"Thai tea"

The food portions are so small ! Would've expected it to be slightly larger considering the price range is $15-25. Don't bother getting the Thai tea, I swear it was only four sips and the rest is ice! (Pic for reference) service was terrible, we never got our water refilled and the manager kept rushing us as soon as we sat down, He said "you guys gonna order?" And we had to tell him kindly that we just sat down??? He asked us again four times; within the span of five minutes!! We felt so rushed. Come to find out he was rushing us to get parties in and out (more money if people come in etc) food quality is alright, not the best :( definitely not coming back. They USED TO SPLIT CHECKS HERE. They now don't. that's frustrating. Read the "110 reviews not currently recommended " portion to see how the really are. Not sure why all the one stars are not recommended for this place??? ALSO THEY DONT HAVE A BABY CHANGING STATION, SO ILLEGAL BC THE OCCUPANCY IS 104.

I've always been a fan of Pho Lu. Their customer service isn't the best, but their food is pretty decent and doesn't disappoint. Their prices are fair for the portions you get.

Oxtail Pho
Allan Z.

Delicious ox tail pho with fresh ingredients on a cold winter day. The thinly cut beef pho, their main staple was also incredibly tender and tasty. The egg rolls came out hot and crispy, with great portions for an affordable price. Service and ambience was fast, as well as welcoming. Looking forward to returning and trying more items from the menu!

Phoned in an order. Less protein than expected. Fast service. You can Zelle em if you don't have cash. Fried fish cake not bad but I've had shrimper from other places. Egg cake is solid. Protein not bad. 98 was solid. Grilled beef was very thin in 54.

2/5 -- Came for the vibe, left craving Phoholic. Okay, let's start with the positives -- the ambiance was surprisingly modern and stylish for a pho spot! Definitely what drew me in (that and a local's recommendation). The service was also on point -- shoutout to the friendly guy at the front who greeted us with a smile. Solid 4/5 for vibes and service. Now... onto the food. I really wanted to enjoy the pho here, but the broth just missed the mark. Normally, you get that rich, aromatic flavor that hits you instantly -- that perfect balance of beefy depth, star anise, and comfort. This one, though? Flat, almost watery, and missing that soulful punch that makes pho feel like a hug in a bowl. Then came the Bún bò nướng chả giò tàu hủ ky. The photo says it all -- it looked "meh" and, unfortunately, tasted exactly that way. The tàu hủ ky should have that crispy shrimp texture and savory crunch, but this tasted more like minced meat and just fell apart. Sad to say, this was my first and probably last visit. Ambiance and service? Great. Food? Not it.

Grilled beef vermicelli bowl.

Grilled beef with vermicelli. Taste is there, looks not so much. Not used to grilled sliced beef...bummer. Other places uses thick chunks of meat and grill them on skewers. I saw other reviews about their "grilled meat" and it seems like even the pork is slices of pork grilled. Guess it's easier to eat and it is tasty. Just not how I would prepare it.

Yeah; no more eating here for me. Toilets were over flowing and they were soaking them while we were eating.... How unsanitary!!!!!!!! Is this even happening!!!? Gross, if they don't see how unsanitary this is I can't even imagine what happens in the kitchen!!! Plus we were trying to enjoy our food and the fumes and sound of this machine were coming into the restaurant. This has to be against code.

Always always delicious pho! They are open really early and close super late which is perfect for a late night run!! Staff is always quick with orders and you get food within minutes of ordering! Their Thai tea is a must

A Local Favorite Of My Husbands & Mine (Broth Wise)! I Placed A Take-Away For A Pick Up Earlier Through Here -- Yelp. There's A 'Special Instructions' Section Which I Used. Why Offer That When It's Not Read To Follow!?!?!? I Requested For Uncooked Noodles. Not Only Were The Noodles 'Cooked', They Were Cut Into Short Pieces As If It Was For A Toddler Or Someone That Didn't Know How To Use ChopSticks!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Also, Why Is The Bag Of Fresh Herbs Always Up Against The Container Of Hot Broth!?!?!? The Hot Broth Actually Wilts The Herbs & They Turn Brown/Black!!!

Bruh had the most idiotic experience here tonight. Saw a lady I've never seen before in my life despite being a regular (haven't been here in a few months) Asked for sides of broth because my friend was feeling sick. was told they can't do that unless we order a main meal. Tried to get the kids meal (I normally order this.) they said under ten only, which is the first I heard of this at this location yet whatever. Ordered that, ONLY consumed the broth and asked for two more sides of broth. At the end of the meal I asked for three Togo containers (also got rice), then asked for a fourth one, because I decided to just take the leftover noodles we didn't touch bc I didn't wanna waste it. Lady told me they made an exception for us already??? Wtf is the exception. Like side of broth is on the menu. And she said kitchen already gave us extra ??? Extra what noodles?!! We didn't ask for that Then she said togo costs money lmao ok. Then she said some dumb stuff at the end idk if it was an apology or if she was tryna offhand me

First time eating here tonight & it wasn't disappointing. Food overall is very tasteful and there's a lot of options to choose from. We had vermicelli & pho chicken noodle soup which were both very delicious. The service there isn't too bad. Nothing out of the ordinary either. I would say they are very busy and you can tell based on their service. Although the ambiance was cozy! The lights they used and the way they placed the tables and all really makes you feeling cozy with yummy soup! So I'd say it makes up for the type of service you get. The price is fair! It's not too pricey but the food portions are fair. You'll enjoy your meal with the price you pay.

Just tried out this pho place and I have mixed feelings. While I was excited to try their food, the portion size was a bit disappointing. The "regular" bowl felt more like a light meal - I was still hungry after finishing and felt like I'd only had a snack. I did run into some challenges with my order. When I asked for no cilantro in my Pho Tai, something got lost in translation and I received it without onions instead. When I tried to clarify, there was some confusion between green onions and regular onions, and I never ended up getting the onions I requested. I noticed other diners at nearby tables having similar difficulties getting their preferences across too. If you're planning to visit, you might want to be really clear about any modifications you'd like to make to your order, maybe even pointing to ingredients if possible. Also, just a helpful note - they only accept cash or debit cards, no credit cards accepted.

The noodles were cooked perfectly with a great chewy texture. They leaned a little on the sweeter side, but they were still really tasty. The sủi cảo were THICCCCCK in the best way possible! The wrappers had a nice bite, and the filling was juicy with that signature bouncy texture. We ended up ordering three bowls of Mì Sủi Cảo Khô, and everyone cleaned their bowls. The food was solid, but the service was pretty much nonexistent. The staff wasn't very friendly or attentive, although that's honestly something I've come to expect at a lot of places in Westminster. One thing that really stood out, though, was the condiment station. The chili oil, fresh chilies, and sauces looked dirty, and after tables were cleaned, the serving spoons and sauce dishes weren't replaced. I actually had to grab them from another table myself. Overall, I'd come back for the food because it was genuinely good, but the service and overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.

Parking is a bit tough because the complex is packed with other restaurants so you may have to be patient. Upon arriving, I noticed there was several people waiting to dine-in. I ordered the #1 Banh Canh Tom Cua Thit ($17). When I got home, I realized that the soup was a bit gloopy so I had to microwave the broth a bit to get it to a better consistency. You do need to assemble the dish at home but once I did, it looked so delicious with all the seafood and meats. There is even a chili sauce that added the perfect amount of spice to the dish. While this wasn't the same as the one I had in Saigon, it was quite comparable! Will definitely be back!

They have so many other options on the menu like chow fun, hainan chicken, and a ton of other noodle soup dishes. These days you can't really get a good bowl of noodle soup for under $18-$20. Here you can get a solid bowl for just $8 during happy hour! Whaaat?! Crazy! That is such a great price that I almost feel like I'm robbing them. LOL. During this recent visit, I wasn't too hungry so I just got a small bowl of wonton soup for just $7. It comes with 5 pieces of wontons. The only disappointing thing was that it doesn't come with one of my favorite toppings - tóc mỡ. It would've cost $2 to add it. I really wish they did include it. I also got some grilled pork skewers. Though a little soft, they were pretty delicious - nicely seasoned, flavorful, and make a great appetizer. I also love that they're open late - till 11PM!
