Portions are HUGE! $17 for their garlic noodles with protein can seem hefty but depending how much you eat, it can be split between 2-3 days. This place seems to be Asian fusion food. I was craving some garlic noodles so I typed in garlic noodles on yelp in this place came up at first I was skeptical on going here because it only had nine reviews but the pictures on Yelp did justice made everything on the menu. Look delicious upon arrival I did notice that it was a smaller facility and probably more of a place you can take your food to go then to sit down, but they do offer a seating area. If you do want to enjoy your food there the service was great. Everybody was friendly and held a smile on their face the whole time the ambience was nice and clean. I love how they have music playing in the background to give it like a little vibe. The food was good but nothing to be crazy over so overall I will give it a 7/10 I'll probably won't go back because there's not much more on the menu. We happened to notice this spot yesterday when we made a TJ and Five Below run and decided to try it out today. The interior is very modern and clean. In front is for Pur Bowls which are açaí bowls with custom toppings and further in is Nguyen's Kitchen. My husband and I ordered a bulgogi short rib banh mi, a bulgolgi steak rice bowl and a side of fries for our boys. We also got a strawberry lemonade to share. The food was prepared very quickly and she even brought it out to us outside where we were sitting. Love that they played some oldies on the speaker. Bulgolgi Banh Mi: 4/5. They did not skimp on the meat and veggies. Pickled veggies was pickled perfectly and crisp. I wish the bulgolgi was sweeter. My husband and I both agreed it was lacking that sweetness. I also suggest adding jalapeños as an option. Bulgolgi Rice Bowl: 3/5. Great portion size but again, the bulgolgi could be sweeter. My husband ranked it 3/5 because many pieces of the beef were mostly fat and there was A LOT of rice. He says it should be an equal amount of rice and lettuce. *there is this green sauce it comes with that is super delicious. I feel like it has cucumbers, cilantro, lime and some other stuff in it. The bowl also came with a teriyaki like sauce that had a hint of Chinese bbq/five spice taste. I wish they would list the sauces somewhere inside their store -- maybe on a little printout at the counter or something* Fries: 5/5 Fries were cooked perfectly and again, great portion. It was a whole tray of fries, not a small skimpy side like some other places ! Strawberry Lemonade: 5/5. Very refreshing. Not overly sweet. Thai tea was delicious too, perfect ratio of thai tea + creamer. HOWEVER, I am giving this location 4 stars because the service was just bad. No greetings when we walked in, no one helped us out right away, there was a lady who was working on acai bowls but didn't acknowledge us until she finished her bowl. The guy helped us but we were still looking at the menu and he said to let him know when we're ready.... but we waited for a while for any help as he went back to the kitchen. The lady who was working on the acai helped us instead because he didn't return to help us. Loved it, the grilled meat was tasty with perfect rice. Though, I could have used a bit of fish sauce in addition to the little container (tasted like it might have had some fish sauce in it to me) provided.
