    Monsterous popover!

Amazing... Trying to put into words what a great experience this was! And I can't seem to find the right words to describe! Took my 11 yo daughter to have special lunch here and she was tickled pink to get the vegetable penne (on the kids menu)! I also let her choose a drink, and she got the ginger beer which she claimed was 'very gingery!' The popovers were being baked when we arrived so we had to wait a bit before we got them but man! So Worth The Wait. Just like everyone says, the strawberry butter has you licking your lips and the little cup of consommé ... the perfect touch. From the reviews, I got the NM Burger and boy, those reviews were right, one of the juiciest burgers I've ever had. And they cooked it to your preference - for me that was medium rare. The truffle fries kinda stole the show... light little crispy fries, didn't need ketchup they were seasoned so well. We ended the meal with a dreamsicle slice of cake, recommended by our waiter. It was the perfect ending!

Great location for our Lunch Bunch. The restaurant is conveniently located on the third floor of Neiman Marcus at Willow Bend. I loved that. I could make reservations on open table. App We sat in a wonderful little booth and had two servers attending to us our entire visit. Light but delicious lunch options available. Loved the spiced tea and the chicken salad. Friends had Stanley Marcus pot roast and loved it. Don't miss the popovers and strawberry butter that they serve when you arrive. The consommé was a nice touch too. Overall great experience. Look forward to coming back again soon.

Love this place! I had to make a stop to customer service and couldn't resist stopping in for a quick bite next door. I love the popovers here... I just can't resist. The service is always great also. I got a crab cake appetizer and an aperol spritzer. They serve you a delectable chicken broth and popover with your meal. Everything was great! I highly recommend!

I guess my biggest surprise about coming here was how much better this location is then the Northpark mall location. And just so you know I was comparing apples to apples I ordered the exact same thing at both locations. I ordered the cheeseburger meal which came with french fries. The burger here was cooked perfectly and you would not even know it was supposed to be the exact burger I had ordered it was The exact same burger that I had ordered at Northpark. The one at Northpark was dry and overcooked and almost ruined me from ever ordering a burger at Neiman Marcus again. One bite into this burger and I was glad that I had ordered one again. I also had a bite Of the grilled pimento cheese sandwich. It was amazing and will probably be what I order the next time I come.

Always a favorite for my best friend and me! We celebrated my birthday today and Ariana was so lovely. she made sure my celebration dessert was gluten free - such a sweet gesture. The service and food are wonderful. We will definitely be back soon!

I went here today for a business lunch. It was pretty good. I got the cheddar soup and salmon tacos. The food was good but not amazing. The salmon tacos were good and had A LOT of salmon in them. The service was pretty good. One of our drinks was refilled with the wrong thing but it was fixed pretty quickly. Also, 2 different managers and the host checked on us often.

Delicious and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. My wife and I were very happy to find a Paleo friendly menu inside of a mall.

Things didn't go as smoothly as I hoped for her first visit, but management apologized and tried to make up for it. I appreciated the effort on their part and opportunity to give my feedback. I'm thinking it was an off day as the shrimp pasta was extremely salty on this visit. Food: My Reuben egg rolls were a delightful and delectable bite. One of my favorite appetizers. The Russian/Thousand Island dressing is so good. (4 STARS for the appetizer only) Pasta the presentation was great. However, today someone in the kitchen was heavy handed on the seasoning and it was super salty. The taste was not good. Seeing that I have had it multiple times I won't criticize it as much and chalk it up as a one off. Drinks: The Frosé is so refreshing. It's a cold slushie perfect for a warm summer day. The sample flight is also cool and a great way to taste all the drinks. The presentation is cute and it's a fun experience. (5 STARS) Ambiance: It's a cozy and comfortable vibe. I always feel relaxed and enjoy myself. (4 STARS) Service: The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I want to thank the manager for my concerns on the pasta. The way she handled it was professional. (4 STARS) So overall I had a good visit. Everything was a hit minus the pasta it was a miss this visit. I will definitely be back as this is one of my favorites.

The selection is thoughtfully curated, with robust flavors and quality ingredients. I ordered the Wood Grilled Shrimp, a House Salad with added Salmon, a glass of Moscato, and a slice of Cheesecake for dessert. My entire ticket was under $80 which I thought was a great value for the quality and experience! And I have to give a special shoutout to my waiter, CJ! He was such a delight and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the flavors. One thing I've noticed at many restaurants is that the waitstaff sometimes doesn't seem to actually eat where they work , so I really appreciate when a server can genuinely speak on the food and make recommendations with confidence. I'll definitely be visiting again! Great food, great service, and a beautiful ambiance.

We fully understood that we were early and were told that we had been checked in and that our table would be ready closer to our reservation time. We had absolutely no issue with that. While waiting, we found an area near the bar and ordered appetizers and drinks, spending close to $300 before we were ever seated for dinner. At approximately 8:20 p.m., after our reservation time had passed and we had received no update, we approached the host stand to make sure they knew we were still waiting. We were told that they were waiting for seats to become available and that we would be seated soon. At 8:30 p.m., we were still waiting. When we approached the host stand again, the response was noticeably less courteous. We were told that they could not ask people to leave their tables and that we would be seated when they could accommodate us. At some point during this exchange, we were also told that once we were eventually seated, they would provide us with complimentary appetizers. I want to be very clear: this was never about receiving free food or having something taken off our bill. We had already spent close to $300 on drinks and appetizers while waiting. I neither wanted nor needed complimentary appetizers. What I wanted was for our reservation to be honored within a reasonable amount of time--or, at the very least, for someone to communicate honestly with us, acknowledge the problem, and treat our family with respect. Offering free appetizers did nothing to address the actual issue. By approximately 8:35 p.m.--20 minutes after our reservation time and nearly 50 minutes after we initially checked in--it was apparent that there was no urgency to seat us and, more importantly, no meaningful communication about when we could expect to be seated. At that point, General Manager Landry became involved. Unfortunately, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer any reasonable solution, his attitude made an already frustrating situation substantially worse. When I reminded him that we had an 8:15 reservation and asked when we could realistically expect to be seated, he again told us that we would be seated when they could seat us. I explained that our party included a pregnant mother-to-be who had not eaten and was beginning to feel unwell, as well as a young child. There was no apparent concern or effort to accommodate the situation. When I pressed him for a more specific timeframe, Landry responded that "it's just a reservation." That statement was astonishing to me. A reservation is a commitment made between a restaurant and its customer. I certainly understand that restaurants run behind and that unexpected circumstances occur. What I do not understand is a General Manager dismissing a customer's reservation as though it carries no significance whatsoever. I asked Landry what Sixty Vines' policy would be if I had arrived 30 minutes late for my reservation. Instead of addressing the obvious point behind the question, he accused me of being "aggressive" and informed me that, if he wanted to, he could simply ask our party to leave. That response was completely inappropriate. Rather than acknowledging that his restaurant had failed to honor our reservation, apologizing for the delay, or attempting to find a solution, the General Manager chose to threaten to remove a family that had been patiently waiting and had already spent nearly $300 at the restaurant. A few minutes later, Landry walked past our group and visibly shook his head at us. It was dismissive, disrespectful, and entirely unbecoming of someone entrusted with managing a restaurant and representing the Sixty Vines brand. Ironically, the person who demonstrated the most professionalism and empathy that evening was the young server who had been taking care of us near the bar. She observed what was happening, approached us on her own, apologized for the situation, and asked whether there was anything she could do to help. Her response stood in stark contrast to that of the General Manager. By this point, we had closed our tab. The pregnant member of our party had become so unwell while we waited that she actually vomited. We informed Landry of what had happened, and again there appeared to be little concern. His primary focus remained his assertion that we had "yelled" at him. To be clear, customers who have waited well beyond their reservation time, received virtually no meaningful communication, and then been told by the General Manager that "it's just a reservation" are understandably going to become frustrated. A capable General Manager should know how to manage that frustration professionally rather than escalating the situation and threatening to remove the customers. Ultimately, we left without ever having the birthday dinner.

Then for the main entrees, we shared the French dip with fries and the blackened fish & shrimp. Both of these dishes tasted good, though the steak in the French dip was a bit tough to chew and not as tender as I would have liked. Finally, we finished our meal with the pistachio tres leches cake which was just delightful -- perfectly nutty and not overly sweet!
