    CHICKEN PARM PLATTER

Family style restaurant, Italian-American food. I always get great service the couple times I've been here. Drinks are strong and the food has always been solid.

I first heard about Parm because it's a sister restaurant to the infamous Carbone! They make their pasta fresh in-house (which I think is a must-have for all Italian restaurants) and they use the same sauce as Carbone, without the need to make a reservation weeks in advance. I came on a Saturday night and was able to make a reservation the day of. I ordered the spicy vodka sauce rigatoni and it was great! The spice level is extremely minimal. Noodles had the right amount of chew. My party enjoyed their dishes as well, but the stand-out was the chicken parm plate because it came with so much food. It's definitely a shareable plate if you order an app alongside it. Each dish was ~$20-30. Ambiance is casual, there's no need to dress up super fancy.

Ordered a few sandwiches from Parm to taste. And while they were fresh and I like the filling, the bread however is so tough to chew. I am not a fan of hard rough bread. I prefer the hero-like soft breads. Overall delivery was quick and sandwiches were fresh.

    RIGATONI CARBONE- sooooo good.

WOWWWW. Literally couldn't give a better review of this place. 11/10 for service, food, ambiance. The food prices for quality were outstanding as well. We had a large group for a surprise birthday at the back of the restaurant. Our server, Kelly, was EXCEPTIONAL. Super attentive, always nearby and made our experience even better. The food was seriously amazing. I had the eggplant and subbed the Carbone pasta in (no extra charge!) it was incredibly delicious. As an eggplant parm lover, this one was definitely unique. It has basil in the layers, so it has a surprisingly refreshing taste. Such large portion sizes for a great price. We ordered an ice cream cake slice and everyone sang happy birthday. Needless to say, this place is fantastic in many ways! Highly recommend for groups and dates.

Packed house but luckily we were able to get a seat without a reservation. Sat down and got a nice glass of red wine and for starters we ordered the deep fried zucchini oh so good, then ordered a delightful Caesar salad topped with fresh parm! The vodka fusilli with chicken parm was excellent. Pasta was creamy and hit the spot! What a nice place and it was packed and queue kept on building as we were eating

Love their rigatoni carbone! The pasta texture is perfectly al dente and chewy, the sauce itself is very creamy and lowkey kinda tastes like mac and cheese but with a hint of tomato. Def helps to have like a salad or something to help cut through the richness as it gets pretty heavy. Lunch special is not a bad deal either - $25 for a side dish + main dish + dessert. Got the caesar salad and brownies, which were good but VERY sweet. A friend got the arugula salad which I personally like better with the figs. The inside is so cute and cozy decorated like a diner with good service :)

Getting italian food in NYC was a must-have and I'm so glad I satiated these cravings with Parm. It's a very charming bustling spot and you will want to get a reservation. The staff were all so nice and attentive as well. It's kind of a marvel at how much seating they manage to fit into this packed space but it was very charming and gave an authentic NYC feeling. I got the eggplan parm with the side salad and just wow. Everything I ate was so amazing. The eggplant was cooked perfectly with the filling being flavorful and juicy. The side salad was a perfect way to cleanse my palate between bites and it was so refreshing.

Came here for lunch with a friend. We were able to get the lunch special and ordered the pizza knots for appetizer, rigatoni carbone for entree, and cannoli for dessert. We also ordered chicken parm with pasta. Rigatoni carbone was good but definitely not as good as carbone. This one had too much cream, not enough heat. Chicken parm was solid, not bad. Pasta side for this was good and slightly better than the rigatoni carbone. Overall this place is solid. I think it is a good alternative to Carbone and glad they made a more affordable version. I'd rate this a solid 3.7/5. Not bad

We went on a busy Saturday night for an early dinner and it was just decent! Very hectic in the restaurant, the servers seemed totally overwhelmed. More casual setup with lots of kids. We had to wait about 10 mins after our reservation time to be seated. The food was good, not amazing. We got the mozzarella sticks, the meatball parm, and the vodka pasta. Definitely were disappointed by the vodka pasta (had high hopes), and the other two dishes were good. I guess it's a lively Italian spot, but we were kinda disappointed overall!

The pasta was SO good. Such a good location. Service was excellent. Such a cute and clear interior and there was so much seating though we did make a reservation beforehand.

3.5. Good food. But mid for the hype it gets online. I really wanted to be dazzled but have had WOWing meals just blocks away. The pasta was more like a Mac n cheese w a Tabasco kick than a spicy vodka sauce. I also wish they grated fresh parm. They gave me a ramekin to sprinkle on top. It was cool. Nothing to write home about

    Christine M.

Food = delicious, ambiance = hectic. The restaurant itself is very small and the tables are so crammed together you are basically sitting on top of each other. However they do take reservations which is nice and we only had to wait about 15 minutes for our table even though they were crazy busy. I decided to go classic with their rigatoni carbone and it was delicious! Pasta perfectly cooked and I Love that they give you a little bowl of cheese too so you can add to your hearts desire. For my side I chose a Caesar salad and I would not recommend if you aren't a fan of anchovies like me. Understanding this is a classic Caesar the dressing reeked so much of fish I couldn't stand it. We also got an order of the cannolis to go and they were yummy!

The menu has plenty of variety across pastas, seafood, and cocktails, with some unique dishes that made the experience memorable. The drinks were a highlight, and the seafood options stood out the most for me. My Tipsy Tayke: The Fragola Fizz was juicy, fruity, and refreshing. The Forever Summer was another standout, with the smokiness of the mezcal blending really well with the fruit flavors without overpowering them. Both are easy recommendations depending on whether you want something fruity or a little more complex. My Taysty Tayke: Get Down & Dirty, Expeditiously: Seafood Ravioli Unique, flavorful, and packed with different seafood flavors. The ravioli itself was delicate and had a tendency to fall apart, but the flavor made up for it. Standout: Calamari Crispy, seasoned, and enjoyable. It had a slightly chewy texture, but I still found myself going back for more. The Carpaccio wasn't necessarily for me texture-wise, but I really enjoyed the greens and dressing that accompanied it. The garnish felt intentional and helped bring the dish together. The Pappardelle came with plenty of sauce but could have used more flavor overall. The complimentary bread was also tougher and chewier than I prefer. Desserts: The Lemon Sorbet was easily my favorite dessert. Bright, refreshing, and packed with real lemon flavor. The Mango Sorbet was another refreshing option with a smooth tropical sweetness. The Panna Cotta Cheesecake leaned closer to a mousse in texture and was definitely on the sweeter side. I especially enjoyed it with the cherry, which helped balance everything out. Service: Warm and attentive throughout the meal, fitting the inviting atmosphere. Plates From My Visit: Calamari Carpaccio Seafood Ravioli Pappardelle Lemon Sorbet Mango Sorbet Panna Cotta Cheesecake Fragola Fizz Forever Summer In Conclusion: A warm Chelsea Italian spot with strong cocktails, unique seafood dishes, and refreshing desserts. The Seafood Ravioli was the highlight of the savory side, but whatever you do, save room for that Lemon Sorbet. Stamped by Elajas

When we entered the restaurant and took the elevator up to the restaurant, we were delighted to find free wine provided for us to pour in the elevator. Admittedly, it was red wine, so not my favorite, and it did taste cheap, but still appreciated. To start off, we ordered the onion torta, focaccia, and smashed potatoes. The onion torta was surprisingly good and tasted like a form of french onion soup. As a focaccia enthusiast, the focaccia was fluffy and delicious. We also got the charred beans, carrots, ravioli, tagliatelle, ravioli, and trout to share. The charred beans were surprisingly the long beans and not the smaller ones we expected. However, they were very juicy and better than we thought they would be. The rigatoni resembled cacio e pepe with its pepperiness, the tagliatelle tasted like standard red sauce, but i did enjoy the ravioli and the ricotta inside. For dessert, we had the basque cheesecake which was alright, but I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake. Overall, we had a great time at Ci Siamo and I would definitely recommend ordering the focaccia and onion torta and we could have skipped the carrots, beans, trout, and tagliatelle.
