Fun, quirky, 50s style diner. Plenty of seats available during lunch. Great lunch specials that come with food and beverage. Plenty of options to choose from, menu seems to have endless options for everyone. They do have some veggie options available, as well as tons of appetizers available. Made to order shakes, mulch, and plenty of other ice cream options. I purchased the daily special, which was the Monday burger special with a side of fries and included a large drink. The price was great and the meal was plentiful. The burger was very nice Lee made in season and very large. Staff was great very accommodating and worked quickly to get your order out. The location was fairly clean and look like a great place for parties and families. Only issue is that unfortunately there were flies around. They kept on landing everywhere. We pushed thru and ate the food which was good. A little inconvenient eating with flies around, but I'm sure it was notice by the staff and will be handled. read more

The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and the over all feel of the diner was very old and rustic in a good way. I would come here again. Also the waitresses had very 1950's looking uniforms on, very cute. read more

This is my kids' favorite restaurant. They love the food here and actually eat it. There's the arcade area, ice cream, the photo cut outs, and so much to love about this restaurant. We love all of the events and fun family activities they provide. read more

Had lunch today. We really enjoyed all aspects of this super fun place. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We loved the food, we both had the hot roast beef open face sandwiches. It was excellent and perfect, exactly what we wanted. The potatoes were made fresh and we loved the old school gravy. The Sundays were perfect and way too large to finish. This place does everything well, the tables are clean and the attention to details shows. Such a fun atmosphere, we loved seeing all the decor, especially the quarter electric pony's. It is very busy and there is usually a wait to be seated. However, we can hardly wait to go back. read more

The big booper milkshake desserts are amazing. This is why went. Takes a while to prepare them (we waited a little over 30 minutes) so be prepared to wait. That was the best part. We went for lunch on a Saturday and the wait to sit wasn't too bad, but it took over 50 minutes after we were seated to get 2 burgers and a kids hot dog with fries. (I asked the staff if the wait was usually that long and they said no and gave no explanation as to why the wait today was so long). Our server was friendly, but we had to wait a while for refills and requests such as spoons for dessert. They have a little game room for the kids that takes quarters. It's a Elvis era diner with funky decor. I'd go back just for the milkshake. read more

I had never been here before. About a week ago, I moved to the area and decided I wanted a crazy milkshake, which was all I knew about this place. OH MY GAWSHHHH. I have been... FIVE freaking times in one week. I can't get enough. I'm absolutely obsessed and I plan to go through the entire menu. The staff is so friendly and energetic and funny and interactive and the 50s aesthetic is adorable. There's also a lot of live music on weekend nights. read more

While we were waiting to be seated, a waitress marched by the hostess podium and threw a handful of menus on the floor. (Laverne) Lucky us...that is the waitress we got. She was not very nice, never came back check on us or refill our waters, then never applied a 10% off coupon that was offered to us when we checked in on yelp. The malts were tasty. I ordered the fish and shrimp combo. My fish portions were good but the fish was dry. The tartar sauce needed some love and the cocktail sauce was flavorless. My wife ordered a burger that came overcooked (why even ask how she wants it cooked?). This was our first visit and it's very doubtful that we will return if this is how customers are treated. read more

My typical rating is based on service, food, and atmosphere. Well Little Anthony's nailed all three. The service was absolutely FABULOUS with our waitress being patient as we considered all the options presented to us on the amazing menu. The food, once we finally decided, was AWESOME! Even the pickiest eater in our party of three was completely satisfied and trust me, he's not easy to please. And the atmosphere was charming. Lots to look at in this themed diner, but more importantly it was clean and well taken care of. So no complaints at all! An overall really good experience. read more

I haven't been to this restaurant in over 20 years. My friend ordered a pizza and I had fish and shrimp basket. The fish was overcooked and very dry, the onion rings tasted like old grease and were closed to burned. If I go back next time, I will try their ice cream, because it looked delicious read more

I am new to Tucson, and I am pleasantly surprised how easy it is to find privately own businesses. I brought my children, and we enjoyed the atmosphere and nostalgic 1950s charm of this diner. We had pizza with peperoni and olives, and the toppings were plentiful. The pizza was quality tasting and reminding me of classic parlor style. It came out hot, and they wereprompt. The vanilla soda I had was awesome, and the flavor is superior to fountain drinks. The staff were happy and moral was high which adds to the experience of this local establishment. I will return with my children and plan to do so often. read more

My family went here for lunch on a Sunday. They were busy and said the wait was 30-45 minutes. We only waited about 15-20 minutes. The waitress was friendly, but too busy to keep up with refilling our drinks. The food was good and everything was as we ordered. Overall we all enjoyed it. read more

We originally came here to eat at Baja Cafe but we saw the old diner style decor which was cool and made us excited to stop here instead but.... When we walked in we waited at the hosts podium for approximately 10 minutes. Thats okay but what made it awkwardly unpleasant was the servers/host made eye contact but we were not acknowledged. Looking at the reviews of this place now I can see we were not the only ones who had less than great service. After 10 min went by we asked one of the servers in passing (whom had already looked at us a few times)if we had to wait to be seated to which the response was Yes but we are busy. Furthermore the patrons stopped and stared at us for a little but which felt very strange. We left and went to Baja Cafe across the way and the customer experience there was 200x better! :) read more

This, is diner food! From the moment you walk in you get the feel of going back to the diner food era. Greasy, yummy delicious diner food! Not to mention the desserts are must when you come here. You'll spend a few minutes looking over the dessert menu! Staff here are friendly and they have all the safety precautions in place. Not to mention it's great to support local business and this place is a favorite for this city! Sometimes they will have outdoor events so be sure to pay them a visit! You'll come back! The place is really blast from the past! Love the atmosphere love everything about it except the food. I got Elvis sandwich and it was not good. Just tasted like bread way too much bread. I also got the onion rings, which were cold and greasy and gross. We also got a bacon burger that was just so so. Bummer...I was hungry and so disappointed with the food. read more

First visit to Little Anthony's Diner in years and for breakfast. Don't remember being here for breakfast before. Menu looks great - plenty of the usual breakfast items. I mostly start with the "standard" breakfast - eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast ! They have what's called "The Little Anthony's Breakfast" which was for me ! Scrambled eggs with hash browns and a side of crispy bacon - oh and don't forget the sourdough toast. How was it . . . Great ! I might have a new spot to go to for an easy and quick breakfast ! Another point - the prices are great - $7.50 for a great breakfast, plenty of food, and the coffee is included ! read more

This place is by far one of the coolest restaurants I've been too. This place actually looks like an old dinner from the outside and on the inside. There is a huge selection of food to choose from, and the food is pretty cheap. The ice cream shake tasted and looked amazing. Elvis and Marilyn Monroe walk around and sing while you eat which is very fun. Only issue was that we had to wait awhile for our table but it was a weekend night so it was expected. read more

Well if this place has anything it's Ambiance but that's about it. Service was with a bunch of high school kids who were to busy gossiping than serving. My glass went empty the entire 2nd half we were there no server. Guess bottomless tea siding apply. Food was substandard as I ordered a well done burger and it came medium rare and wife's chicken was about as dry as sand paper. I wouldn't worry about this review to much as your senior citizen clientele seems to like the Ambience more than service and food. Thanks for a great dinner. read more

We went there back in January. 5 of us. The music was great. The food was not. The service was horrible. We couldn't get drinks refilled if we were dying. Then to top it all off. One of the people in my party orders certain cheeses on his burger. They did it wrong. He asked the waitress, after waiting 15 minutes for her to ever come back, to exchange it. She took it to the kitchen. Then this lady who I thought was the manager came back and literally argued with him about the cheese. I was blown away. You really are challenging someone who's PAYING for a meal. They want what they want to eat. Not what you want. This used to be our stop once or twice a month. Sorry Little Anthony's. We are done. We really like Little Anthony's. The food is always good, the portions are large and the prices are more than fair. Wow! I've passed by this place before, and I've been itching to eat here. My SO is not really a diner person so I haven't had the opportunity to come here, but I finally came here on a Friday night with my gal pal! The outside is unique with patio seating (dog-friendly) and cool cars parked out front, but it doesn't stop there. The inside looks exactly like a cool diner from the 80s (I don't know my time periods) with music, decor, and even friendly staffed dressed in outfits. This place is family friendly and even has prize giveaways for answering a trivia question! Enough about the awesome environment, let's talk food. The menu is extensive with a ton of dishes to choose from. They have lunch and dinner specials, burgers, sandwiches, meatloaf, and a ton of milkshake options! I ordered the Hunk-a-Hunk burger medium well-it came with lettuce, tomatoes, fried onion, jalapeños, bacon l, and cheese. Simply delicious! It came with a side of hot wing sauce and some fries. Tasty diner food and a fun atmosphere. I got a rocky road milkshake and it was delicious! They can make any of their ice creams into milkshakes. read more

Ordered 2 breakfast for pick up today and was soooo disappointed. What was even more disappointing is calling to ask for a manager and having a CHILD saying she was the manager. Either she was NOT the manager, or she is just tooo immature for the job bc she talked over me and asked if I wanted the kitchen. If she truly WAS the manager, she should have been able to help me. I was calling to say that the home fries were not home fries at all. They were nothing more than boiled red potatoes warmed up on the flat top...barely. Rotten spots were left in them, as well. No seasoning whatsover. I'm sure the kitchen manager would not enjoy eating a boiled potato with nothing on it. In addition, ordered a 3 egg cheese omelet with bacon on the side. Instead, I got a 3 egg, cheese and ham omelet. I have difficulty eating, so the ham caused me to choke, so I had to deconstruct the omelet. Not fun.. not enjoyable. I will add that any cook who can't butter a toast or fry the potatoes is just LAZY!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU, LITTLE ANTHONY'S. YOU SHOULD BE BETTER THAN ......LAZY!!!!!! read more

I felt compelled to write this review based on my experience at dinner here. Understanding that the kitchen was short-staffed and the wait for food was long, I was looking forward to my dinner after a long day. I ordered the open-faced Turkey dinner, everything on the plate besides the Turkey and mashed potatoes were terrible. The stuffing was dry and hard and the mixed vegetables looked like they had been over cooked and were flavorless. The manager came over and offered me something else and when I told her no, she took my meal off the bill. Even though she did the right thing, I would never bother return to try again. read more

Fun place. For me a Johnny Rockets knock-off. Tucson loves it. It was packed on an early Sunday afternoon with a 20 minute wait. That turned out to be accurate. It is next door to the Gaslight Theatre, which I hope to attend soon. Period dressed servers were running around serving, cleaning, talking....all doing their job. They also had a DJ spinning hits and requests. It was fun. Standard diner fare. We just missed breakfast, and it is NOT served all day. Bathrooms are in the hall and were well tended to, but then again it was only noontime. read more

One of most unique restaurant experiences in Tucson. You'll be whisked back to the 1950s in best way, even the servers dress the part. It's great place to take the whole family. I loved taking my niece and nephew there when they were little. The food is all diner fare but it delicious, they do handmade shakes, chili cheese fries that are to die for, mini chimis that I've never had anywhere else that are so good, some of the best burgers in Tucson including the Yellow Brick Road burger if you like Mac n cheese, bacon and more cheese you'll definitely like this burger I'm telling you. They do breakfast, lunch and dinner so there is a huge variety to choose from. You'll never leave Little Anthony's hungry that's for sure! The wait staff and everyone else that works there is always super friendly and willing to help to make you're experience there a fantastic one. read more

Food is delish, chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak dinners are huge. Lots of food for the price. Hamburgers are really good and I like that you can order frings - combination of fries and onion rings with your burger. Shakes are huge enough for two people. Only place I know that has coffee ice cream. Love it. Friday night they have a really good band but it can get a little loud. read more

We stopped in Saturday afternoon to have some dessert. We both ordered the "Littlest hot fudge ". It was at least a cup of vanilla ice cream (your choice...they offer many flavors), whipped cream, sprinkles and topped with a cherry for under $3. Lots of hot fudge which was very tasty. There was only one table not occupied. Old rock-n-roll music playing with lots of old memorabilia on the walls. Three different tables were celebrating birthdays. Great place to take the kids and not break the bank Service was good. Our waitress kept checking on us and was very friendly. read more

Tony is a Tucson native who has been serving and entertaining Tucson audiences for over 35 years. He is also the founder and producer of Tucson's famous Gaslight Theatre! Tony also owns Grandma Tony's Pizza & Wings (2 locations), The Gaslight Costume Shoppe & The Gaslight Print Shop. Tony has been a proud member of The St. Mary's Hospital Centurions for the past 25 years.

The ganache was very rich but paired wonderfully with the whipped cream and other flavors. I don't drink, but my dad also loved the cocktails he ordered! The owner was also in the restaurant and you could tell he was not interested in being friendly or even smiling. You can skip this grill.

I have had a couple of outstanding lunches here and at the Campbell location but two different,…read morerecent breakfast visits cemented a "solid" 4-star evaluation. On a late-morning Saturday we put our name down (25 minute wait) and ran a couple of pre-planned errands knowing that would likely be the case. Returned on time and our name was next. We were disappointed to learn that their famous Liege waffle was sold out (and were advised they frequently sell out by 9-ish on weekends). We got their cinnabon french toast and the day's special which was a concoction of 4-5 different proteins, including pork, shrimp, beans, bacon, eggs plus several sauces. Food took nearly 20 minutes to be delivered on this crowded wknd visit. The french toast was disappointing - literally a cinnamon roll dipped (though just barely and just on one side?) in egg batter and than pan-fried. It was painfully sweet and lacking in that notable, delectable, fully-dunked batter. The special was at first intriguing but then absolutely overwhelming with just way too many random flavors... themeless, to find a fitting word. Staff was terrific despite the fullhouse and a bottomless $2 cup of joe is a wonderful throwback. Fast forward two weeks and we made it in for their weekday early morning breakfast menu (6-8am). That included the Wyatt Earp ($10.25) with layers consisting of eggs, hash, shredded pork, beans, rice. And (not on the early morning specials) we finally got the Liege berry waffle ($18.50). Both were delivered piping hot and tasted delicious. We each got the respective sauces on the side (Hollandaise for the Wyatt and fresh creme and agave syrup for the Liege) and we were immensely glad we did so! The Wyatt barely needed any of the rich Hollandaise and the Liege was itself nicely sweet that we barely needed to even graze the waffle in the whipped cream (and none of the agave) to enjoy it. The berries were of good quality as well. Bonus, during the time we were there (roughly 7:45-8:30a) the venue was never more than half full.

The first thing I need to own is that it's a shame I hadn't visited here before. We arrived at 5:30p and both the bar and patio areas were packed - standing room only, and no wonder. They have one of the better happy hours (daily! 3:00 - 6:30p) - able to accommodate both the slacker and the over-timer Lol. Basic drinks are all discounted such as house wines, well drinks, and beers. Their bottled wines and craft cocktails are all exempt though. Many of their appetizers are also discounted and some quite substantially. We grabbed a glass of the house cabernet ($6, normally $8) and the grilled shrimp wrapped in jalapeno bacon ($13, normally $20). NOTE: happy hour pricing is Only available if you order/consume at the bar or on the patio and that's clear in advance, and understandable. The dining areas were only half full at this early point (but filled up by 6:30) and the host kindly encouraged us to enjoy our starters at the bar as she would hold our table. We were then sat near the "back" of this long venue and frankly, aside from the lone windowed table at the very front, this would be my preferred seating - cozy, intimate, with only five other tables around us. For dinner drinks she got an Italian Nebbiolo Bricco Magno Red Blend ($13/glass, reliably terrific/mellow) and I got the Chupacabra ($15) Mezcal/prickly pear cocktail, strong and excellent as well. We got an additional appetizer: the roasted bone marrow ($19). I had never had marrow before but she raved about how good this can be if done properly (bonus, it is super healthy). Folks, a picture/worth a 1000... suffice to say this was simply outstanding! We both had long work weeks and were craving meat - just a damn good steak. Our waiter, without blinking recommended the 8oz bison filet mignon ($65) as his absolute menu fav, and then the day's special: 14oz ribeye ($50). We ordered each. All dinners come with two sides and we each got the day's special: roasted half artichoke and she got the loaded baked potato while I got the mashed potatoes. Food arrived about 15 minutes later at good temperature (warm/rested with a strong char) with each being accurately grilled (medium and medium-rare). Taste was outstanding. Neither one of us had bison filet before and marveled how it (subtly) added a "wild" edge to an always outstanding, lean-but-tender, cut of beef. The loaded baked was terrific, however, the mashed was the only disappointment... a plainer mash one could not make themselves - pure white and borderline dry, no milk, butter, egg, gravy(?), nothing to make it creamy or add any flavor dimension - a surprise frankly. The only other "critique" is that the dessert menu could add some kind of dark/chocolate concoction. All in all, though, we loved our experience and have decided to add this to our periodic special dinners rotation! Staff was outstanding - just the proper balance of attentive and quiet - and waters never went below half empty. Parking is free and plentiful, especially behind the restaurant (and yes, if you continue on around the back there is another long entrance/exit driveway that comes out the other side of Jimmy John's and Noodleholics.

Desert was the lemon olive oil cake it was a tiny bit dry but it came with ice cream and buttercream and the mixture of everything made it all come together. Honestly it's so cute inside and the patio is nice with the misters. Service was great our waitress was really running around the restaurant but we never felt neglected and the food was phenomenal. I had to wait about five minutes to receive a piping hot just-made-to-order feast. I'm definitely going back.

After a long day, family and friends we decided to stop at Little Anthony's Diner. The moment we walked in it was uncomfortable. There was a older lady at the door. We were not greeted with a smile. She asked us to wait for a server to seat us.. She was standing there doing nothing. She could not seat us? This young server came, greeted us with a smile. Told all of us Happy New Year. Took us to our table, got our order for drinks. We were seated towards the front of the diner. We could see and hear everything. We witnessed the older woman at the front which I assume she was a manager, being so rude to the young staff there. She was embarrassing them in front of customers. Rude to them to no end. Her behavior borderline to working in an hostile environment, to bullying these young employees. These young employees were working like champs. Busting their humps. Having a great attitude. To have and a manager treat them like garbage is truly sad. Little Anthony's Diner is not family friendly. In face, I would not recommend it to anyone.. Unless you want to get an upset stomach while you watch staff being abused. read more

My husband and I have been here for breakfast in the past and enjoyed it, but after today we won't be going back. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, there should have been no waiting, yet we had to wait more than a couple minutes to be seated because the hostess wasn't around and the waitress at the register was counting quarters. After we were finally seated, we never even got waited on. A server walked past us twice, not to help other customers or anything, and he didn't even seem to notice we were there. What's even more pathetic is the waitress who blew us off to count her quarters saw us walk right past her on the way out and didn't seem to give a flying fig. I called the manager and she asked if we had been at a booth or table and I told her we were at a table. Then she repeated the question like she hadn't been paying attention. She apologized for our bad experience there, but the whole time during our conversation she seemed pre-occupied. I've had lousy service in restaurants before, but never no service. After a superb exchange with the owner, we were intrigued to try Little Anthony's again. We came by on a Tuesday night and experienced much better service, and definitely improved food. This time, we ordered a French dip, the Hunk a hunk burger, and a banana split. All were excellent . The beef in the dip was tender and the baguette looked pretty darn gourmet. Tony, the owner, actually popped by our table to chat and ensure we were having a great experience. I don't know about you, but all I want in an evening out is good food and to support an awesome local business when we can. I feel confident in saying that Tony cares a LOT about his business, making customers happy, and being a long time fixture in Tucson. He took care of our meal and made us feel valuable. We had tickets to the Gaslight and decided on eating at Little Anthony's Diner before the show. We were sat outside and waited 15 minutes for a server to help us. Finally Kezia noticed we had been there waiting and asked if we had been helped. We told her no and she said she would help us (even though that was not her table). She was AWESOME!!! She did say that the kitchen was a little behind as they were busy and we were ok with that. Well, she really worked her magic as out drinks and salads came out right away. Soon after our appetizer came out and then our pizza. She was extremely friendly and attentive to us. She is 100% the reason we did not leave and eat somewhere else! I've worked for Tony Terry for two years and I can tell you that when it comes to bosses he genuinely cares about his employees and their wellbeing. I've personally witnessed him offer his help and support whether it be financially or emotional to many employees. I've watched him give people so many chances when no one else would. He's offered me personally financial support when I worried about paying for classes, he's insisted I get health insurance through the company even though I'm not full time, he's given me advice and many other helpful gestures countless times. Granted he is my boss I don't always agree with him but coming from someone who has worked for other local small businesses he's a very generous person who will offer his help as much as he can. read more

Thanks to a wonderful server named Heather, last night my husband I were able to eat pizza and a chili dog at Little Anthony's Diner. Due to the virus and our health, we haven't been to a restaurant since March. We called Little Anthony's, and Heather took our order and payment over the phone, and even went so far as to take our boxed order to a table outside and leave it for us to pick up. Because she was willing to go the extra mile for us, we had the BEST meal we have had since March!! I still think it's the best pizza in town! My family was having a nice dinner at this restaurant and I had to use the men's room. When I went to use it I had to turn around and go back inside as a man ( I assume was the owner or manager) was yelling at employees. I understand that in any business one has to find ways to motivate workers, I just do not think "treating" them to a public display of humiliation is proper, use your office and yelling does nothing but hurt moral. If the problems this gentleman is having are bad enough for him do this type of activity he should look to run another type of business that is not HOSPITALITY orientated. On August 11,2018 in the evening, my husband decided to take our Grandchildren,Nana our Son & daughter in law for dinner and we got to the parking lot, finding ourselves in a crunch. We were not aware of the Monthly Car Show. We approach the check in stand and there was a very friendly, and respectful Manager- Ms. Rachel, offering to get us in for dinner. We got in and everyone was very friendly and kind. Ms. Rachel sat us and was checking up on us and very sweet and kind to our Grandkids. This Manager is a keeper. We were in town visiting family and decided to try Little Anthonys for breakfast one Sunday. The food was good, nothing to write home about. We had eggs, hash browns, French toast and the best, crispest bacon. The service was great! Our server Sharon, was so sweet and spunky. She was right there to take our order and on top of refills as well. Such a sweet girl with a fun sense of humor. She answered our questions and offered suggestions despite the diner being quite busy and we never felt like we had to wait for anything. We will be back and we will ask for our new favorite server, Sharon! read more

Please, everyone support this marvelous Eatery! They have superb food, that can't be beat taste wise, price wise and safety wise. Their delivery service is exceptional. My package was totally sealed when it arrived.The food was piping hot, made exactly to order which in my case was medium rare.It was a meal that I will not forget and I didn't even have to leave my home to get It.Let us all pray that this owner can get his stimulus check so he can remain open to serve to Tucson? read more

My wife and I ate here last night and we both had the chicken fried steak. It was fantastic! Very tender on the inside and also perfectly crunchy on the outside. Also, whoever the manager was in the red shirt, she was super chill and made sure we felt welcome when we walked in and, she also checked on us to make sure we were enjoy in our meal. We found out about Little Anthony's Diner when we heard about the free sundaes and decided to give the place a chance! We were greeted instantly and sat right away! Our waitress was Marina and she was super sweet and attentive, she recommended the pizza and it was delicious! Then we of course got our free sundaes to keep calm in this heat. This place was horrid! Amptospere dingy, filthy. Manager rude. To top it off, roaches!!!! Please do not eat here. I saw at least four roaches while I was there. Pointed it out to lady manager. Everything on the menu taste good. The wings you get inside the restaurant are wet vs the ones at Grandma Tony's are dry(Part of the same building.) I recommend ordering wings from the diner and pizza from GM Tony's. As GM Tony's will charge you extra for hot sauce SMH. Good food, fun atmosphere, the kids love it and not too hard on the wallet. I just finished an excellent grilled Icelandic Cod dinner. I was greeted by Manager Pauline with smiles, seated immediately, and enjoyed prompt and pleasant service by Nathan. The cod prep was delicious! Sure beats that junk fish talapia you find in other restaurants. Well done Little Anthony's! I'll be back to have that, again. read more

First things first, don't think about parking here and walking down to the gem show, they won't allow it unless you eat there first. Walked in pleasantly greeted, allowed to choose our own table. Two ice teas were brought out quickly. This place has been here since 1968, it is showing some wear and tear but it is clean. Very 60's decor, outdated oak buffet and fake granite laminate dots almost everything. An outdated formerly semi upscale 1960's diner at best. My son ordered the "I cant decide" sampler, cheese sticks, onion rings, chicken tenders with ranch and bbq sauce. Nothing out of the ordinary. Cute name. His burger was called the "Master burger" 2- 2/3 patties with the normal fixins and Cole slaw. When it appeared it was nothing amazing, two patties and cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion on the side with pickle slices. He ate it, said it was good, that was about it. I went with the chicken fried steak breakfast with two eggs over medium, hash browns and bacon with a waffle. Standard frozen chicken fried steak, pepper gravy which saved the steak. Decent crispy hash browns, two eggs cooked perfectly to order. Bacon, ZERO flavor, in this economy I can understand it probably being generic, non cured bacon. The waffle was homemade but the syrup was so sticky that you had to twirl the fork to keep the sugar stands from running down your chin. I give it three stars mainly for the friendliness of the staff. They weren't busy even though the gym show is right there and it took a bit of time for even the appetizers to come out. With all of the food choices around this town, there are much better burgers and breakfasts around and close by. If it was the only option for the type of food I guess I would go, however I am not going out of my way to return.
