Surprisingly very good. First time coming here, and I was a little thrown off by the restaurant name as Hibachi is typically a Japanese dish. I wasn't sure what to expect and if this was a going to be a fusion with Mexican flavors. It wasn't. It was typical Hibachi without the show. I ordered The Delux which was steak, chicken, shrimp with rice and veggies. This entree comes with 3 shrimps so I ordered a side of 3 more to share with my husband. The food smelled delicious and tasted so good too. I thought the chicken and beef was a little over done. I ordered the beef Medium but it came out Well Done and the chicken was slightly tough. I think if the meat was a little more tender and juicier, I would have given them 5 stars. The shrimp, rice, and veggies were delicious and flavorful. Shrimp was plump and juicy. Generous amounts of beef, chicken, and rice. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and it was plenty for 2 people to share. Came here around 6pm and there was no one at the restaurant but the parking lot was full from other restaurants that share the same parking space. I had been seeing this place pop up on Instagram and I finally tried it out! I went around noon and there was no wait so my food was done pretty quick and it smelled so good. From the moment I walked in the customer service was excellent and made me feel very welcomed. The classic: One of the first bites I had a chewy piece of chicken which worried me thinking the rest of the chicken would be chewy. I started to eat the meat and it was good, but I think it was lacking some flavor. The fried rice was very good and flavorful. The portions were amazing and some of the biggest portions given at any hibachi place! Garlic butter was ordered as a side but it was not needed given that the food already tasted like it had some. However, the garlic butter did not taste like garlic, more so just plain butter. The hana: My first bite from the chicken was also chewy. It made me think that the chicken was not cooked well. As I moved pieces around I tried another piece of chicken and it was cooked well, so I'm not sure why some pieces may have been chewy. The shrimp was good, no complaints. The rice was also very good and portions were big. Overall, this place has such great customer service and portions sizes you won't get at other hibachi places. Flavor was lacking and some pieces of chicken could have been cooked better. I would come again and do recommend for others to try! read more

It came with a small lobster tail and Angus steak which were both nice and tender. It also came with fried rice which was good and buttery.
