If this was based on the food alone, this is a five star restaurant. I want to come here all the time for brunch (or dinner!). Their limeades and lemonades are SO good and refreshing when you're eating something heavy. I don't have a top rec for the drinks because honestly, they're all great. However, the wait can sometimes be ridiculously long and service isn't consistently good. I highly recommend their benedict and their cubano sandwich is also amazing. I had a great experience at the Downtown location and was excited to see a location open in Draper. Unfortunately, it's not the same experience. We were doing takeout and when I went in to order, the guy said I had to go back outside to scan the QR code to see a menu. There was a menu sitting on the counter, but whatever. Came back in with the menu and the guy had moved on to other things so I waited a few minutes for someone else to take our order. Food came quickly--within 10 minutes--which was awesome. Unfortunately when we got home it looked like everything had just been thrown in the box and none of the sides were there. I tried calling about the missing food and got a message that they don't answer their phones and to send an email. Getting back in the car to drive back and get the sides while the rest of the food got cold didn't seem worth it. Honestly, I could spend $37 on better food & service in other places, which is disappointing since my experiences downtown have been worth it. There are plenty of other food options nearby. They had a bit of a wait and when I received the text we went inside to be seated. Apparently there was a mixup and people that were seated outside moved in and took our seat. That meant they stuck my table outside. It's pretty cool outside but, there's construction making it a little noisy. Not food poisoning, more of acute gallbladder pain. It was way too much for my body to handle. And I didn't even finish the thing, I maybe ate 2/3 of the sandwich. The limeade salsa was good. Chips tasted a tiny bit stale. Like they had been fried the day before and left out, but ok. My husband got a raspberry limeade and liked it. I tried some. It had real raspberries, which is good, but way too many seeds. Like they got stuck in the straw and it was hard to drink. Also, my water was dirty. The cup wasn't clean and there were sediments of something floating in the water. Not great. Was a little worried when I saw the name biscuits and limeade. I was concerned that their menu might not be very deep. I was very surprised to find some great depth for the brunch we were looking for. Holly had the Chilaquiles and I had their version of eggs benedict with loaded hash browns which were actually so good that the loaded hash browns upstaged the eggs benedict ! Wow! Where do I start! This is such a cute restaurant. Their limeades are wonderful and fresh. It is made when you order it so it has fresh fruit and it's so yummy. One of the best parts though is their straws aren't one use plastic ones they are reusable so they clean them and reduce plastic waste. The biscuits are what they are known for and for good reason! Last year we went for Mother's Day with a group of eight and everything was great! This year my son and I went and the food was barely room temp. I ordered biscuit bar (and scrambled eggs) my son ordered chicken tenders. I had to send my biscuits back twice and even the third time they were barely warm...finally just decided to take them home. I ate my scrambled eggs and waited multiple times for biscuits to come back before my son got his chicken (it came just before my third set of biscuits). This has been a go to spot for our family and friends that we bring here, but things have changed. The employees are rude and angry and disrespectful at one point. We sat on the patio becausde we brought or puppy, side note them being dog friendly is a plus, and our waitress was prompt and quick to refill our drinks.
