Salad bar is open. Ok, does Sizzlers deserve 5 stars, probably not but it's the salad bar damn it. Almost everything is back, grab your tongs and help yourself to everything you remembered liking about it - the chopped hard boiled eggs, the diced red beets, the ham bits, the potato salad with alot of dill, the melons and the clammy clam chowder. But here's where things got a little different. Gone is the spaghetti and taco bar which means no more dried out carnitas, ground beef and weird meatballs. Instead it's chili which was pretty damn good for a buffet, pot roast that was surprisingly moist, mojo potatoes, delicious corn bread that wasn't dry and hard and mono potatoes. Whoa, hold the mustard is this place for reals? Hands down the best Sizzler in the LA area, that I know of. This place not only still has an ice cream station but they actually have more than just one topping, try several! Not only that but the carnitas were superb, a little dry, but not super salty like most other places. Not to mention the server who was extremely attentive. Oh we had a wonderful afternoon at around 3:30 pm.. my friends and their children, were there for me and my husband..My husband celebrated his birthday there. We had a lot of foods, salmon, barbecued ribs. chicken, soups, spaghetti with unlimited salad and fruits.. He had given the senior in line before us attitude, rushing him out of the line not even allowing him time to grab his cutlery. We were craving surf & turf, wanted to do a date night, and didn't want to cook. We decided to order the steak & lobster here, medium rare, with a side of mashed butter potato / baked potato. It arrived within 40 minutes. We paid about $50 with tips - please support your delivery guys! The food came packed perfectly with a slice of cheddar toast each, butter for the lobster (was still attached to the shell but nicely displayed), with butter, sauce for the steaks and sour cream for the baked potato. Went here during lunch time last week while just observing a training. The parking lot seemed packed when we got there, but they offer free valet service for your convenience. Still kind of weirded me out that they had this since this is the first Sizzler I know of that offers it. When you walk inside and line up to order you past a large scale version of the menu. I usually just pick the salad bar when coming here since it allows you access to some hot items, such as soups and pasta, and also the dessert selections as well. But they also have set entrees you can select from the menu too that include steak and lobster. The salad bar has various greens, toppings and dressing you could add on as well as options for some soup and cold sides, such as Cole slaw and pasta. The other station with hot items had fixings to make a taco as to make spaghetti. You have unlimited access to either as well as to the dessert station. I've been coming to this Sizzler location since forever. I have awesome memories with my high school friends and the $3.99 endless salad bar which is now $9.99! There are still a few waiters who still remember me when I come with my family, and that reminds me of those fond memories I have. They now have fruitpunch, iced tea and iced coffee besides their fountain soda. Also there's soft serve ice cream (vanilla & strawberry or half & half) you can have it in a cup or small waffle cone. There's different kind of toppings next to the ice cream dispenser machine too. Some of my family favorites are the endless shrimp, shrimp skewers, steaks & lobster, baked potatoes, strawberry lemonade, cold salads (at the salad bar), garlic cheese bread, and of course our all time favorite their clam chowder etc etc. Everyone working here is so attentive. I love coming to sizzler for their yummy steaks and that amazing garlic bread! On this occasion I came and ordered a steak of course and since I was pregnant I asked for it well done and it was just as I asked for it.t The only thing is they ask "would you like mushrooms with your steak" making it seem like maybe it comes with the steak but just so you know they don't, they charge you for them. I don't mind though, they give you a good amount and they're delicious (if you like mushrooms). I do think they should add "for an extra charge" at the end of their question however but anyway...great place. The baked potatoe was dry, the shrimp seasoning was terrible and the shrimp period weren't good at all. Garlic bread was regular pieces of bread cut in half with like no flavor and the rice and steak were the only somewhat ok things on the plate! I enjoy coming to this sizzler for the food, but this time the service was awful.. the waitress (I didn't get her name) didn't even greet me when I was sitting on our table while my boyfriend grabbed my drink. Sizzler, hire more table staffs please! There were two overworked, stressed to the max servers manning the whole restaurant when we came for dinner. Our server mixed up all the tickets in his section - we were brought the wrong orders three times! I actually began eating someone's fries before he noticed his mistake - took the order back and brought it to the rightful table (yep with my half eaten fries). It didn't matter what you told the staffs how you wanted meat cooked - everything automatically came a level beyond well done. A belligerent, homeless man raided the salad bar half way through our dinner - all the staffs hid in the back and left the customers to fend for themselves. I'm from the east coast and apparently we do not have a Sizzler chain over there. It's my second time trying this place out when when i want to go a bit healthy, Sizzler's my choice to go. We ordered salad bar for two and the steak and shrimp entree. The steak was a bit chewy so it wasn't my favorite but the shrimps were big so I really liked that. Stopped by here after a Rams/Chargers Game. Couldn't decide if we wanted Korean BBQ or Sushi, settled with Sizzler and couldn't be happier! This location is huge, clean and the AC was on full blast. It really is quite a mad house with so many people dining and staff sprucing up the salad bar. The quality of food was good for what my friend and I had paid. I was surprised to see that they even provide complimentary valet! Quite fancy, like something you'd see at a Ruth's Chris. The options were a surprise as well. It had been years since I had dined in a Sizzler. The nachos and wings were good and fresh. The clam chowder was tasty especially after I added some bacon. The pasta though and meatballs didn't taste like I remembered. Service was excellent. Our old plates were cleared quickly. I'll be back again when in the area. Food is very dry and the salad bar food does not taste fresh. Steak was decent, shrimp was very greasy and tasted like frozen shrimp you cook in the oven. We spent over 100 bucks for two plates and four salad bar options on a weekend. Definitely not worth the price. I would recommend just paying for a plate. Make sure you ask if they charge extra for toppings on your plates. We weren't told onions and mushrooms were extra, and paid 10 extra dollars just for that. read more

Hi, I went to Moreno Valley SIZZLER again today. I was greeted by Jesus & Brenda, Manuel was my server, had my favorite the 6oz. sirloin steak, baked potatoe and side salad. I inadvertently interrupted a meeting the managers were having but I did get to meet the new transfer in manager Eileen, she, Ramon and Jesus were very polite and courteous even though I interrupted but I was leaving and wanted to tell them buy and thank them for there location's food as I always enjoy coming there, I like feeling comfortable going there. They all and the whole staff is Awesome. Is was a pleasure meeting Eileen and talking with Jesus & Ramon. Thank you all again for the most delicious food. My favorite restaurant in Moreno Valley.
