    Matcha crema
    Carree W.

Service here was great! The young man that took my order was very nice. It didn't take long to get our drinks and they were yummy! Love their boba - it was soft and sweet! I had the matcha crema with boba and it was really good! The place is cute and love that they have a photo booth inside.

Strawberry Matcha, Hojicha Einspanner, Mango Cloud

I have tried a lot of drinks from milk+tea and I love their milk tea series and smoothies. I went with friends and we got: Strawberry Matcha, Hojicha Einspanner, and Mango Cloud. As someone who loves matcha, I've always wanted to try hojicha (but I'm scared I might not like it), but I finally tried hojicha today from milk+tea and it was surprisingly really good. I got the hojicha einspanner (the only hojicha drink on the menu) and it came with a cream top, which didn't have much taste to it, but the drink overall was delicious. The hojicha has like a floral and chocolaty taste and no grassiness at all. My friends all tried it and said they would 100% pick this over matcha. I didn't like the strawberry matcha as much since the strawberry flavor was too sweet and strong, it didn't go well with the drink. If I was to get matcha from here, I would probably try the double matcha or banana matcha. You have to try their hojicha though!! Highly recommend!

    Mulberry Freeze, 30%

Pretty cozy bubble tea place. It's in the strip mall at the corner of Airport and Lamar. Gets swamped at times. Seating is pretty plentiful. Plenty of students tend to congregate here, sometimes working alone or on projects. There are other Milk + Tea places in the area, but this one is in one of the busiest locations. It sports a drive-thru and claw machine. I've never tried the drive-thru. Nor am I a claw machine expert. The beverage menu is extensive; plenty of different options. I don't think I've ever really gotten bubble tea from here. I've had their Mulberry Freeze and Uji Matcha, with 0% sugar, since it's naturally sweet enough. They use the SnackPass and they also offer some food options to nibble. Once you place your order, you'll need to wait for your order. Take a seat on the curvy couches at the center and chill. Or at one of the tables. The bathroom is at the rear left of the facility (left of the neon Milk + Tea sign).

Mango Berry with Lychee Jelly and Strawberry Matcha

Stopped by Milk + Tea for a refreshing drink and ordered a Mango Berry with Lychee Jelly--so delicious! I opted for half sweetness at 50%. My partner tried the Strawberry Matcha, which was surprisingly good. The staff are always friendly, providing great service and fantastic drinks! The interior of the place was super cute.

Ordered at the iPads so I didn't have to speak to any of the employees. They seemed busy anyways working on all the drinks. Super loud and busy inside with patrons playing games, socializing, and working on laptops. Drinks were okay, I wish it had a stronger peach tea flavor.

It's a great time come visit here during the hot day! We got matcha and jasmine tea drink and it was refreshing! :)

The Mango berry is the bomb!!! please order it and let me know later. The place and ambience is so cute, very for Instagram pics... but more than that, the flavors are just out of this world. I have ordered Taro and the classic milk tea too and never disappointing.

This was how empty my Matcha Cloud was AFTER the manager added more milk

This place ripped me off today. I've been coming regularly since this location opened, but after today's experience, never again. I ordered the matcha cloud w/no ice. The employee gave me the standard warning that the cup will not be completely full. This is standard at all boba places and unless I'm getting the grapefruit smash slushie, I ALWAYS get no ice for my drinks here, so I'm familiar with the policy. Except when my order comes out, the cup was BARELY half full. The top of the cream came up to the halfway mark. The actual milk and matcha drink itself was 1/3 of the cup. I pointed out the issue to an employee, and the manager came out saying this was expected. I explained to him that while I didn't expect a full cup, I always get no ice for my drinks and the cups have always been 75% full and I expected the same here. After some back and forth, he finally agreed to add some milk. The picture is what the final drink looked like. You can see that the actual liquid comes up halfway but even with the foam, the cup's not even 75% full. Every other boba place, INCLUDING this location, usually just leaves about a 1-inch gap from the top if a drink has no ice. This was a total rip off for a $7 drink, and the manager even tried to blame me by saying they don't normally allow for no ice for their matcha drinks. Ok, so why didn't the employee tell me that when I made my order? Why was I allowed to get the coconut matcha with no ice several weeks ago? Their drink quality has been hit or miss for a while now; after today's experience, I see no reason to come back. Hui Lau Shan, B2J Tasty Pot, and Chicha San Chen all offer great dessert experiences within the same general area.

Always love the boba tea here! Sooo many different flavors, tea types and topping options, there's something for everyone here. My favorite is the mango milk tea with boba and jelly. The ambience inside is modern and insta worthy. They have already decorated for the holidays and Christmas tree is up!

    Ube coffee
    Judy C.

Their drinks are usually on the sweeter side. I got their Ube coffee, pretty sweet but I like the Ube flavor. I recommend reducing the sugar and ice, but not all the drinks are able to be adjusted.

I like the Mango Berry Tea with Strawberry Popping Boba, but the service is consistently very slow. I've tried drive thru and walking in, but both have extended waits even when it does not appear busy.

House Coffee and Iron Goddess Milk Tea
    Annie A.

I love coming to milk + tea anytime I have a boba craving! A huge benefit is the drive through window which is a huge plus. The house coffee 50% sweet is my go-to when I need a wake up call. It is delicious and perfectly sweet and creamy. They also have a cute interior to hang out as well. Highly recommend!

    Classic house coffee - delicious!
    Kerra S.

The milk tea with boba and house coffee were both delicious. Beignet fries were to die for - tested like a waffle you get from the carnival as a kid. Prices are similar to other boba places, $5-7 per drink. Not cheap but nothing crazy in comparison.

However, I was extremely surprised by how decent the boba was here! This spot is located between the Ranch 99 (sorry for you 99 Ranch people) bakery and hot deli. Ice and sugar levels can be adjusted. They take your card to pay on their side between a plexiglass screen and then will ask if you'd like to tip. I'm conflicted in these scenarios because it's a simple counter store with no actual service and the seating is from Ranch 99. At other boba spots, there'll be wifi and seating from the actual store but this is a simple window shop. Obviously tipping is "optional" but tipping culture has been blown out of proportion so I've accepted that a default tip is something to include on any purchase when eating out and this is worsened when they hold the iPad and stare at you. Classic Milk Tea w/ Boba - first of all, boba is one of the best in the area for sure. It's chewy with a strong flavor, so it's marinated well. Classic milk tea is a simple black milk tea leaning away from the tea. The balance definitely is in favor of the creamer used. While the tea itself was nothing to write home about, the boba was fantastic and the overall boba is well made.

I wondered why I hadn't seen this cafe before. The inside was so cute, it had a playful side and a lounge nighttime side, if that makes sense. I can see being here at night. I bet this place is very busy at night. It actually was busy when I was there. I tried to take my pictures away from people. I ordered the Honeydew Smoothie with the Tapioca Pearls. I have to say those pearls stood out. I never had pearls taste so good; they were so tasty and chewy. I was actually stirring my straw, moving the pearls around to get a lot of them at once to come through the straw. Now, granted, on its own, the pearls were coming through, but I think I got a little greedy. I also noticed there are food items on the menu. I saw more than a few entrees I like, and some I want to try. I want to dry the Rice Ball, Fried Tofu with Peanut Sauce, and more. There's so much here to try, and I can't wait.
