We were thirsty and saw a boba spot. Very simple touchscreen order system. Got the tropical delight and it was dam good and refreshing! Finished it in 5 mins or less. I'd be down to come back here!

This bubble tea shop is a lifesaver because it stays open really late. Even on weekdays they're open until 11 PM, and on weekends they go all the way until 2 AM--which is pretty rare for bubble tea spots in San Francisco. The flavor itself is pretty average (minus one star since nothing really surprised me), but they do offer a wide variety of drinks. Plus, everything is definitely Instagrammable. When I visited around 9 PM, the shop was surprisingly quiet. Service is quick and no-fuss, which I appreciate when I'm just popping in for a late-night fix. Since there isn't really seating, I'd say this spot is best for to-go.

I was craving boba, so I checked to see what was nearby. I was excited to try Lilikoi but was a little disappointed with my milk tea boba. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, and the milk tea tasted a bit watered down. The tea flavor wasn't very fragrant, and the boba was just alright. It wasn't very chewy or soft. I wonder if their Hawaiian style drinks are better based on the restaurant's name, Lilikoi

Very cute, Hawaiian-themed place. I really like the drink selection here. They have horchata, ube, matcha, and sakura - all of which I love! There aren't many places that have sakura, so I had to try one of the Sakura collection drinks. I ordered the Sakura Crema Milk Tea w/ Honey Boba. I placed my order on the kiosk. They didn't have the option to change the sweetness level, so I asked the employee if they could make it less sweet. They said yes, with a little hesitation. I think they just added less sakura crema to make it less sweet. If I had known that, I wouldn't have asked for less sweet because I wanted to taste the sakura. The sakura was subtle, and the drink was still pretty sweet. The boba had a good texture and chew. Overall, the drink was good.

I was so excited to try the sakura milk tea series but was sadly disappointed. When you arrive, you order via a kiosk and when I saw them making my drink, I was confused because the base looked nothing like tea, it was so dark it looked like coffee. When I tried it, it did not taste right at all, but they insisted it was tea. It did not help because the employees only seemed to speak Spanish. I asked if instead they could make the sakura matcha and I had to ask a few times because they wanted to charge me for both drinks. I asked for the matcha to be less sweet, but I don't think they understood that either. My friend who ordered a mango drink said there were toppings in her drink she never ordered. It was overall a poor experience and I messaged them on Instagram and they promised to remake the drinks complimentary if we came back but I have not heard back from them.

Locked door, no one inside, security cameras on.

We love the boba tea here, but today we ordered online, got a text that our tea was being prepared, and confirmation from Lilikoi that the drink was ready. When we got to the location, it was clearly locked up and closed with no one working inside, the security cameras pointed at the door, and packages outside! They are clearly not open. Unfortunately they also provided no way to ask for a refund, so now I have to contest via my credit card to get the money back for a drink that was never made! It's ok to close just update your sales points and don't send confirmations that you're accepting orders and making drinks.

I stopped by on Halloween night, and it was a bit chaotic since only one person was working and the wait was long. Even so, the staff member handled the crowd well given the circumstances. I was happy they had Ube, and since I wasn't in a rush, I didn't mind the wait. We also tried a tropical boba, which was pretty tasty. Seating is very limited, so it's mostly a takeout spot--I would've appreciated some comfortable seating. I hadn't been here in over a year, and the menu looked different from what I remembered, so I was glad to have another option for Ube boba, which can be hard to find in the city.

Cute place with a fun menu of items. It didn't seem particularly special or "housemade" with many fresh fruits (they use syrups, purées, etc like many other drink places), but the flavor pairings are enjoyable. We got the lychee mojito and strawberry slushy (don't remember name) and they were both yummy. On the sweeter side! There was only one person working, so I am assuming it can take a little while if the place is busy. You order off of an iPad in the front of the store and there are a few chairs to sit inside.

This place was super good! I really loved my strawberry lemonade with lychee jelly. The service was fast and worker was friendly. I ordered on a tablet when I arrived which was streamline and efficient. The interior is cute too. Check this place out if you're nearby.

One of the only spots open for boba around 12:30am on a Friday (Sat). There are 3 ordering kiosks available, two in the front upon entering and one on the left side. I chose to "make my own drink" and did a honey oolong tea with POG base, 24oz and light ice. The drink came out to be around $8.50, which is lowkey steep considering there weren't even any toppings added. The only positive was how quickly the drink was ready, but after tasting it, I knew it was a 1 star. You can't taste any of the actual tea base and all of the additional flavors being advertised in the "POG" add-on literally don't exist. My friend also gave it a try and said drinking a cold water would be better. Even though it seems like these are their signature drinks, I would not recommend getting any of the fruit drinks. I was surprised the place is rated as high as it is, but it's probably because their milk based drinks are probably better. I hate to give such a low rating, but I think this actually might be the worse drink I've had from a boba spot.

I am normally a milk tea kind of girl but I can tell that their specialty lies elsewhere here based on all their smoothie options so I had the smaller sized matcha horchata. no option to select sugar level but the staff was nice to take my accommodations verbally. they should definitely make it an option on the kiosk as well. surprisingly not too sweet (my friend had the ube horchata full sweetness level and said the same, I did not personally taste it to confirm though) and it was lovely. I do wish there is more blended ice since it is described as a smoothie which usually is icier, my drink was definitely melted. Would definitely come back for the same drink or try something else.

Crème Brûlée and Thai Tea Had a craving for boba and landed here. We went kinda later into the evening on a weekday. The creme brûlée was crazy sweet and if that's what you're looking for, this is definitely for you. Thai tea was also solid, wasn't super creamy but definitely had the flavor profile. I don't think I had insanely high expectations for this but it met the standard and would visit to try the poke next time too!

The 3 stars is mainly because I felt rushed to order and when I asked for suggestions the person working didn't hear me or just didn't care and had no suggestions. The Thai tea I got was good but I immediately wanted to change my order after ordering it. If i based the stars off just the decor and tea it would maybe be a 4.5 but the worker just made the experience not as good for me. For $9 dollar drink I expect a little more customer service read more

Pretty good boba I must say! Ive tried alot of boba around the bay and this one is not bad at all! I got the POG w/ crystal boba (super fruity! & refreshing) the interior is really cute & they have those touch pads to order which is pretty cool. The cup size I feel like is slightly larger than most places? If you dont like sweet, I would suggest getting 50% ( I got 75%) and it was still really sweet read more

I was craving boba late at night and came across Lilikoi! I was so glad I found this boba shop which honestly its like no other! Very original and unique concept that makes me feel like I'm on a vacation. What is best in my opinion, are their Hawaiian style drinks, I had a hard time picking between the tropical delight and the POG aloha but I ended up getting the prior. I will definitely come back to try the POG since my drink was super refreshing and delicious. Yummy! read more

Found this place on Filmore St! Super cute and refreshing vibe! Delicious drinks! We tried the P.O.G Aloha Hawaiian drink and House Milk Tea with boba! Super delicious! The P.O.G has real fruits like strawberries, lemon and some other fruits in it, it has a very refreshing flavor! Perfect for a summer day! House Milk Tea with boba is also very tasty! Really like their boba, super fresh and chewy! Overall highly recommend this place! And love that tropical vacation vibe! place is ok. service ~ cannot tell. you order from their screen. taste of drinks are ok even though i feel too much ice even though i have selected light ice. since the ice is quite a lot, the drink becomes less sweet easily if you do not drink it right away. the boba is extremely soft, i think they cook too long. chewable is better and preferable. overall it is so pricey. 24oz is $6.50 while no topping at all and if you want no ice, you need to pay extra dollar. i just know... read more

Such a great addition to the Marina district! I tried the POG aloha and mango cream. Both were pretty refreshing. Their menu is not overwhelming and simple (but delicious!) They have an outside seating area to enjoy your drink or you can walk around the neighborhood and browse through the shops. Will be back! read more

Saw this new Hawaii-themed boba shop as I was walking by. Love the concept and I don't think there any other boba shop like this. I got a sample of the mango smoothie and horchata smoothie. Both really good! Next time I'm going to try the POG aloha! There's so many things I wanna try on the menu and the staff was super nice and gave me a lot of info on the drinks! I really like my matcha horchata smoothie as it's not too sweet! Will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu read more

This place is super good probably one of my favorites in the city, but the reason they get 3 stars from me is the up charge for non dairy milks. I mean I know they are more expensive but an entire $1 extra for oat milk?! Why do us lactose intolerant folks get punished for not being able to drink cow milk? Also another small grip is the house milk tea is shown with boba in the menu photo so I was expecting it to be included when I order it but alas it's another up charge. All in all for a 16oz House milk teas with oat milk and boba out the door is $8.50 so that's why I don't tip, especially since minimum wage in SF is now $16.99 an hour. read more

Excellent in my first trip! They have tablets where you can place your order yourself. I had the ube taro with boba and it was delicious. I with less than 100% sweet and that was sweet enough for me. The boba was the right amount of chewy and there were small bits of taro, which I liked. It makes for a nice picture, but I forgot to take one . They also offer mochi donuts and they were good too. read more

No greeting or anything when you enter the store. There's two iPads for you to order at the kiosk yourself and pay yourself. They make your drinks and call out your name to pick up. I should have read the review before I got the POG. 100% has no sweetness, tasted watered down...they forgot to add the boba, so they literally took it back and then opened the plastic film and poured out the ice (added a small amount of boba) and gave it back... Mango smoothie was decent, has a good amount of mango chunks. Good amount of sweetness. Nothing special about this drink, basically cheaper anywhere else. Both drinks were the larger 24oz. Added the lilikoi boba to both drinks each was $0.75 for the add on. They forgot to give us our donut. Asked for it and they took the donut off the display saying it's the last one. The donut was HARD, literally the worst Mochi donut I've ever had. I've had plenty of Mochi donuts. Not worth the $3.50, also overpriced. It didn't even taste like Ube. Overall not worth the overpriced drinks. Two drinks and a Mochi donut cost $20 at the end of the night. What a huge waste! Wasn't even worth the drive since we were craving boba and this was open in the area. read more

Lili koi is a cute boba spot in the cow hollow marina area. I've been here a few times and it's not very busy. You can just walk in and order from the iPad, the drinks come out pretty fast. This time I got the brown oolong milk tea which seemed pretty watered down. The Kona coffee is very sweet in comparison--you can see the syrup stick to the bottom of the cup. Their pog drink is good. Overall in the Bay Area there are better spots to get your boba fix, this one is just convenient in the Marina area. read more

It was the cutest spot that my friends and I decided to try one day and it ended up being a great find! While my friends enjoyed their drinks the day we found it, I didn't try the place until a while later when I found them again on UberEats. It was almost 1am and I decided to order the P.O.G. Aloha and the Tropical Delight, both at 100% sweetness (in case the ice dilutes it during delivery), with boba, and made with Lemon Lime Tea for a caffeine-free alternative. Both drinks were super refreshingly fruity and delicious, even when made a bit before closing time. How can I not give 5 stars and a great review for that quality? read more

I have to give this place 5/5, more if possible. The tea flavor is prominent, not overly sweet (compared to other boba locations, the less sweet from this shop is actually less sweet). And I could literally taste the P.O.G. (Passion fruit aka LILIKOI, Orange, Guava) They have a good selection of drinks from fruit teas, horchata blends, smoothies, and even customizable drinks. read more

Got 2 drinks, tried both. Jasmine milk tea 75% sugar with honey boba - Bleh, drink was so bland! Definitely low on the totem pole in terms of jasmine milk tea. Even the honey boba was bland. I would not get this drink.. Strawberry horchata - THIS. If I could've seen into the future, I would've just gotten this drink and up size it. Solid 5/5, and would come back just for this drink. So freaking good! As to the rating, I found it was difficult to assign one because the jasmine milk tea was so bad but the strawberry horchata was amazing! I was going to do a 3 to average out the 2 drinks but that strawberry horchata really needed that extra star, so upped to 4/5 rating. read more

The kindest staff ever! I tried to pick up my DoorDash order but wasn't able to pick it up until over an hour later so I called the store. I told them my situation and someone offered to deliver my order to me! I've been here a couple of times but they went went above my expectations and I really appreciate that. I have had my eye on this boba spot because the drinks seemed so delicious. I finally found myself in the area so decided to give it a try. It's on filmore, so a pretty busy street filled with a lot of stuff happening. So many restaurants with outdoor seating surrounding the area. This boba spot has food, drinks and our door seating which is nice. I appreciated that the staff requested other shoppers In the area continue to wear their mask. You order on an iPad and they accept Apple Pay which makes it convenient. I didn't look at the snacks because I was full but I did notice they had mochi donuts. I will definitely come back and try this place for food as well. I thought it was cool they had the different boba drinks on tap. The vibe of this place is great- definitely feels like you're escaping to Hawaii. I ordered the POG Aloha and my mom ordered the ube drink- both were good. I definitely want to go back and try the other drinks. read more

Taste: 5 Value: 5 Service: quick I was very excited about this boba spot due to the fruity tea options (my current favorite is POG) PLUS the option to use a lemon lime caffeine free tea base which is CLUTCH for someone who loves boba but is super caffeine sensitive. It is also tough to crave boba in the late afternoon and realize your only options are brown sugar milk, winter melon, or a fruit slushee, but not here! You can enjoy exactly what you would at opening hour just with the caffeine free tea option with any flavor combo! read more

Nice selection of fruit teas! For the traditional milk teas they have the basics (house milk tea, oolong tea etc.) but not too much more. The drink I ordered didn't have the option to adjust sweetness. It was refreshing and tasty but had a bit of a syrupy taste as opposed to a fresh fruit taste. read more

So excited to finally have a good boba place in the Marina. Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming upon entering the store. They explained how they keep their teas are cold brewed with nitro and are on tap. On top of that, the Hawaiian theme is quite fun! I've been back multiple times since their opening and have tried many of their different offerings: I haven't been disappointed yet! The strawberry horchata with boba is absolutely refreshing! I haven't had anything quite like it before. The strawberry syrup has real strawberry chunks in it and the horchata base complements it quite well! If you go with a milk tea, I think it's worth upgrading to their house cream if you can have regular milk. I don't know what they put into the house cream but it's soooo delicious! Their thai tea is also really good! I always get boba pearls as my topping and they never disappoint! They're the right amount of chewy without being too squishy and just the right amount of sweet! You should definitely give this place a try if you're looking for boba in the Marina! read more

Cute and very Instagrammable with a classic neon sign. The had a unique collection of flavors to choose from. The Ube Horchata was yummy, though a little too sweet for my liking. Wow this place has the best tasting and unique drinks!!! The horchata tastes great. We were allowed to try samples of it and I ended up getting the horchata mango smoothie. The drinks don't just taste good, but they look very pretty and appetizing too. Prices are decent. Cheaper than bigger boba chains and tastes WAY better. Will definitely be coming back :) read more

Incredible Hawaiian boba shop in the marina! Andrew & Leo were very kind and they explained me the menu with patient and enthusiasm! Great service and also my drink was really good. Cute boba shop i ordered the pog P.O.G. Aloha. The drink was so good!!! I love the presentation and also the fresh fruit and real passionfruit seeds leo was very kind and explain me the menu with patience and enthusiasm. Lo e the fact they are open until 2am on the weekend. Highly recomend overall!!! read more

After a full day of riding bikes and sight seeing through San Francisco - it was very relieving to find a boba shop open in the late afternoon! Lilikoi was absolutely amazing - the P.O.G was so refreshing and the service is absolutely phenomenal! I would totally recommend going here! read more

It's awesome! Their tea is cold brew and on tap, and they have a lot of fruity options. The boba itself is great. This place sorely needed a boba place, so it's nice having Lilikoi here! And their ube taro drink was super fresh and good! Keep it up! read more
