I was very impressed with the quality of food and the cleanliness of this establishment. Our servers name was Madison and she was the most friendliest server. I'm a pho lover who is always on the hunt for the next great pho spot. After the Tet Festival, most restaurants were closed, and I found Pholuscious because I search for late night restaurants. I didn't have high expectations for the food or service so late at night, but I was surprised. Our waitress, Nancy, was incredibly welcoming and served my family with a smile - A+ service. As for the pho, I expected it to be just okay, but it exceeded my expectations. The broth is rich, and the meat/veggies are high quality. The cherry on top is that the soup is served in a stone bowl, which keeps the soup hot until the end. I've already been back twice in the past three weeks. My top 3 pho spot now. read more

A brand new pho a few steps from Pho Lab. I stopped by on 5/30 to try and pick up two Pho to go. This is the first time two pho restaurants are in the same plaza. I love brisket pho so I always order Pho Brisket at pho restaurant. The broth is good but does not have wow factor. The brisket is soft and thin with some fat. The portion is small for my liking. They serve on the stone bowl so the soup is hot the whole time. The service is fast, not a lot of people there when I was there anyway. They play fun music and the restaurant is spacious. I like Pho Lab better but Pholusious is on my top ten Pho in OC. Glad that I have options. HB is up and up with VN restaurants. read more

I understand that my order is build your own but two of them I added rare beef in it. When is delivered I open up only the bowl of rare beef pho have rare beef. OH MY GOODNESS this place is bomb. I just moved around the corner and skated down the block to just find whatever kind of food and their prices drew me in. I ordered the calamari app and the veggi pho (because normally just getting pho isn't filling for me) and the portions are huge and the broth is delicious. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! The entire staff has been so great, oh and did I mention they have free tea/soda?! Yeah, pretty rad. I'll be coming back very soon!! Usually when I go for Vietnamese food including pho I make my way towards Westminster/ Garden Grove. But I saw this place and decided to try. Their pho comes in a stone bowl and it has that authentic taste. I love that they have fresh noodles. Their steak pho is good and their chicken pho has an option of dark or white meat and comes with a ginger dipping sauce. I've tried both their Thai tea green and orange, good but a bit on the sweeter side. I really wanted to write the review for the staff. They are so sweet and attentive. A waitress helped as I was struggling with my stroller outside. They would come check on you frequently to see if you need anything. I've also overheard them welcoming back a returning customer so you can tell they're attentive and genuine with their service. My kiddos got their own bowls of pho. Restaurant is clean and bathrooms are very clean. Lastly, they gave us jello dessert at the end which my kids loved. read more

Why drive to Little Saigon when you got authentic pho by the beach? Stone pot em all! Broth is great and the stone pot means it stays hot much longer. Super high ceilings, and clean everything and contemporary decor means this isn't your grandma's pho spot but you'll still leave with a warm and full belly.
