This is definitely one of my favorite starbucks locations. The service is always fast and there's never a long line. You're always greeted when you walk in and all the employees are super friendly. My go to drink is an ice chai tea latte with vanilla cold foam and cinnamon powder...yum. I will say, this shopping center is pretty busy and there are times where I have to circle around to find a parking spot. Sometimes street (meter) parking is available. The lot is not that big so have some patience ;) read more

I must say, having a view of Ventura Boulevard is intrigueing and entertaining, as there is a lot of activity even in the early morning. The barista was pretty young and was amazed at my Reserve card, as it was the first one he has seen. Busy plaza, no parking, too many eateries in one plaza. Always hard to find parking. Coffee is ok, just like any other Starbucks. Customer service here is average, so is at every other Starbucks. It's not like before when you would get the friendliest service. The floors were dirty here, lots of food crumbles on the floor. There was a homeless person with a whole cart of her belongings sitting in one corner and scrolling on her phone. Very unpleasant experience if you want to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Overall the ambiance was off here. I have been here a few times many years ago and it was a much better ambiance back then. Starbucks is losing its charm. read more

This is one of my go to Starbucks in the area for the promptness, friendly service and ample seating available. The Starbucks is conveniently located on Ventura and has an accessible lot. If you can't find parking there, there's always plenty of parking in the surrounding neighborhoods! I placed an order using their mobile app and it was ready quickly. They organized the orders logically in the mobile pick up area, so it was easy to locate! I sat down for a moment on a plushy seat to indulge in my grande cinnamon dolce latte with oat milk. I've had some issues with Starbucks making my drink incorrectly, but thankfully they followed the customizations to a T! It was decadent and well made and just what I needed to give me some energy for the day! read more

Baristas and cashiers are uniquely kind at this location making their patrons feel welcomed and appreciated. My drinks are always made correctly and the store itself is well managed and cosy. I really want to give this location a good review but I have been so disappointed EVERY time I go. It's on my way to work so the location is very convenient, BUT... I live 10 minutes away and always order from my door before I leave, and yet I STILL have to wait 5-10 extra minutes! Once, after I drove off, I went to drink my coffee and was shocked to find it was 2/3 filled!! Also, I drink black coffee, they make the barista who's doing all mixed drinks also do the drips and black coffees. That's ridiculous. And, The staff can't work and talk at the same time. I actually watched the barista gossip with another girl while she had a line full of drinks, she stopped and had a conversation!! WTF?!?!?! One day I was waiting close to 15 minutes for a simple pike, (on top of the 10 minute drive), they claim someone must have taken my drink so they gave me a $4 Card as an apology... I went to another starbucks to use it... THEY FORGOT TO ACTIVATE THE CARD! So basically they didn't give me anything! These guys are so disorganized it's sad. I have passed this location plenty of times. But never once stop by for a coffee. Then the other night I decided to come and do some studying. Parking was full so I waited a little while for some space to get vacated. Upon entering, the register is there right away and no line. I was able to put my order in then look for a table to sit. Inside is spacious with high chairs facing Ventura Blvd which I find to be a good view for entertainment. Background music was upbeat and lively. But I used my headset though so I will be able to concentrate more. I will be back for sure. Parking gets busy but be patient and you'll find one. read more

Driving down Ventura Blvd craving a Starbucks, I stopped by this location for a hazelnut-dashed Oat Latte, and sheesh did that hit the spot! The staff that work here are super nice, and it is a popular location even on a weekday night, with many members of the general community working on homework / projects or carrying casual conversations. Lighting was on the dimmer side, but ambiance was quiet enough that concentrating wasn't too difficult. The only difficult part is finding parking in a narrow parking lot shared between several small businesses. Will be back - at hopefully less busy times. read more

I was in the area today and walked in to get a drink. My favorite Starbucks drink is one Grande iced chai latte with almond milk, but today I tried the iced toasted vanilla oat milk shaken. The customer service was excellent, the coffee shop is big and specious, plenty of seatings both indoor and outdoor. Clean bathrooms. Great place for working on your laptop, studying, meeting friends or just grabbing a drink by yourself. Free easy parking. read more

I have been to many of Starbucks this location the counter people a few girls no personality what so ever, there is one you have to repeat your order always even if it is just one item. I think she be have a hearing problem. They were face masks, on every time I order an egg bite with Kale I always have to ask them for a fork it it never is placed in the bag! In this location because of the staff being very distant to there customers, you don't get the feeling of being welcomed! Staff is always super helpful. Very close to my job so I'm constantly visiting. I would recommend the spinach wrap with a triple over ice with 2 pumps or sf vanilla. It's a perfect low calorie pick me up. This location is located in a very busy shopping center so I would recommend parking on the street opposed to the lot. read more

Joel and Grayson are the best workers I've seen in along time at a Starbucks location. "CHRIS" came in with a long list of orders for his Production Crew. I say about 17 different varieties of coffees, 6 pike coffees, and 2 hot chocolates, and of course his own. Joel the cashier made sure everything on CHRIS' list was put on his register and then you see Grayson in the back brewing her butt off to all those mixed drinks. She is a beasts. It took maybe less than 10 mins to get all those drinks made, all while smiling and getting new orders out. Thank you for that and thanks for hard work at 10:50PM. This Starbucks is large but the seating is horrible. Not enough chairs and tables and they are like the ones in preschool. I almost fell backwards on the picture of the chair attached. There are too many people sitting there for long periods of time with their computer/ like it's their own personal office. There are homeless sitting inside as well. They could make this Starbucks so cute and layout tables and chairs in a much better way. Also there was a lot of crumbs on the floor by the windows where we sat. read more
