Friendly and attentive staff. In a 1920 well restored hotel lobby restaurant, very welcoming and cozy space inspire of the scale. Good flat white, delicious Lobster Benedict and Tuscan Benedict. Eggs were a tad overdone a e not runny. But the flavors were excellent. The kitchen might have been overwhelm since this was on NYE and the wait for a table was extensive, the kitchen extended breakfast hours well past the 11 cur off time. Can't wait to being friends for brunch.

My wife and I had a very nice lunch at Nettuno on xmas day. We had cocktails at the bar first, shared a burrata appetizer, and then I had the eggplant parmigiana and my wife had the mushroom gnocchi. We both loved our entrees, and for dessert we shared a lemon tart that was refreshing and rich. Nettuno is a good Italian restaurant at the Fairmont Breakers Hotel. If you're staying there or in the downtown area, I'd definitely recommend it.

What a beautiful, historic piece of Long Beach! I'm originally from LB but had never been to the Breakers Hotel. So excited to get to stay there and try out the bars and restaurants. We visited Nettuno on Sunday at noon for brunch. I totally forgot to make a reservation so we ended up waiting about 20 minutes. They do serve full brunch at the bar so we were offered that option instead of waiting for the main restaurant area. Gorgeous and comfy. Its an open concept type restaurant where they use plants/trees to divide off the lobby lounge area. We really enjoyed the art, the lighting, the architecture, all of it. Our server was excellent, always checked on us and let us know the status of our order. We got the greek yogurt with berries, the bacon, and the brunch burger with fries. Also had a Michelada, which was so tasty! Food was good, smaller portions than I am used to seeing but delicious and fairly priced. The service and setting are the stars here at Nettuno.

We came in as a family on a Saturday for brunch to celebrate our 8 yrs wedding anniversary. We wanted to see the newly remodeled hotel after hearing lovely things about it. Unfortunately, felt it was missed by the staff all around. While polite, our server took a while to greet us. Took some time to ask for plasticware for our little ones. I was a little disappointed that they didn't acknowledge our celebration, being that it was the only thing we had planned since we have littles. I will say that the lemon ricotta pancakes were really good; kale Ceasar salad portion was small for $18 (plus $ 14 for the grilled chicken, slightly dry). My husband did enjoy the brunch burger at least. I was hoping for option on the regular lunch menu aside from the Saturday & Sunday Brunch menu, but they don't offer that. Only the weekend brunch menu is available.

This place has nice ambiance/ vibes (I loved the decor and menu). The food was decent but nothing note worthy. The service was also weird. For some reason our waiter came to our table every 5 minutes, not to check on us, but to try to scoot us out. He only did this to our table. He also expected us to tip right there at the table. Overall, the service was enough to make me not want to come back. It's sad because it was otherwise cute.

3.5 Stars This is a hotel lobby restaurant with a pretty atmosphere and although they charge the prices of a standalone fine restaurant, I found the food and experience average. We ordered the focaccia and prosciutto to start, and then I had the tagliatelle bolognese - all decent, but nothing to write home about. Although we were one of the few diners during lunchtime, service was slow, and we waited quite a long time for our food to arrive.

While taking a stroll to find a new place for dinner, we decided to stop in at the Fairmont Breakers Long Beach and go over our options while we had a couple cocktails. We haven't been back since their renovation and WOW! They did a beautiful job! We were warmly greeted by the valet staff and made our way to the bar in the lobby. The bar had 4 patrons and ample seating. We made ourselves comfortable at one of the tables with a luxurious couch and swivel chair. After a few French 75's and Old Fashioneds, we decided to stay for dinner at Nettuno, which happened to be across from the bar. Dallas was our server. She was so charming and personable. She had excellent recommendations which we took her up on. Spuntini Mortadella - $10 Marinated Olives - $8 Secondi Prime Creekstone Ribeye (18 Oz) - $130 Branzino all'Acqua Pazza - $38 After dinner, I was craving an Affogato and Dallas said she can have one made. That made my night! It was the perfect end to the most delicious dinner that we've had in a long time! Thank you, Dallas for a memorable dinner. We will undoubtedly be back!

It's my Birthday week, and my good friend took me here yesterday for my Brunch. You know how I love music, this place had a fantastic station on. We had the deviled eggs to begin with and a Mimosa to begin..., then followed it up with my traditional order of Eggs Benedict with bacon, it was tasty and served on focaccia - special shout out for the Breakfast potatoes!! TASTE-T! My friend had the California Scramble, and we are both foodies and loved every morsel of our dishes. Chris was our server, and he was a breath of fresh air and handled that entire area like an attentive PRO, never missing a beat. The $10.00 Valet (for four hours) was enough for us to gush over, too LOL Do yourself a favor and have a Lemon Drop Martini, you will thank me later (wink, wink). Respectfully Reviewed.

Great food at a beautiful hotel! Usually hotel restaurants aren't a destination, but Nettuno definitely is! I'd come here for brunch again in a minute! We shared 3 items and each of them was delicious! We started with the smoked salmon on toast, which sounds simple but had tons of flavor due to the chive mascarpone spread, capers, dill, and thinly sliced purple onions. Then we had the lemon ricotta pancakes which were topped with orange marmalade and creme fraiche which was soooo good. We finished with the eggs benedict which had a great hollandaise sauce and perfectly poached high quality eggs. Def check this place out!

Delicious flat whites. Wonderful breakfast and the only thing I would say that we didn't like is that the eggs were hard poached and not soft poached on our Benedicts and the piece of tomato in the lobster Benedict was bigger than the lobster. Still it was an amazing experience. The staff were phenomenal and this might be a place where I would go for breakfast or even a coffee if I'm walking by.

If you're looking to dine at the Breakers Hotel and want to break the bank slightly less than dining at the Sky Room, Nettuno is the way to go. Although it's situated in the lobby, the decor is gorgeous and it still feels like a fancy night out. Staff is professional and attentive. The food is really the star here. The menu is Italian and you can tell that all of the dishes are carefully crafted. The pasta is fresh and the sauces are developed. Everything from the fish to the pasta carbonara were perfectly executed.

Beautiful space. Beautiful decor. Marble tables. Breakfast was always good. I tried avocado toast and smoked salmon toast which were great. The French toast was average and dry. I had dinner here a few times. Steak was good amount of meat but didn't taste flavorful. Ceasar salad was ok, nothing special. I tried the focaccia bread thinking it will be warm and crunchy and it wasn't worth it. I tried tuna crudo and it was a large portion of fish and it was ok. I do think if you eat it alone it was too much and only order in a large group. I tried branzino and I think this is bay far the best dish I tried so far. Fish was cooked to perfection but sides are not filling so I had to order something else also. Cacio and Pepe pasta also was average. So far my rating for this place is 4/5

Food and drinks were spectacular. It's inside the Fairmont which is one of my favorite, it's clean and smells good right when you walk in. Our server that evening was so fun and so helpful.

Visually, the burger was impressive and looked exactly like something you'd want to dig into. However, the salt level was overwhelming to the point where I genuinely could not finish it. What made matters worse was that our server was not attentive with refilling our waters, and when you're working through an extremely salty dish, hydration isn't optional. I left the meal feeling dehydrated and honestly a little frustrated. The bright spot of the visit was the Brussels sprouts, which were genuinely well done and showed some real kitchen care. If I were to return, I'd probably stick to the vegetable sides. For a restaurant with a 4 PM lull and minimal table traffic, there's no excuse for that level of inattentiveness. A simple water refill and a quick check in would have saved the experience. As it stands, the combination of an over salted entrée and absent service made for a tough sell on the value. If you're in the area craving a burger, you might want to save your money and head down the street to Louis Burger instead. Ellie's may shine in other areas; I've heard good things about the pasta, but this particular visit missed the mark.

I loved the upscale New York atmosphere Our lovely waiter, Scott immediately greeted us. I was so happy we had him. He was so knowledgeable about the menu, the building, making small talk and etc. when I asked what drink he recommended he said they have a full bar, but he did say the espresso martini. I told him that's my go to drink but I can't really do caffeine. So Scott had it made decaf. This was a life saver and it was the first time a waiter ever asked if I wanted it decaf We already knew what we came for. We wanted their tomahawk. This is where my mother and I usually have beef with each other (yes, a steak joke). Because we each want it cooked a different way. But it came out nicely done, we were both happy. Scott definitely knew what to tell the chef about how we wanted it cooked so we were both happy The drinks I ordered came out extremely fast Both drinks were amazing -cosmopolitan -espresso martini (decaf) The- BISTECCA DI TOMAHAWK Which is a Grilled 52 oz Bone In Ribeye Steak, Italian Chimichurri Sauce, Roasted Carrots and Homemade Spaghetti Romana (the pasta it came with was absolutely amazing) And, as far as tomahawks go, this was very reasonable price wise. Also, it came with pasta and carrots. Most places just sell the steak by itself and you have to pay for sides -they brought out a complimentary bread basket -we also ordered a side of broccoli -we did not order dessert, but they did bring out a complimentary birthday dessert The service was great The building is beautiful The atmosphere was great The food was amazing Overall, I would come back, but I would reserve it for special occasions. Next brunch visit we definitely plan to try the Dutch Baby Pancake as a shareable! Service is always great and very attentive. The roof top deck has great ambience and a wonderful place for brunch. There's a nice bar with comfy seats and a fun place for a drink. Happy Hour is returning after Father's Day. We loved going there on Sunday afternoons for pizzas and wine. Excellent selection of wines! They are also offering Bubbles and Shells (Sparking Wine and Oysters) on Friday and Saturday nights! Our food today, Michael's Burger with handout fries, N'Daju Toast, and The Benedict. Cocktails today, Ciacco D'oro and a Mimosa. Cappuccino and coffees were great. Cocktails at Michael's are excellent. Definitely one of the best places in Long Beach for a cocktail! Creative and consistent. The burger is the best one in town if you are craving that juicy type of burger, which I was. Done perfectly. I order it rare, they know how to serve it rare! Now served with handout fries instead of chips, still amazing! We finished our meal with a wonderful Gelato, on the house! Mint chip and just amazing! Looking forward to more Brunches and of course happy Hour!

It's classy, the kind of place you'd see in a late-90s/early-00s romcom date scene. The staff was attentive and kind, though we asked for coffee at the end and it never came--we had a show to get to, so unfortunately had to leave without it. We started with the melanzane pizza. It was tasty, but I just realized later it was missing the nduja sausage listed on the menu. For my entrée, I had the paccheri pasta with braised short rib. The beef itself was rich, tender, and full of flavor--reminded me of an Italian birria, which I loved. But the rigatoni tasted undercooked, which was disappointing. My fiancé ordered the tagliata, and wow--she definitely picked the better dish. The steak was perfectly seasoned, cooked to a beautiful medium rare, and paired with a silky potato purée that was absolutely delicious. Overall, it's a romantic spot with some standout flavors, but the small misses kept it from being a perfect experience.

That was very much appreciated. This is a fun casual spot in 2nd and PCH shopping center, so you get 90 minutes of parking free here. You order at the counter, and they bring you the food pretty quickly after. You can eat inside or outside, both are lovely options. You basically pick your pasta type and sauce, so it's kind of a create-your-own-dish. They also have weekly specials and a few other specialty dishes on the menu. I will say, the lasagna looks to be the dish to get. The person next to me ordered it and the dish was massive. Looked delicious! I got the pappardelle bolognese. Pappardelle is my favorite type of noodle, and they make a great pappardelle here! Perfectly toothy. The noodles themselves were 9/10. The bolognese didn't have the deepest flavor I've ever tried, but it was solid. I loved the beautiful plate that my pasta was served in. I would definitely come back here. It's great to "make your own dish". It's a fun spot right along the water as well.

I've eaten here a few times and the food is always exceptional. I have to call out that we had the focaccia, and I am a massive bread snob, and it was PHENOMENAL. Not greasy at all, gorgeous crust, fluffy interior, drizzled with a nice quality olive oil and served with a marinara I wanted to bathe in. Service is exceptional as always, the gals working were truly so sweet. We'll be back soon, this is truly such a gem.

From the gentleman outside who greeted us and took the time to explain what to expect, to the owner who personally welcomed us and convinced me to try his favorite wine (and I don't even like wine--but it was delicious), the experience was top-tier. Every single person--from the host/hostess to the waitress to the staff delivering our food--was polite, attentive, and welcoming. 10/10 across the board. The interior is cute, quaint, and slightly intimate--perfect for a relaxed dining experience. Another 10/10. Now, the food--fresh, flavorful, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. Every bite was satisfying. I especially appreciated the pacing: salad first, then warm bread, followed by the main dish. The timing was seamless--no delays, no wondering when the next course would arrive. I'll also add: I'm not a big pasta person. I only crave it occasionally, and when I do, it has to be really good. I'm so glad I chose Due Fiori to satisfy that craving because the pasta was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back.

The concept was interesting to wait in line and then order all your food up front…read more I didn't quite have a problem with that but didn't feel like I had a lot of flexibility in food choices when and if inspiration hit afterwards. I believe they have you tip at the counter when ordering food before any service is given or before you're even sat is given which isn't my preference. The other issues was that the table was so small, and the food wasn't coursed out right, the table quickly became over crowded and the servers sort of just drop it whenever without prepping more space beforehand, I felt rushed to box food I wasn't finished with to make room for another incoming dish. The backyard seating is quaint, overall homey vibe. Pizza was just OK, the Cacio e Pepe was good as well as the bread service. Would come again, but my expectations will be just a little lowered for next time.
