Ok, keep it real, this is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've been here twice out of sheer convenience and both times I've literally waited 10-15 minutes total for my order to be taken AND to get my drink. Don't get me wrong, I'm a patient woman, and especially when it comes to me and my caffeine, but I'm constantly disappointed in the service of this place. My favorite coffee place in the entire world! The baristas always know your name if you become a regular there or they happen to remember your face when they see you more than once. I see the regulars talking and hanging out with each other here every morning. I've made friends here just by stopping by for a cup of coffee. It has that small coffee house feeling that I absolutely adore! I'm sad that they'll be turning into a drive through soon but I know that they'll still keep up that amazing charm! Pretty good Starbucks location. Parking is hard to get during lunchtime as theres a few dining places in the same center but if you're patient these baristas are really fast and really friendly. I've never had a problem with waiting or with my order at this place. read more

Ordered a medium coffee with a shot of espresso and I got a medium coffee with a shot of espresso, hooray! I was impressed that the coffee didn't taste burned and like it had been sitting there for hours, like normal coffee tends to do at Starbucks. Price was too much of course, but that was expected. The workers were nice, although have problems calling out the right orders. I think they called mine a mocha and didn't take my name so I didn't realize it was actually my coffee for a while. The bathrooms were probably the worst I've been in in a long time. The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush, which would explain the huge log and mountain of TP that someone had left in there countless hours ago. There was TP and trash over the rest of the floor and I had to be careful to not slip in the wall-to-wall puddle. read more

After one too many burnt coffees from Starbucks, my BF and I have been going to Coffee Bean and Peets for the past few months. We just finished our dinner at the restaurant next door and we wanted some coffee and since this Starbucks was right next door, we decided to give Starbucks another shot. I ordered an iced vanilla latte. How do you mess up an Iced Vanilla Latte right?? There were only two customers in line and they didn't ask us for our name which is fine but then the Barista didn't even call out to us or give any sort of hand gesture that my latte was done. We saw it sitting on the counter and looked at it for a little bit until we realized it was ours because of the *V* and the *L* written on it. Then, to make matters worse, we didn't find out until we had driven away that the espresso they used for the latte was BURNT. The latte was horribly bitter and just disgusting. Sorry Starbucks, but my local mom and pop donut place brews better coffee than you do. read more

This particular Starbucks is a little out of my way, but I find myself driving the extra 10 minutes after work, once or twice a week, because of the worker Lizzard. I am never disappointed. I happened to walk in one day during some type of deal day in the afternoon and it was very busy. lizzard and one other barista made me feel taken care of and they kept the energy of the store very welcoming even though it was crowded and loud. read more

The guy who was at the cash register I give him 5 stars for service. The girl name Nadia, who was making drinks, I would give negative 5 stars on yelp if they had one. She was very rude and had an attitude of someone who didn't care for their job nor the company she represented. I asked her kindly in the beginning if she can make an exception and get me the glass of milk next, I have a crying baby in the car. I didn't mean to cut in front of the few people ahead of me, but I wanted to ask if she can get that glass of milk while she started the blender. She obviously can do it, she just didn't want to and said there are other people ahead of me, and she said it with a bad attitude. Then she dare say to "no one told you to leave your baby in the car". That made me so mad, I was yelling at her for saying that and she was yelling at me while making her drinks...I assured her that I will make sure her manager and corporate knows about this. For her information, I had someone waiting in the car with my baby and baby was crying for a cup of milk. Nadia is incredibly rude and didn't care about anything to fight with me over an exception I had asked of her. I've never experienced any bad service at other Starbucks, so this shop I would say is the worst in terms of customer service. read more

I enjoy coming to this location because even though it's NOT a drive thru, the employees are always fast and efficient. TLDR: Tried to get a venti ice tea refill. Barista girl interrogates me to see if I ordered anything then forces me to use my own cup instead of the venti cup she already prepared. I hate to admit but this the service here sucks. I went in to study today. At first there was a line so i found a a seat and settled in waiting for the line to die down to order my coffee. When there was no line I walked to the cash register and the barista told me to give him a second and he went to the back. Five minutes later when he finally came back out some lady who was trying to buy coffee beans asks him for help and he helps her and leaves me standing at the register. Besides the long wait the coffee was good it was the normal stuff. Three hours later. The shift changes and I decide to get a refill. I ask for a refill specifically a venti iced green tea no pumps. She pulls up a venti cup and proceeds to write my order on the cup. Then she asks, "Did you even buy anything?" So I told her I did. And she asked me "where is your cup?" Now I'm offended. Like WTF. I've never and I mean NEVER in any of the starbucks I've gone to been asked if I ordered and where was my cup. Normally, I bring my own coffee mug for the 10 cent discount and grab a venti iced green tea on the way out, no questions asked. I really didnt feel like arguing so I pulled out my cup and showed her heres my cup. Then she throws away the venti cup and takes my mug. I asked for a venti, my mug barely fits a grande. ANYWAYS all in all I just think she was really disrespectful and I'm offended. I understand some people take advantage if the free refill rule but dont suspect everyone. read more

This Starbucks has the best, most enthusiastic baristas and staff of any I have been to. The interior has been redesigned and looks great. It does get crowded at peak times and I wish it had a couch or more comfortable seating, but I've always received excellent customer service and that keeps me coming back. read more

It's amazing how different SB franchises vary. This place doesn't have the Pokémon frap recipe so you'll have to provide that if you want it made. If you ask for no water in their matcha frap their reply is that there is already no water. Wish all SB's were more standardised with how they make their non coffee drinks. read more

This is the starbucks that i frequent by my house. This is also the starbucks that i go for blind dates. That way, its safe, its only coffee, and if the person is ugly or really boring, i can say bye! Ordering from the #Starbucks mobile app is completely useless!!! You do not get your order in time ever! I've tried this so many times and the drinks never come out within the given timeframe. I always have to still wait for at least 10 minutes in store even when I order ahead of time. Dear Starbucks, why provide this service, that's supposed to be convenient for people in a rush, if your baristas are not going to get the order in time and make the drinks in the give timeframe and make people who are already in a rush, wait even longer to get their drinks?!? There were two people waiting in line when I arrived at this Starbucks to get my order and I waited until both of them ordered and got their drinks and took a couple of other orders before I got my order. When I asked the barista after waiting about 8 minutes at the pick up section, he asked his coworker to give him the receipt. He didn't even have my order!!! And even after he got the receipt/order from his coworker, he was in no hurry to make my order either! He made drinks for at least two other order before even starting on mine! With this kind of service, I mind as well just wait in line and order instead of using the stupid mobile app order function! Grr!!! Plus, this Starbucks in particular has really bad service!
