They accepted my appointment the same day (called to schedule a couple hours beforehand) and took me in right before closing. I was even running a little late (rush hour) and they were so kind about it. They even helped me figure out parking and told me where the best spots were. Also, I brought my therapy dog with me and they were completely fine with it, which I really appreciated. For my pedicure, her mom took care of me and she was so gentle, especially with a toe hangnail that had been bothering me. She handled it carefully and made sure I wasn't in pain. It felt like actual care because she kept checking in with me without trying to get rid of all the cuticles willy nilly without consideration for breaking skin or cutting me at some other places i've been to, not just rushing through a service. After my toes, Mia got started on my Gel X set and had me in and out of the chair in about an hour, which is kind of insane for the work she produced. I showed her my inspo photos and she put together such a cute design, but also kept checking in with me throughout to make sure I liked everything. I never felt rushed or ignored. The pricing is very fair and you can tell Mia is really dedicated to her craft and knowledgeable about what she's doing. I'm so happy I found a nail tech I can go to whenever I'm back visiting the Bay. They're located across from SOTA High School and there's plenty of residential and retail parking across the salon, which makes it easy. Definitely coming back.
