But there is a miserable female working here that wears glasses that works the morning/early afternoon shift. One day I placed an order online, and so I went to pick my food up in the store. I walked in, told the aforementioned woman my name, and she gave me my order. I noticed the soda that I ordered wasn't in the bag, so I walk to the container where they have the drinks and I grabbed my Coke. Next thing I know, I hear: "are you going to pay for that?" Then she tells me to show her the receipt so she could see that I actually ordered the soda. The level of disrespect was truly unbelievable, she literally accused me of stealing for doing her job for her. I should've just demanded a refund after an accusation like that, but I was so hungry, I just grabbed my food and soda and got out of there, and I never went back, and you shouldn't either. Subway has been going downhill for years now, and after an experience like this, I'm definitely not going back to any subway ever again. I've had other bad experiences at this subway and not just in the morning/afternoon, but at night as well. But honestly is it even worth writing 3-4 reviews for subway? We all know it's terrible and there are much better/cheaper/tastier options in surprise.

Then she got huffy and said the cash register was correct. When I went to pick up the order, I showed the same employee, the web site picture. Again she said they have no control over the web site. Then she got nasty and said could care less if I ever came back. It is unlawful to advertise a price and then charge more. $5 is nothing, it is the bad attitude and bad employee behavior. Sometimes it wraps around the building and collides with the parking lot entrance, which could be annoying. Female order taker was very friendly and professional. I could sense that she was very busy with all of the orders, but appreciated that she repeated my order back to me. Once you order, it does take several more minutes to receive your order, which is fine so bring your patience. Bagel was made as request.
