First Starbucks I've been to in a while where Service is outstanding. The barista did not chastise me for getting a light milk iced espresso drink I appreciate that I'm not being treated like a cheapskate every other Starbucks says " isn't this a latte?" Stopped coming here a few months ago due to my drink being made incorrectly all the time and the small space. Having to argue that a cup full of ice from top to bottom is not the same as extra soy milk. Came by today, happy to see all new faces. Maybe things would be better? Nope. Served 8 people who came in after me, one woman got 4 shots of espresso .. mine has 6. She was 4 customers after me in line. This made no sense so I spoke up and was given a drink card. This Starbucks is close to my house. Before I go to 210 fwy, I will visit this place for coffee and food. I don't know why, this place is always very slow when you order food to warm up. I order my coffee and breakfast sandwich. I watched 2 ladies behind the counter, they keeps on talking, finally they decide to work, one lady finally start to warm up foods. I notice there is a long of food to be warm up. It looks like it will be a long wait. My espresso coffee is ready, but breakfast is still waiting. While waiting, I decide to buy something else, I asking the 2 talking lady if someone can ring up my purchase, and told to wait until they finished talking. Um...am I the customer? Or am I not the customer? I had to wait until they finished talking, to ring up my purchase! Starbucks, did you NOT has to close one afternoon to talk about Customer Service???? Not a lot of tables here but it works. Parking is plentiful if you're willing to walk a little. Baristas are friendly and drinks are good (but then I'm just getting iced coffee). Internet is fast enough for work. Windows don't have the best view though since cars head toward you as they drive into the lot. It gets bright when headlights are shining at you at night. Very inconsistent service. Some of the baristas are very nice and helpful, however, most of them are very rude and very poorly customer oriented. Also, they run out of products very easily. This is the 4th weekend in a row that they do not have their Jade Citrus Mint tea. Poor inventory control. read more

A typical Starbucks that is frequent by the working class and students studying. Possibly because of being a chain, the service is great. On two separate occasions, I have dropped a cup of coffee; one at the location itself and another one right at my doorstep before I went inside. The people working today were so kind. I guess when I stepped out to make a phone call, someone accidentally took my drink. When I came back I didn't even realize that my drink was already made and taken haha. I didn't care, it wasn't their fault someone took my drink, but they tried their best to fix it and gave me a venti and the drink that someone mistakenly left behind. The iPhone charger adapters were ALL missing. When asked the store about if they have any more, they replied coldly "That's all we got". I totally understand the frustration. I can imagine they must have provided new adapters very often. However, when there are hundreds (if not thousands) customers come to the store everyday and there are only less than 5 chargers, it's totally understandable that some or all 5 are missing. Damage rate is less than .5%, better reliability number than most end user products. As an $86,000,000,000 company, Starbucks should have the money to show generosity by adding new ones if they find the chargers were missing. In return, you will have more happy customers. read more

This place is really bad with special orders I ordered a caramel frap with extra caramel tht usually means that u just drizzle the caramel on the side and a little bit on the whipped cream. However the girl tht made my drink literally put an entire blob on the bottom of the drink in which wen I tried to drink the drink I got a mouthful or caramel sauce. It was absolutely disgusting. And I even lifted the straw up in the middle to dry to drink the actually frap but nope caramel sauce is all I got! I couldn't even drink it anymore and just had to throw it out like this girl was trying to aim for diabetes or something. I gotta say, for a Starbucks, it has a pretty cozy feel to it that you normally only get at an independent coffee shop. I think because there are alot of regulars and many of the customers seem to know each other. It has become a community coffee shop. It has a nice little view of the mountains and the service is helpful and friendly. I like to walk here with my 2-year-old son. Everyone is so nice and they easily accommodate your requests (a dry cappuccino with 2 shots for me). read more

I never review Starbucks because I find it to be a little pointless. Everyone's had it and we all have our own favorite location and drinks. With that said, I still feel the need to review this particular one because I don't understand the negative reviews. It's actually one of my fave. I'm reviewing it based on coming here in the morning during rush hour. I never had to wait more than 5 mins for my drink no matter how busy they are. The baristas here work super fast and they always get my drink right and make it just the way I like it. You would not believe how many times I've had to either throw away my entire drink or go back to ask them to remake it at other locations. I've never had any issues here. You must be wondering what drink I get and how complicated can it be? Well...I get a grande, shaken, light ice, coconut milk green tea latte, with an inch of soy and no sweetener. OR a tall hot coconut milk green tea latte with an inch of soy, no sweetener, no foam, extra hot. I'd say try my drink out but make sure you come to this location because they always make it right! Another bonus for this location is that there are plenty of parking in this plaza. It is easy to pull in and out and hop back onto the freeway too. I'm all about convenience and efficiency when it comes to Starbucks in the mornings! read more

Conveniently located on Huntington Drive with lots of parking plus indoor/outdoor seating. The drinks were made well, but the person taking the orders wasn't particularly nice. He seemed bothered that I was ordering more than one drink and wanted him to ring them up separately so that I could accrue "stars". For one thing, it's not my fault Starbucks issues "stars" based on per transaction rather than per item. Plus, there was at most two people in line behind me so it's not like I held up the line.
