This is one of my go to Starbucks in the area for the promptness, friendly service and ample seating available. The Starbucks is conveniently located on Ventura and has an accessible lot. If you can't find parking there, there's always plenty of parking in the surrounding neighborhoods! I placed an order using their mobile app and it was ready quickly. They organized the orders logically in the mobile pick up area, so it was easy to locate! I sat down for a moment on a plushy seat to indulge in my grande cinnamon dolce latte with oat milk. I've had some issues with Starbucks making my drink incorrectly, but thankfully they followed the customizations to a T! It was decadent and well made and just what I needed to give me some energy for the day!

Enjoyed the new Pistachio Cortado--a perfect caffeinated wake-me-up at night! Refills are a great perk for staying in. Appreciate the friendly, kind, and happy service from Spooky, Ailynn, and Nick--they all deserve special recognition. The hazelnut, pistachio, and cream refill creation was excellent. Cozy, homey space with a soft couch, fast phone-charging outlet, relaxing music, clean, peaceful ambience, and fresh-tasting water--ideal for productivity. Thank you, God bless.

I have passed this location plenty of times. But never once stop by for a coffee. Then the other night I decided to come and do some studying. Parking was full so I waited a little while for some space to get vacated. Upon entering, the register is there right away and no line. I was able to put my order in then look for a table to sit. Inside is spacious with high chairs facing Ventura Blvd which I find to be a good view for entertainment. Background music was upbeat and lively. But I used my headset though so I will be able to concentrate more. I will be back for sure. Parking gets busy but be patient and you'll find one.

This location of Starbucks has great employees, great attitude and no lines . The place is very large and nice music. Great for meetings and just relaxing. Angie is so nice !! The best :)

Driving down Ventura Blvd craving a Starbucks, I stopped by this location for a hazelnut-dashed Oat Latte, and sheesh did that hit the spot! The staff that work here are super nice, and it is a popular location even on a weekday night, with many members of the general community working on homework / projects or carrying casual conversations. Lighting was on the dimmer side, but ambiance was quiet enough that concentrating wasn't too difficult. The only difficult part is finding parking in a narrow parking lot shared between several small businesses. Will be back - at hopefully less busy times.

They are very slow. They make everything right but they can really be slow all the time. I come every morning and also homeless people sit here.

So so trip today - I tried to support the new $ 6 meals today but of course what I ordered initially, just an unsweet black tea lemonade, was not part of the allowed drinks. I settled for a black iced tea even though I should have walked out . There was no stipulation on what type of drink I could get and what I ordered was the same price normally as my black iced tea !

I was in the area today and walked in to get a drink. My favorite Starbucks drink is one Grande iced chai latte with almond milk, but today I tried the iced toasted vanilla oat milk shaken. The customer service was excellent, the coffee shop is big and specious, plenty of seatings both indoor and outdoor. Clean bathrooms. Great place for working on your laptop, studying, meeting friends or just grabbing a drink by yourself. Free easy parking.

10 days post surgery out and need to elevate and ice the staff here were so nice

And ONLY Rap. It was so annoying. I guess this is what the new generation loves. Walked in yesterday at 2:15pm, and got a very nice, pleasant, warm welcome from Michael and Joey. Both great and happy kids. Michael took my order and was pretty knowledgeable with the menu. I ordered the Crema Burrito that came with: Tator Tots, Scrambled eggs, Avocado, and Jalapeño. They had 2 of the same Burrito. One with Bacon, and the other one w/out ($15.56). Portion of the Burrito was very small for the price, and was lukewarm. Food overall along with beverages were expensive! I also got a single butter Croissant and asked him to warm it up. The Croissant was nicely warm, flaky, buttery and very good! ($6.23). The Baked Goods case was practically empty. Wanted a Blueberry Muffin, and they were out. Last but not least, got their 16oz. Coconut Cloud Matcha ($9.34). Matcha was made perfectly. I still had to water it down a little. The flavor hit the mark though. Trying to get more familiar with different types of Matchas. The Coffee Shop was clean and very quaint. Also, comfortable seating with round, brown cushions. When you walk in, it's hard to miss the nice motorcycle right in the middle of the shop. I wanted to know what did that represent? Michael said that the owners wife bought that for her husband. Where can I get one? The husband, not the motorcycle.:-) They have no parking, only street and metered. Nice outdoor seating all around. Actually, all of their employees. Place was packed. Wanted to see and know the sizes of the cups for me to decide which one to go with and the price difference. I thought that they would also have some breakfast items like egg, bacon, sausage, cheese etc..they didn't. They only had plain bagel and Cream Cheese. My Latte tasted very good, on the flip side the Croissant wasn't as warm and fresh as I wanted for it to be. I asked the ladies behind the counter to warm it up again. The muffin was very fresh and delicious. Lauren handed me the Latte and my goodies. I don't want to dock a star for the Croissant, but it could have been a lot more fresh. The main thing that stands out here is their 1987 coffee roaster which is the center piece of the cafe. They roast various single origin beans on a daily basis, so you know you can purchase some fresh coffee beans here. If you need your beans grounded, they do grind it for you depending on your brewing method. They have beans of light roast, medium roast and dark roast and sell by various weights for a very reasonable price. They also sell various tea leaves, baked goods (croissant, muffin, scones, bagel, Danish, coffee cake, Dessert Therapy cookies, and merchs. They also have a seasonable menu that changes. When I went, it was the Sakura season menu. Staff were all friendly and were very willing to answer any questions regarding the menu. Please note, the base coffee blend for each day varies and rotates on a daily basis For my visit, I tried ... 1. Buttered Coffee (4.5/5) The base coffee for the day was the Peru single origin, which was well-balanced; slightly sweet with a hint of tartness and nuttiness. They then add a chunk of butter into the coffee, which helps cut some of the acidity, but also is supposed to enhance the caffeine effect and give you additional energy from the fat. It does leave a layer of fat/oiliness so if you are not a fan of that, then this may not be for you. The butter did give it a subtle buttery flavor, which I personally liked. 2. Matcha with Sakura Cold Foam (4/5) The matcha was blended smoothly and was not grassy at all. The Sakura cold foam didn't really taste like Sakura (been to Japan, so know what real Sakura flavor should taste like), but instead, just tasted floral. 3. Columbia Supremo Whole Beans Full body and aromatic. Good for those who like to drink black coffee 4. Guatemala Huehuetenango Whole Beans: Crisp, acidic and a hint of nuttiness Glad I found this local roaster where I'll definitely be coming back to get some more fresh beans.
