Since my grandma is a pescatarian, we come here a lot. The ambiance is great, it's a pretty large venue - there's plenty of seating whether you're by yourself, a table for two, booths and tables for parities with more.. We usually come for fail safe options- fish & chips or Endless Shrimp fests! The coconut shrimp, shrimp linguini, dragon and tequila lime are our favorites. The garlic skewers come with a tasty seasoned rice, the linguini obviously comes with noodles drenched in a delicious creamy white sauce & the coconut shrimp comes with a sweet pina colada dip. The dragon comes on a bed of cabbage coleslaw & the tequila lime shrimp also comes on a bed of seasoned rice. We've come a time where they ran out of the dragon shrimp but we came back on a weekday & luckily they had it. Appetizers & drinks are good also, those always steeps the bill but that's given on a day that we're splurging. As for other dishes...we've tried other dishes and they're not always the best they could be (perhaps in the cooking department). The service has generally been exceptional except for this last time.. the waitress forgot about to serve cheddar bay biscuits, so I had to request them after the entrees arrived and she also didn't check up on our table or ask to refill drinks so I had to flag her down many times for our requests. I would still recommend this restaurant & if you're into shrimp, definitely do the endless option where you can order a variety! read more

We arrived and were a party of 8. It was slow when we went for lunch from Six Flags. We ordered drinks and food. But for some reason drinks came out slow and waitress apologized for it. The quality, portion size and service have declined considerably. The restaurants need to be redone if they want to survive. We were not greeted properly despite the restaurant being empty. I ordered a $41.00 seafood pasta plate which was deceptive when compared to the photograph. The size that was presented was laughable. The lobster was the size of a crawfish. The lobster bisque had 2 rice sized pieces of lobster and it was way too salty. It's the first time I ever send a dish back. We also ordered the unlimited salad and clam chowder. Came here this morning around 11:30am and there was about a 15 min wait even though there were plenty of tables available (maybe short staffed?) our waitress honestly gave us the best service I've ever had in my life. Her name is Kimberly and she was the bomb. So attentive and even packed us up some biscuits to go and some drinks!!! Like who does that! She went beyond and I honestly want to come in every Sunday just to be served by her! We got two ultimate feasts which were delicious! Crab legs were fresh and the lobster is always amazing. If I could leave a 0 star review I totally would, when you go to a restaurant that has the name of the item they take pride on, you expect they know what they are doing, I got the 2 tail lobster and pasta, upgraded the sides to the lobster topped baked potato and bacon Mac and cheese, hoping I was going to have an awesome dinner, well that did not happen, my baked potato came almost 10 minutes after my plate even though it was a side that went with it, the lobster tails were super super super over cooked, looks like they cook them ahead of time and reheat them 20 times before they go on your plate, one was so over cooked it was like chewing old bubble gum, the baked potato has 2 little pieces of lobster if much, they up charge for this so you at least expect 2oz but it had .5oz if lucky, our server was never there, passed once and I mentioned the loaded potato situation and he said oh well, did not care to even explain, I never got a refill on my soda, my wife and kid never got a refill on their drinks either, our clam chowder soup was more watery than anything else, I wish I never came to this place, if you like over cooked lobster and over paying for a baked potato this is the place, bad service, horrible food, 54 years of cooking lobster yet your cooks and whoever is in charge of food quelite have no idea what they are doing, and the server shouldn't be serving, very very poor experience, Please stay away from this place if you like good food! As a young child, I I loved Red Lobster so I decided to relive the experience with my family. The wait was 30 minutes and we were seated. We ordered more than we could eat but it didn't matter. We traveled 30 minutes just to get there. 1. The cheeseburger had a long hair in it. please see picture. 2. My drink request was specific and should have had little ice and made short( less juice). It was not made correctly, However, the waiter had it remade and it was somewhat better. I didn't finish it And that is not normal since this was my cheat day. 3. We ordered 2 Ultimate Feast dinners and both were not seasoned at all. No seasoning on the lobster nor crab legs. They didn't even attempt to put any effort, energy or love in cooking the dinner. 4. The lobster dip was salty but decent since waiting was not an option. The chips were fresh. 5. The check out device on the table forced us to sign up for rewards so we had to have the waiter close the bill instead of using the device, which I'm certain is the point. Overall, the unseasoned lobster and crab legs, salty dip, sweet beverages and the long conspicuous hair made this 30 minute travel and a bill over 175 dollars unrewarding. Came in late Thursday afternoon. It wasn't busy at all, so they seated me right up front at the bar. Service was very attentive since I was the only one at the bar! The cheddar biscuits to start were incredible. A lot more moist than I expected and very buttery and delicious. I got the coconut shrimp as an appetizer and the harborside lobster & shrimp. Went for Mother's Day lunch because I was craving those amazing rolls! The rest of the food was way under seasoned and ridiculously expensive. They were short staffed, and we waited a bit after seating, but didn't mind. Our server was running around all over, she was great, but there should have been a manager walking table to table to assist. Place hasn't changed much since it opened, so it has that nostalgic feel. Is the All you can eat Shrimp-fest still worth it... This has been an annual tradition with my wife and I dating back some 13 years and I think last night we decided it would be our last. I know that Covid changed the resturant industry along with food service and it's employees, but this was just more than I can take. I have always been keen to how a resturant handles All you can eat items, and I get it. I know you can expect low quality food, you can expect slower service with the resturant playing out the waiting game, I get it. Last night was the lowest level of declination I have ever expierenced in a resturant, and keep in mind my expectations for Red Lobster have always been low. The shrimp was of course my main focus and I found the size and quantity of the shrimp to be just sad. Re-orders were not only slow but each order out seemed smaller than the last. The only shrimp dish that was even half decent was the fried coconut shrimp but even that was ruined by the most palate offending sauce I have ever tasted, the Pina-colada sauce. This sauce was basically pineapple cream cheese thinned out with either milk or yougurt. Not only was the consitency off putting but the flavor was just plain horrible, with almost a spoiled flavor note. Overall our server was trying her hardest and I suspect she was new. She got our orders wrong and even forgot some of our sides and salads. The desserts were just o.k and the only saving grace of the night was the cheddar bay biscuits, when we got them. Mediocre at best. I believe in only providing positive reviews, but in this case I had to say something. While the restaurant is impeccably clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly, our food was not worth the price. The Fish n Chips was Luke warm and mushy, and the $40 seafood platter was 1/2 bland and tasteless, the other half way over salted. Even though the mozzarella stick & bacon wrapped scallop appetizers were pretty good, the $95 check was painful to pay. Again, the staff was awesome and they don't deserve attitude for the poor quality of the food. So, if you're visiting Magic Mountain or just passing through, there are far better restaurants at half the price. read more

There was a long wait thr bathrooms smelled and no paper towels to dry my hands the food was good except the clay chowder it was watery and it didn't taste that great. What has happened to Red Lobster? The last three times I've been here the food has been terrible. Our last meal was completely inedible. Disgusting salad with brown watery lettuce, soup clearly from a can, Lobster overcooked and like a piece of rubber. The coconut shrimp were partially frozen when served, and had no taste. Even the desert was terrible. Red Lobster Biscuits? Like doe balls, just gross. I think this chain is in trouble and has lowered their food quality standards. Everything tasted like it was pre made frozen garbage. The prices are also outrageous for the food being served. We had no alcohol, and for two of us our bill was almost $100 before tip! I'd be happy to pay that if the food was good. But it's on the level of Denny's for 4 times the price. Service was also awful and the place was empty. I would have spoke to a manager, but there was no one around. Our server took our order and we never saw him again. The disgusting food was brought out by all different people. We just paid on the table kiosk and left. This is the way it usually goes when a chain is about to go under. Raise prices and serve cheap food. So after a few tries it's official, this place is gross and I will never return. What a waste of money. We used to love Red Lobster, but I guess everything changes. We arrived for an early dinner, place was not busy, got our booth in less then 10 minutes. Started with those warm and delicious biscuits. Ordered the stuffed mushrooms and crab Rangoon (our waitress's suggestion) for appetizers, hot and tasty! I ordered a cup of chowder and the "ultimate feast" lump lobster in butter sauce, grilled scallops, Wally shrimp and coconut shrimp along with the lobster mashed potatoes. My wife has the clam chowder and a side salad, the boys had various sampler plates... the food was plentiful, was quickly served, but not to quickly that we felt rushed and it was all so tasty and the service was spot on! Got my lobster 15mins late after I ate my steak dinner and no discount nothing offered 2 meals came to a total of $95 dollars plus tax plus tip it was way overpriced and a rip off plus getting my lobster tail that late to the table is unprofessional. They didn't even clean the table underneath before sitting us which I asked multiple staff to clean up under the table was thrown food all over the floor. The food was really bad I swear. This is my first time coming to a red lobster and I've heard good things about it but honestly I wish I saved my money. My Ceasar salad was sad only lettuce no topping but the salmon was decent. My iced tea tasted like dog water and my friends pasta was swimming in butter with no seasonings. Had a taste for crab legs ‍ haven't been to Red Lobster in years (at least 8) I was pleasantly surprised! The food was better than I remembered by far, the waiter was kind, efficient and personable. Out of all of the Red Lobsters I visit, I swear this one is the best. The food is always cooked well and flavorful. It hits the table hot and comes out quickly. The 5 Stars is for the same server I had the last 2 trips to this location, Kimberly. She may very well be the best server I've ever had. Anywhere. She is amazing. Anticipates the little things, like bringing extra ice separately from your iced tea. Super friendly. She also makes you feel like you are the only one she's taking care of. We finally came back to Red Lobster the day after Mother's Day after a very long absence. We were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Jose was so impressive that I asked to speak to the manager, Randy Bates. Mr. Bates is a manager that rolls up his sleeves to help his staff. You can tell he runs a tight ship and his employees are happy and cheerful. The food was the best surprise. Everything came out hot and perfectly cooked in a timely manner.
