My husband and I always come here and sit at n the bar area at the tables. We love this place. But today, it was horrible! We came into the bar around 4pm and the tables were filthy. Only one table was clean. The rest were dirty with glasses still on the tables and plates. We asked the bartender he said he was really busy. I understand being busy, but what happened to the busser? I used to be a restaurant manager and made sure everything was clean and ready for the next customer. I've never seen this place like this before. Came here for dinner with my family for the first time. We ordered the steak and shrimp, a side of mac and cheese for our daughter, and the chicken fried steak. The shrimp was really good. It wasn't overly fishy and was cooked well. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked. I ordered it medium, but it came out well done. The mac and cheese was probably my favorite thing we ordered. It was super cheesy, full of flavor, and I loved that they use cavatappi noodles. The complimentary bread was just okay, but it's free, so I can't really complain. My partner really enjoyed the chicken fried steak and thought it was one of the better ones he's had. The biggest issue with our visit was the service. We stood at the front for quite a while before anyone acknowledged us. After we were seated, it took about 20 minutes before our waitress came over to introduce herself or even take our drink order. I actually had to ask the host who our waitress was. While we were sitting there waiting, I noticed other tables getting greeted almost right away and receiving their drinks quickly, so it honestly made me wonder what happened with our table. Once our waitress finally came over, she was incredibly kind and apologetic. She even offered us a complimentary appetizer or dessert, which I really appreciated and helped make up for the rough start. Unfortunately, things didn't get much better. When our food came out, my partner and I received our meals, but our daughter's mac and cheese was missing. We let our waitress know, and because we don't like eating in front of our daughter while she's still waiting for her food, we decided to wait. It took another 10 to 15 minutes for her food to come out, so by the time we finally ate, our food was cold. That part was our choice, but it was still frustrating. Twice I've come for the late night dinners. I truly think they understand great service. It was my birthday dinner and I appreciated all that they did. The atmosphere feels classy once you're seated but casual dress is fine. It's a steakhouse. I know they were about an hour till close and I hate being that person but they still treated us politely without being rushed. The bartender was very funny and went above and beyond. He recommended getting these 7 spices on the steak which has more of the cracked black pepper. The food was delicious. I could hardly finish my outlaw ribeye after eating some bread and butter, the cheddar stuffed mushrooms, and Caesar salad. They always run out of the corn so if you have a chance you should definitely get corn as your side. We'll probably have to come earlier in the day to get that. First, Trent was an amazing server and host for our visit! Very friendly, great attitude, always smiling and talked with us when it was slow. Great food, not perfect, but great! This was our first time at a Longhorn Steakhouse. It will not be our last. Came a little later in a Saturday night. Was seated immediately; the rush was just ending. Place is a little dark for my liking, but still enough lightning. We went straight into ordered our meals as they come with lots of food. I got the Parmesan filet with lobster tail, Mac and cheese and ceases salad. My wife the potato soup with her Outlaw ribeye. Alight critique! Again, food was great. But wish there was more black pepper in things. The potato soup and Mac and cheese were saint fig me to add black pepper, but were great! No pepper sauce or rub for steak? This was the 3rd time I've tried this location...and it is my last. The 1st time I tried this location, I sat at the bar to place a takeout order and a house margarita to sip on while I waited for the order. I ordered the filet w/lobster tail, steamed broccoli, house salad & a strawberry shortcake. When I got home the dessert was missing (I called and verified that I wasn't charged for it). However, my steak was overcooked (I'd asked for Medium) and the lobster was undercooked. I ended up with food poisoning that lasted a few days. To make it even worse, the bartenders were incredibly rude and dismissive. I contacted Longhorn and spoke with Leticia (managing partner) - she was very professional and empathetic to my situation, offered me a gift card and suggested that I come back and give them another try. 2nd visit (about 1 1/2 weeks later) - I'd had a busy day and happened to be near this restaurant so I stopped in to place a takeout order and a margarita while I waited. Once again, I was treated with rudeness by the bartenders (except from a bartender named Matteo - he was the only one of the 3 working at that time that acknowledged me, checked in (on every customer). AND when I got home I ONCE AGAIN had an item missing from my order (this had been paid for), and the steak I ordered was overcooked yet again. I contacted the restaurant and happened to speak with Leticia, and she once again apologized for the issue and offered another gift card, which I was hesitant to accept. She suggested I think about it and let her know. I sat on the offer for a few days, then decided to accept. I called the restaurant but wasn't able to get any assistance. I reached out to their corporate office and told them about my 2nd experience and they offered to reach out to this location. I honestly wasn't expecting to hear back from anyone. He asked that I give them one more chance to make things right. 3rd visit (6/27) - after running errands after work I decided to give Longhorn one more try. I sat at the end of the bar and was actually acknowledged by one of the bartenders. He got the team member taking takeout orders for me. I decided to order a steak, steamed broccoli and hose salad...and a house margarita while I waited. The 2 bartenders working tonight obviously knew who I was, and made it very known to me that they weren't going to take care of me. The associate working the takeouts (I can't remember her name, but she was very professional and thorough) let the bartenders know I had ordered a margarita - NEITHER MADE MY DRINK. They weren't happy to pour everyone else's drinks and the female bartender gave a 1-finger shot sample to another customer at the bar. When my takeout order was brought to me I asked the associate to remove my drink order since I never received it. (My steak was overcooked for the third time!). The manager on duty (Veronica) was very professional and kind to me (I'd spoken with her on the phone briefly after the 2nd order issue) - she said she couldn't believe this had happened again. I told her it felt very petty and personal towards me from the bartenders tonight, and that I won't be coming back to this location. I've bartended off and on for the past 30 years in LA and Nashville, and trained many bartenders over the years. The way I was treated by this bartending team has been beyond horrendous! If any of MY team treated a customer as rudely as I've been treated during my only 3 visits, they would have been fired. If I ever had a customer express poor service from me, I'd apologize and do what I could to try to turn the experience into a positive one for the customer. 9 out of 10 times, they would become one of my most loyal customers and would bring new guests on their next visits. I really wanted to give this place a chance, especially since it's close to where I live. But I refuse to continue to be treated with blatant and open disrespect, especially when I'm a paying customer. I will be contacting the Corporate Office on Monday. I've officially reached my limit dealing with this restaurant. They've made it abundantly clear that they do not want or care about my patronizing this restaurant, so I'll find places that do (there is a Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse and Saltgrass Steakhouse fairly near to my neighborhood - I'll go spend my money there going forward. read more

We decided to give this place a try while in the area shopping so glad we did. We beat the dinner crowd so the server was on top of our order and drinks, for appetizer we had the brisket queso and chips they serve d us bread and butter also which was quite amazing as we rarely have bread. Queso was served plenty hot chips stole the show as they were fresh and light they were good. We both enjoyed our cut salad for starters I had the 12 oz ribeye with steamed asparagus & Diana had Lobster Bisque, sirloin and shrimp it's was more than enough and she boxed some from lunch tomorrow We finished it off with the cheesecake which was just ok, the dessert options was the only thing lacking here. I've been coming to Longhorn Steakhouse ever since I first tried it -- it's literally the only steakhouse I've been to ever since. That may start to change since I stopped by during the weekend. It just didn't feel or taste the same as it did before. My goal, from the beginning, was to order and try all of the steaks there; however, that didn't work out. We originally ordered a Ribeye and a Fire Grilled T-Bone. What we received was a Ribeye and the Longhorn Porterhouse. That was definitely the case because the person who brought our food mentioned it was the Longhorn, but we didn't order that; we assumed he was mistaken because the Longhorn Porterhouse looks similar to the Fire Grilled T-Bone. Well, it was definitely the Longhorn Porterhouse; we've had the Longhorn Porterhouse several times to know its taste. We decided to just eat it since we've already cut into it. The Ribeye was delicious in taste. Though I ordered a medium, it tasted like a rare-medium rare, something I couldn't dealt with so I swapped it with my significant other. The Longhorn Porterhouse (supposedly Fire Grilled T-Bone) was mediocre. One, I don't remember it tasting the way it tasted -- it was under-seasoned. Two, my significant other ordered a medium rare, which isn't what I typically like BUT it was more cooked than the Ribeye. Let's talk about the sides: We both ordered a side of Crispy Okra; I ordered Steakhouse Mac & Cheese, and he ordered Crispy Brussel Sprouts. I don't typically order any healthy or semi-healthy side dishes, but Longhorn Steakhouse's Crispy Okra is usually heavenly delicious. Take note of the "usually." My significant other's Crispy Okra was delicious, a bit oily, but the color was bright and fresh. On the other hand, my Crispy Okra was good at first but became too much after eating a few pieces. The fried portion wasn't bright and fresh -- it was brown and extremely oily, both in looks and taste. My Crispy Okra seemed to either be over-fried or was fried in some bad oil, hence the color. My Steakhouse Mac & Cheese didn't have any bacon in it, though it usually comes with it. It was probably a good thing because it was a bit too salty already. The Crispy Brussel Sprouts tasted good, but it was drenched in oil. It wasn't even crispy! Now, let's talk about the customer service. It wasn't great. Half of the time, we couldn't even find our server. We were without refills for quite some time, and when she came back around, we had to quickly ask her for refills and extra bread. It's also not good to have the feeling of being judged for getting extra bread, but that's exactly how we felt with her. Next up, my Steakhouse Mac & Cheese: it didn't come out on time. I had to ask our server if she knew where our Mac & Cheese was because it never came out. By then, I was already halfway through my steak. What made this visit better was we received a free Texas Brisket Queso because there was an extra. I was thinking of ordering it, too; however, let's review that. The Texas Brisket Queso was delicious, and it's something that I would consider ordering the next time I visit Longhorn Steakhouse. My only complaints are the queso and brisket were a bit salty, and the chips were slightly soggy and oily. This visit makes me rethink whether I would like to come here during the day on a Saturday. It wasn't crowded when we first came, but we were seated fairly close to other people. The people behind us were coughing, and the people to the side of us were having a birthday party. It made us slightly uncomfortable, but it was a fleeting feeling since the others stopped coughing. Overall, I would like to come back during a weekday when it isn't too crowded. Now the steak I'm going to start out by saying that when it comes to protein if it can be overcooked then it's going to be my food which unfortunately is what happened BUT they made sure they got it fixed quickly an I got an extra loaded potato. The second steak was cooked med- rare just like I ordered it the steak was very tender an the seasoning was on point. I almost forgot about dessert which was Strawberries & Cream Shortcake, it had beautiful fresh strawberries on it with sauce the shortcake was lite an airy. If you like tres leche you will like this. I was surprised that on a Saturday the restaurant was as slow as it was for as good as the food was an the customer service. We were in a booth an it was comfortable but a tad to dark. Yes I am back again like always. I think I have been coming here twice a month since they've opened. Its perfection now! The steak is perfectly cooked and flavored!! Server (Edgar?- fake red Rolex) ignored my family for over 30 mins. During this time we see him check his other tables multiple times and walk back to the kitchen. When we get another server to ask for him to come over- he doesn't apologize for ignoring us and brings us a drink with items floating in it. No apology when that was "corrected". After discussing our concerns to the manager, the server that we asked to not serve us any more he came by laughing at us. We attempt to address this with a different manager (Veronica) and she laughs at my wife saying that he's never acted like this before in his many years here. We received nothing but "that's weird of him" instead of any kind of accountability or apology. We get our food to go but at this point don't trust anything given to us and throw it away. I requested extra seasoning for it to be nice and buttered and it came back to me like it was maybe microwaved or thrown in the oven not cooked fresh.
