The place is awesome and Arthur is fantastic - it is our go to shipping destination. I don't remember the last time we went to the post office or anywhere else for our shipping needs. We have overnighted things across country, shipped locally, shipped insured USPS and Fed Ex packages, even notarized documents. It's efficient, fast, affordable, and personal, just like a neighborhood shipping store should be! I also wanted to add this as a satisfied customer: There is a negative review stating a customer couldn't get a fed ex receipt for a package they wanted to drop off - if you drop off a package at the post office you don't get a receipt, it just goes into the bin. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Seriously the best shipping center in town. One time I saved over $100 on shipping a large piece of film equipment. Went in this afternoon to mail 2 packages. I didn't have anything with me other than the items I wanted to send and the addresses I needed to send them to. Then gentleman behind the counter was so helpful. He found appropriate packaging and the cheapest way to ship them. My two packages cost me less than $20 to box up and send! I have had two occasions to mail miscellaneous stuff through Mailbox Plus to my home in Northern California. I brought in the materials in bags. Arthur took the information and said he would box it up at no additional charge and it was shipped and received timely and in perfect condition.
