Prep a manger, the "originating in London, but somehow still charging LAX prices" café tucked inside the Tom Bradley terminal. The name means ready to eat, which I assume is meant to differentiate it from places serving "not ready to eat" food. Though based on the price tag, if I half expected someone to come out and hand feed me while whispering poetry in French. And since we're talking about prices, shall we, maybe these are pound converted? London rates, maybe their just LAX doing LAX things, but who can say? All I know is I walked in expecting a mild wallet sting and instead discovered full-blown sticker shock. I set the bar low and I was not disappointed. The frittata? $10 per pound. Delicious? Maybe. Traumatizing? Absolutely. It was actually good (low set bar). And the coffee, oh, the coffee. And all you can drink deal for around 7 USD. At that point the only rational question becomes, how much do I need to drink to get my moneys worth?. Or is it the question how much can I stomach to get my moneys worth. My answer, enough to guarantee I'll be sprinting to the airplane lavatory with urgency of a hostage negotiation. Service? Yes, I was served. Classic LAX airport energy. If only the staff were half as passionate as TSA shouting at me "place it in a bin!" at 4 AM in the morning. The croissant is what everyone raves about. Supposedly, a flaky buttery legend pastry I was supposed to try. So did I get one? Of course, not. Because I respect tradition. Going to Pret, paying too much, questioning my decisions, and missing the one thing that everyone said is worth it. So wanting the overpriced European café vibe with airport personality, Pet at Tom Bradley is my spot. Just bring credit card, patience, and bladder made of steel.

Located at the international terminal, they offer premade food options such as sandwiches, salads and snacks. Since my flight included meals I wanted to get something light as I was hungry. I tried the blueberry and granola pot. It was yummy, but this item would be hard to mess up since it's just putting everything into a container. You don't get a whole lot, basically similar to a small yogurt cup, but it did hit the spot and held me over until the flight meal. ut they seem to be the only place offering more lighter options. Everything is overpriced at the airport and this place was no different. The self checkout was a breeze.

I was going to board a long flight that I knew would not have any food except for peanuts and water. So here I am looking around to get some fast food and the lines were long at KFC and Panda Express. The manager at this place offered to try their sandwiches which she said are made fresh everyday. I picked out the tuna sandwich and it was very fresh but could've been flavored better for 16 bucks.

If you get hot/cold sandwich with any of their bottled drinks, you can use the self check out. Easy in and out. (I think this is what people like about this place, otherwise the counter is so slow) The egg sandwiches are fluffy but very bland, the bacon is limpy. The egg/cheese sandwich probably doesn't sell as much (as the egg/bacon/cheese), the bottom bread is so toasted. At almost 10 bucks a piece, it's very pricey, but other places charge more so this is actually the more affordable place in lax. We were waiting in line for coffee but the line is so slow we actually got to see the menu. Regular coffee is $5, coffee with milk or cappuccino is $7.5, then we realized it's not worth it. There is a starbucks nearby but the line is way long. Probably better to just get coffee on flight, unless you have/willing a lot of time to kill.

Ordered their Oat Matcha Iced Latte and it tastes like water. The lady behind the counter was rude as well.

Got me a regular coffee which was a bit on the lukewarm side...I prefer hot coffee. I like how the coffee tasted though. Inside has a plenty of sitting but during the finals week it can be difficult to find sitting.

I personally wouldn't come back. Mac and cheese was mid and overpriced. Checkout was fast

Croissants are delicious but its so expensive for them pre-made sandwiches. KFC next door offers a whole meal with a hot sandwich, side. & a drink for the price of this soggy turkey sandwich.

Not great for Gf, not sure what the hype is, I got a caramel latte and it tasted straight like steamed milk. Big bummer.

About as good as it's gonna get if you're trying not to eat garbage at the airport. Google says it's closed but as of 11/2022 it is not.

Five stars for the staff alone. Layover and the morning crew that opened up were so awesome.

Their vast selection of pastries are displayed behind a thick layer of glass on the counter. They offer outdoor seating and there is a whole other section of seating next door when the main cafe is crowded. My friend recommended the espresso dul'sal, which is made with Black Lava Sea Salt, and my kiddo got a blueberry-ube kouign amann (not sure of the exact name). Both the drink and pastry were delicious; the espresso was so creamy and the sea salt cut through the sweetness, and there was real ube inside the pastry. We sat and enjoyed our late morning snack in the next-door seating. I would highly recommend stopping by when you're in El Segundo!

Each morning we went here, there was always a line almost out the door. They have a nice variety of items on their menu and A LOT of pastry options in display in their display case too. Each one looked delicious. One of my coffee-loving friends ordered an ice white mocha with strawberry cloud foam. She really liked it and would give it a 4.5/5. My friend who doesn't really enjoy coffee ordered the strawberry cloud matcha. She gave it 5/5 and said "solid matcha." My other coffee-loving friend ordered an iced hazelnut latte and she enjoyed it too, giving it 4/5.

One of the first things I noticed is that their tv screen menu only showed photos of the drinks and didn't have the price listings. Nevertheless despite not having the prices listed, it was nice to be able to have a visual of what their drinks looked like. It was the Pink Perks Iced Coffee that caught my eye. I couldn't help noticing the pretty in pink drink and the barista described it to me as a strawberry latte. I found the Pink Perks Iced Coffee to be refreshing drink. It had just the right coffee flavor with a hint of strawberry. I was hoping for a bit more strawberry sweetness but it was still nonetheless a good drink. Overall I was happy to visit and discover this little coffee shop.

However, this place doesn't really do it for me in terms of milk tea. I had the taro milk tea and floral milk tea both with boba. The taro milk tea was mostly milk with sprinkles of taro flavor and spots of tea. The floral milk tea had a slight flowery taste and was bitter. The boba they have is perfectly fine though. Neither of those really make the cut for me. In my opinion, it's not worth it for people who love milk tea. Maybe their coffee is better, but I don't care much for their milk teas at all.
