Wait: good, 5-10 min wait Interior: lots of seating, great for if you want to meet up with a friend for a chat or for studying! Taste: the tea taste is of superior quality. I am extremely picky with teas and love a good floral taste with rich creamy milky consistency. Although these teas have a lighter consistency versus a thick and creamy consistency, I did love the taste. Would definitely come back! For the white peach which was my drink, I would recommend going with the 30% sugar at minimum, since 0% sugar is a pure unsweetened taste. This is most definitely the most beautiful boba shop in Austin, and it's also pretty damn good! I think they bought out Ding Tea or perhaps Ding Tea rebranded? Ding Tea was originally pretty good, but Milk + Tea blew my expectations out of the water. My friends and I tried a variety of drinks from their menu, and I thoroughly enjoyed every one. I wish I could remember what we had gotten, but it's safe to say that you're likely to like whatever you get. It's a really cute space that's decorated really nicely. There's also plenty of seating, but I'm not sure if it's a great study space because there were a ton of people inside and they play music loudly. I need their playlist, though. I would definitely come back again and try their other drinks. They have super interesting drinks with creme brulee and their fruit drinks are honestly yummy as well. read more

As another Yelper adequately said, the parking in this center is an absolute nightmare during peak time, but luckily this boba shop has got a drive through. Haven't tried that yet but it was a thoughtful addition. The interior was definitely designed with the social media influencer in mind. Lots of LED light letters with little phrases are hung up against the wall, serving as great background decor for selfies. Overall it's a nice environment to sit down and chat with friends for a bit. As for the drinks, I've had the Mango Tea, Iron Goddess Oolong Tea, and the Jasmine Tea w/ Brulee. My favorite was the oolong; the other two were just ok. Didn't taste much brulee in the jasmine drink. I've also had the Vietnamese Coffee which was surprisingly spot on. Really sweet with strong bold flavor. It's more than $7 but reallllly worth it. Trust me!! - Sugar Cane Juice: Really takes me back to Asia. It's sweet with the unique taste of the sugar cane. I bought the bottled juice the a supermarket before, but it was not good at all, so Milk+Tea shocked me with how good theirs tastes. - Mulberry Tea: Hits home for me. Very beautiful tea shop with delicious and refreshing tea. It also has drive-through - not sure if it was open yet since I went on the Grand Opening day. Unless you're in a rush and just need to pick up a quick boba fix, come inside to hang out and enjoy the beautiful shop. Kumquat cane: This drink takes me back to childhood memories - quench your thirst with refreshing and cold freshly made sugar cane juice with fresh kumquat juice. Sweet with a hint of citrusy. Soursop green tea: If you haven't had soursop fruit, imagine the texture like very ripe jackfruit (stringy and soft) with citrusy taste (sweet and tart at the same time). It's very rare to find a boba tea shop that serves a soursop drink in Austin. Ice and sugar level: You can adjust the sugar level for your drinks. No ice will result in an extra charge of $0.35. The lowest ice level still has a lot of ice. Some drinks cannot be adjusted to less ice, which are not noted on the menu or notified by staff ahead of time, which may cause confusion. A couple of changes I'd recommend the shop: 1. Have an option to have no ice without filling extra tea up to the top of the cup. It'll be better for those who pick up the drinks for someone at home or those who don't plan on drinking immediately to still enjoy the drink in its original form without being watered down. 2. Note on the menu which drinks cannot be adjust ice or sugar level with an icon. Atmosphere: Bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. I was in the area to pickup groceries and noticed this newish sign. I was curious to give it a try. When I walked in, I realized they have fresh sugarcane juice and opted for that instead. It was refreshing and delicious - very sweet. I like the fact that you can customize your drink by indicating ice levels and sugar levels. In one way, the options were quite overwhelming. I do think they need more staff. On a Sunday afternoon, they were packed inside and receiving nonstop drive thru orders, but everything was so chaotic. If you have the time, enjoy your bubble tea inside because the decor is really cute. It's a pricier option than just grabbing a simpler version at the grocery store. I loved the coco mango drink, which is perfect for anyone who doesn't want caffeine at night. There are chunks of mango you can slurp up in every sip, and it's a good sweetness at 50%. I may even want to try 25% next time. Golden boba was cooked to standard and nicely sweetened. Got a bunch of different drinks and they were all pretty average, nothing made them stand out and nothing made them awful. The one drink which is by far the best in general is the fire phoenix oolong tea (not pictured). The popcorn chicken was a great snack, and the bubble waffle was somewhat soggy when we ordered it but we requested it to be a little crunchier & they tried! My cousins and many of my friends recommended this place to me when I came into town so I knew I had to try. I got the chocorisu at 50% sugar with egg pudding. I think the sweetness was perfect and the drink was not too thick. My cousins came with me and got the peach and mango green teas. Both were good and at 50% sweetness you could really taste the tea. A complaint I do have is that they give very little boba--half a scoop at most. I also tried the spicy popcorn chicken which was yummy, but there was very little chicken for the price. My first time visiting. Ordered a Thai MilkTea, Sweetness 50%, less iced. It was a good Thai milktea, the location feels a bit hidden since it is behind the 85C bakery. The entrance doors are quite heavy, the interior design for furniture locations too crowded. Could have designed the whole interior more conveniently spaced between tables and chairs, then it would enhanced more availability for customers to sit and occupied. Service was great, they made a tea real fast. Staffs seems insanely busy with drive thru lines and the indoor orders, like those busy hell Starbucks location. Scent of waffle makes me always wanna crave one, but just a cup of tea is fine after heavy meal. We are living in the boba era of Austin. Another contender in the Airport Blvd. corridor. This boba shop is located in the Crescent Shopping center right where the bank used to be next to the 85 degree bakery. The shop looks stunning and kind of loungey with banquette seating for groups. The menu is like most boba shops and they even have a good selection of matcha based drinks. I got the uji matcha (a little more of an upgrade to the premium matcha) with tiramisu crème at 50% sugar and less ice. The sugar level was just right. It was about $6.49. It feels about the same price as other new boba shops around town - but many of the older shops are cheaper btw. Definitely one of the better boba options in this shopping center since they are just focused on boba teas. They do have a few food items but didn't order any of those. It didn't take too long to place an order and the wait was less than 5 minutes on a Thursday afternoon, It also looks like they have might have a drive thru but I'm not sure if it's operational; this used to be a drive thru bank. read more

I've had a variety of milk teas from this location and they are all excellent (traditional, brown sugar, Hokkaido, etc). I usually ask for 50% sugar but the drinks are still plenty sweet. The beignet fries are a favorite of mine- they're basically funnel cake pieces with powdered sugar. The cafe has plenty of seating to eat your treats or to set up for a study session. I'd give it a solid 4. More on the creamier side, which I prefer (more akin to Chicha or Gong Cha vs the more tea-y Moge Tee). It's definitely not the *best* milk tea in Austin, but it's a pretty solid choice. The interior is also incredibly cute. I've found boba places in Austin to not really be places to hang out, but this is actually a place I would want to catch up with a friend or go on a date. Finally tried out this boba spot for the first time today, and I'm so glad I did! The inside ambiance is cozy and bright, perfect for a meet-up and/or working space. I ordered the classic milk tea with boba, and I could not be happier to find out that their default boba is golden boba (not the typical black boba balls that most places offer), which is essentially white tapioca pearls soaked in brown sugar syrup! With that in mind, if you're someone who doesn't like extremely sweet drinks, I'd adjust your sugar levels while keeping in mind that the golden boba will provide a burst of sweetness with every chew! First of all, I LOVE that this place has a drive through! The convenience of this is amazing. The inside of the store is very cute and aesthetic. They have a lot of variety of drinks and options for everyone. I really like the jasmine milk tea and it has a strong tea flavor that sometimes some places lack due to a more diluted taste. The golden boba is also very soft and chewy and the perfect texture. My favorite thing has to be the boba bucket. Sensory overload. I will admit that the area where this store is located gets very busy and I was there on a Saturday during peak hour. Upon entering the music was loud and kept cutting off and back on again. The line wasn't long and it did move up really quickly but standing by the door it's impossible to read the menu (especially to see what drinks are marked Dairy free, Non Caffeinated and Blended). In my opinion the signs for fairy free and non caffeinated look kinda similar unless your right smack in front. Overall the drink I got was just ok.
