I thought I ordered delivery, however noticed on my email I placed the order for pick-up so the hubs and I jumped in the car and headed over. There is an adorable family running the place, a young girl was practicing the register and handed us the pizza. We absolutely love family businesses so this was a huge plus for us. We Decided what the heck, support local! & I'm so glad we did! I called the restaurant directly to place my order. I tried ordering online and calling the # on the ad but it was kind of difficult and odd. I believe they partner with Bon appetite delivery service. However, After speaking with the restaurant directly, the man on the phone was so friendly and welcoming. The ordering process over the phone was great. I wanted to try several different things so we ended up getting a supreme pizza, the spinach and ricotta rolls, buffalo wings & he even threw in some free dessert because it was our first time!! So sweet! I was willing to take a risk on trying this place because of the good reviews and on how nice the ordering was over the phone. When we got our food we were AMAZED. We finally tried Royal Pizza last night. It was a nice place. It has been on our wishlist for some time to try. We tried the Royal Pizza and it was quite a unique pizza... although very different and unique, I did not love the flavor combinations. Maybe there was too much onion on mine? Not sure. I would come back to Royal Pizza again to try other things, but probably not order the Royal Pizza itself. Others may love it, but personally it was not my cup of tea. I will say some other positive things though. The restaurant was clean and the staff was attentive and very friendly. We had also ordered the spinach and ricotta rolls which were excellent. We ordered the extra large pizza with the intention of bringing home some leftovers. Yum. I brought a couple slices home so that I could save room for dessert. I ordered the tiramisu. It was delicious. Other than that, it was kind of far across town for us to come here often, but I am glad we came and yes - I would come again. read more
