I am on holiday and frequented the establishment a few times. My wife had ordered me lunch a bit earlier. I came in to ask for a fork and 2 packs of soy sauce and was denied?? One plastic fork is worth return business, yes?? Crazy stuff, the nice gentleman at the pizza place next door handed me one with a smile... Just awful. This is not close to true Hawaii poke. The staff is rude and the fish is bland. It's obviously a tourist trap since no respecting local will eat there more than once. I'm so frustrated I wasted my money. The little local men at Times and Tamaras and other small shops make the best. Sad that people are now using local staples to grab tourist bucks. I'd bet anything the owner of this is from the mainland not close to born and raised and if he is Hawaiian he should be ashamed to put this garbage out. read more

Came here to get a quick dinner and wow, I was so disappointed. They said poke is from Hawaii but now I'm not so sure. Granted this restaurant is in a food court inside the mall but I didn't think it was gonna be that bad. We ordered some Maui Signatures. The ahi and salmon were bland. They were probably not fresh. The poke sauce was bland too. Kikkoman soy sauce tastes better than that tbh. The only thing that was decent was the seaweed salad. Price was not cheap and we could have gotten something much better for that price. I'm from CA and they have much better poke there. Overall, overpriced and bland-tasting poke. Skip this and go get something else. read more

I'm sorry, I don't like to be the person to say negative things, however this was the most disappointing fail of our trip to Maui this far, like by far, this fell short of the reviews so badly I had to say something. Firstly, we waited in line for about 30 minutes to order, then when we ordered, they didn't have what we initially wanted. The Butterfly bubble tea with boba isn't red, as it looks in all the photos, and tastes terrible, we couldn't put our finger on what the flavor is, but it's just terrible, it's not a milk tea, and the boba is old and stale. The rose milk tea, tastes like rose milk lotion with water. Again, it's not a milk tea, it's a weird concentrate that doesn't taste correct. The white ladies (I'm white, so I think I can say this) have no knowledge of what milk tea is supposed to taste like. One of them said the butterfly was her favorite...well, I don't know, but it tastes like chemicals. Sorry, big fat zero stars. :( read more

Sigh. The poke was waaaay over priced, & for sure not fresh. Poke was hella dry. Luckily i had the dressings that helped a little, but def not worth the price. The juices were also meh. I asked for extra toppings (as they were free), but felt like i was inconveniencing the guy. You're better off getting poke at the nearest ABC! :( read more

Scrap food and lack of basic hygiene. There are only two people working there and it takes a long time to get to the front. Never again.

Fire fresh ass poke! Although the quality of the ahi lowkey varies day by day, the bowls were consistently fire and it was highly addictive. A must go at Whaler's! read more

It's incredible . Fish is so fresh and the people are so nice . They have boba tea also . It's downstairs in food court area which is a little hard to find . There hours are 11-8 I think . Ask about the fresh ahi it's amazing . I got the brown sugar boba and wow it was good . read more

Stumbled upon this place while wandering around Whalers Village. They have a dedicated vegan menu item, which is rare in this part of Maui. It is DELICIOUS! Fresh veggies, fried tofu, tasty sauce. I added onion, cilantro, and avocado. The people are so friendly who work there. We went back a second time during our trip. read more

Maui Poke has fresh & tasty proteins (I've tried the unagi, tako, ahi, salmon, and hamachi) and awesome sauces (the signature shoyu and pineapple ponzu are especially notable). Really good place! read more

This place is awesome! Delicious poke at great prices. I got the Big Kahuna Lahaina Heatwave with white rice and spicy ahi. Fresh and spicy yumminess. Loved all the add-ins. That and a full size side of seaweed salad was enough for two meals. Friendly and efficient service, too. Highly recommend! read more

This place is a highlight of our trip. So delicious. I love poke. Longer lines because it's delicous and everyone knows. Loved it. They have a lot of different choices I n bowls you pick what you want. I got the tuna and a couple of other choices. Not exactly sure what they were but they were delicious. Looking for Poke in Maui. I first came in and was 2nd guessing the spot. Once I got my bowl I was amazed by how good it was. Shredder the guy who made my bowl was super cool. He helped and recommended a drink for me which was super tasty. I found out we both lived in Seattle for some time which was cool. Definitely coming back. 10/10 would recommend. read more

amazing poke and the fish tacos are amazing!! they're very nice and fast. and they recognized us in the second visit. so happy we found this gem. wish it was in my home town. we'd go 3-4 times a week. just amazing qual and flavors. get the fish tacos!! and the poke is even better the next day when all the flavors marinate together. mmmm thanks again!!! read more

Pretty tasty, we had the Signature bowl, as well as another customized bowl. Both were quite good considering this is a poke place in a food court. Seemed fresh, and add ons were tasty - I'd go back. However: the price they charged was higher than listed - and they didn't offer to honor the posted pricing, rather they just acknowledged that they're aware and that they've told the owner about the issue. For a few bucks, I didn't bother to push it, but think they need to stick to the listed prices, or change them. read more

Ive been getting boba here with my cousin many times and it is super yummy. I definitely recommend the brown sugar boba, because it is the only one I have been getting. However, the boba is a little bit too chewy/soft. Nevertheless, its delicious. They also don't have the iconic boba lids and straws. Thank You! read more

we just wandered in while waking around the mall and were very lucky to stumble upon maui poke!! shredder gave us the house special boba (secret recipe) and was so fun when delivering our food! the poke was delicious and the service was awesome, HIGHLY recommend! read more
