Saturday mornings they're busy. But they're fast. I appreciate how they answered my questions on what's vegan. All their pastries are vegan and I had the croissant with my pumpkin spice latte! Come here for the cute ambiance and view, not for the quality/ taste of the coffee. Their coffee menu has unique offerings (which are apparently fully vegan but i wouldn't have known that without reading it via other yelp reviews). I came here one morning for a walk along the bay with my friend, her dogs and the kidlet. We stopped by here after our walk for tea. My friend ordered a tea (don't remember which kind) and I got hibicious tea. My friend also ordered a muffin of some kind. She said it was good. My friend paid but it was expensive (in my opinion) $13 for 2 small things of tea and a muffin. It is super cute on the outside, there is a photo op area outside it (it was decorated with both pumpkins and christmas trees when we were there). The line wasn't too long, the drinks were ready pretty quickly and there was plenty of seating. Since it is close to the bay there are plenty of views. Super cute location right in the middle of such a nice park. Love the outdoor seating area that's very dog friendly. As for their drinks, I ordered the Strawberry Mint Lemonade and was immensely disappointed. The strawberry puree was barely enough flavor and the mint was too faint. Superbloom was on our San Diego coffee list. We recently visited during spring break. It is located at Mission Bay Beach Club. There is plenty of parking. There are tables and wooden chairs all around each with a QR code and you can order right from your seat as well as the counter. We opted for the QR code and it was quick and easy. I ordered the Fluffer Nutter iced and my daughter got the Vanilla Biscuit iced. It was a little chilly and windy but the view of the water made up for it! Our drinks were brought to us quickly and the girl was friendly. We enjoyed our drinks in our chairs for a bit before getting up to walk around. There are some cute photo ops around like the plant wall and garden area. They have bathrooms as well. It was pretty busy as a long line was forming and almost all the tables were taken. They have food as well but we just went for coffee. The Fluffer Nutter was good. I could taste the peanut butter and a hint of banana but most importantly I could taste the coffee. My daughter liked her drink as well. She said it tasted like a sugar cookie with coffee. Prices are about average but as I mentioned the view makes it all worth it. They didn't ask for a name for the order or a number so when the drinks were ready, no one knew which belonged to whom. I stood there waiting then finally went back up to check again, and it was mine. This point the whip cream already started melting and there were sprinkles on top that were already falling to the bottom. Sometimes I have to stir my lattes, and this one I definitely had to because it was so bland when I was drinking it from the cup. I ended up having to keep the straw to taste some flavor. I came here to spend my morning working and absolutely loved it. It was so serene being next to the water, even on a gloomy cold day, and there is SO much seating which is really nice. For anyone working, the only downside is spotty Wi-Fi and no outlets, but I managed to make it work for the first few hours of my day. I tried the iced Vanilla Biscuit Latte which I found thought was perfect. Not too sweet, but had a great flavor! I liked it a lot more than the sugar cookie latte from Starbucks. I also tried the avocado toast which was just okay, it lacked a lot of flavor so I had to use the salt & pepper packet that came with the utensils and it still didn't help much.
