The food tastes good and fresh. Loved sitting out on the patio of the public market. I would definitely come back again!

Large Greek Salad

I loved this place!! Super easy to order, took no more than 5 minutes, and was absolutely delicious. Veggies in the salad tasted very fresh and the pita was so soft and warm. Definitely coming back!!

This is your best dinner choice in the Mequon Public Market, which is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink or coffee with friends. Some evenings there's live music and sometimes that's real jazz. The Santorini Grill has some shortcomings, the service was adequate but the Moussaka and Spanakopita were mediocre. The prices also seemed a little high. You don't really want to eat right in the restaurant part, instead take your meal upstairs to enjoy the music (when there are live performances) or if the weather is nice, dine al fresco. Everything will be better that way, especially if you next get some dessert at Purple Door.

My wife enjoyed the spinach beet salad a lot. I had a meal from another place, but I ordered the fries and wings from here. Both were great. The wings are huge and flavorful. The staff was amazing, courteous, and very accommodating. We will be back.

Place an order off the value menu and it was priced just right in my opinion 3 small tables are available for dine in or you could eat on the 2nd floor or outside when the weather is nicer Service was okay for a small business since the only contact I had with employees was when I placed an order

We stopped by on a late weekend evening after a hike outdoors. We love Greek food and had never tried this restaurant. We ordered our food in the Mequon Public Market location. Staff were helpful and friendly. In the restaurant itself, there was not much seating inside, but the weather outside was great so we opted to take our food outdoors. Service was pretty fast. We ordered Gyro platters (one with fries, one with rice and potatoes), Greek Souvlaki Chicken, Beet salad with salmon, and one order of two sides: Greek pita with grilled vegetables (a small vegetarian meal but was enough). We brought our food to the large outdoor fire pit and sat around the fire, which was the perfect ambiance and a pleasant evening. It was past 7pm, so other customers were eating ice cream and not many people. The food was pretty good, and the pita bread was really tasty; we really liked it. The gyro meat, however, was a little salty. The side Greek salad (for the gyro platter) was good, but not much lettuce. Potato and rice were fair. The large hunk of feta cheese included with the gyro entree was good and so was the salmon beet salad according to the person who ordered it. They gave us only one little container with ketchup though 3 orders had fries on the side, which we thought was a little oversight (what if we had taken our food to a park and couldn't have walked back indoors to ask for more?) The quantity was generous; prices are ok-the entrees cost more than the sandwiches. I had leftovers for the next day. Next time, I'll try the beet salad with salmon since that looked appetizing. It's a place worth checking out and I'd try it again.

I had visited the Mequon Public Market once before and ate at Screaming Tuna, but this spot caught my eye on that visit over 2 years ago. I don't get to the Mequon area often, if at all, but on this day, I made a trip to stop at three businesses I've been wanting to try, and Santorini grill was one of them. Yes, I wanted to try their gyro, but I also really wanted to see what they could do in that kitchen, so I ordered the Filet Mignon Souvlaki and the Grilled Octopus. You guys, my world was ROCKED! The steak was so incredibly tender, cooked a perfect medium temp, and seasoned to make my taste buds crave more after after every bite! The same is true for the octopus, which can be tough and chewy if not prepped and cooked properly. It was also very tender and seasoned beautifully! It was probably the best I've eaten, and I long for it. I want it again, so bad. I wish I lived closer, although that could be a bad thing, too. :) I definitely want to go back and try their gyro. I HAVE to. Plus, I can order the grilled octopus again, too! If you like food that tastes awesome, then you should eat here!

Chicken Souvlaki Entree: chicken, Greek Oven Potatoes, rice and pita.

Fast and delicious takeout from the Mequon Public Market. The veggie combo is a generous portion of all of my favorites. The wings were excellent. The order was ready on time.

We tried to get into the St Paul Fish place....it was an hour and :30 minute wait. Walked next door and visited the Santorini Grill. This was the WIN for the night. Everyone got something different and everyone was happy we came here!! Not only was it legit Greek - the portions were insane for the price! The Spinach Pie was what dreams are made of! Thank you thank you thank you!

Great food, great service. The grilled octopus appetizer is delightful. Kids meals are a good value for the little ones. We will be back!

Ordered a gyro and fries. It was good. A little greasy. Still nothing beats Oakland Gyros.

We had heard good things so my boyfriend was excited to book us a reservation for date night. Our…read morewaiter was very attentive and friendly and gave us great recommendations (don't sleep on the salmon crack). We got the seafood boil and it was so much food for the two of us! We couldn't even finish our crab cakes. I loved all the options it came with and the corn and seasoning were delicious. We also ended up taking advantage of the fish counter and got swordfish steak for dinner the next day and we liked the crab cakes so much we got more to bake at home. This will be a staple for us whether it's dinner at the restaurant or grabbing something at the fish counter to cook at home, which we have done multiple times now!

My Mom and I came here for a light dinner and ordered the crab cake and mussels appetizers as our entrees. Thinking that wouldn't be enough food, we added the arugula beet salad. Everything came out pretty quickly, and the mussels portion and salad were enormous. Each dish was excellent. The mussels, a recommendation by our helpful server, were especially good - the mussels were cooked perfectly, without an unopened mussel in the bunch, and the white wine-garlic-fennel broth was seasoned well and had the classic flavor I was hoping for. The only miss was that the bread provided was only barely toasted and a little chewy. The salad was a wonderful surprise: dressed properly with a nice vinaigrette, it had toasted pepitas, creamy goat cheese, fennel, and beets that were not overly earthy. My Mom enjoyed her crab cakes, which had a bit of a spicy kick. I wanted a little dessert and chose their Door County cherry ice cream. I would strongly recommend leaving room for it. It had a fantastic, creamy texture, tasting homemade. The ice cream itself had a natural flavor of almonds with a hint of cherry, was studded with dark chocolate and cherry pieces, and topped with a cute fish-shaped cookie. One of the best ice creams I've had. Like the food portions, it came as three big scoops, so it's good for sharing. The atmosphere is casual and fun, though be prepared for a pretty high noise level when it's full - not from music, but from everyone having a great time with friends and family. I'd recommend getting a reservation, and they're conveniently on OpenTable.

Met a friend for dinner…read more Food: I really like the food and drink menu at Café Hollander. They offer a broad selection of beers and other beverages. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but whenever I come here, I always order the Stiegl Grapefruit Radler. It goes down easy and has none of the bitterness that many beers have. For dinner, I ordered the Chopped Salad with added chicken. It arrived looking fresh and was a generous portion. I ended up taking half of it home for another meal. Service: We received terrific service throughout the evening. Our server, Grace, did a great job getting us settled in. Waters arrived right away, followed shortly by our drinks and food. Everything was efficient, but we never felt rushed. She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to have a little conversation with us, making the experience feel more personal. Thanks, Grace! Atmosphere: It was a beautiful evening. Since it was just a little cool outside, we chose a table indoors near one of the open doorways, which let in plenty of fresh air. The noise level was comfortable, making it easy to carry on a conversation. Café Hollander continues to be a solid choice for a great meal.

Packed with crispy broccoli, a quinoa garden medley, avo, panko chicken, and sriracha mayo, this meal had great flavor and had me leaving very statiated.
