Now, I'm not really saying I expect Taco Bell to have 5-star food. I mean, it's Taco Bell. It's Mexic-ish food, and it has a time and place. However, this particular location has some issues. They seem to have staffing problems. Now, I swear I've seen something out there that says Taco Bell starts serving breakfast at 8am. They start at 9am. Most of the time, they don't bother to turn on their Drive Thru Open sign, and I've been there after 9am, and they're still not open. I guess they didn't have enough people to show up and get the place going. This morning I got an a.m. crunchwrap (yeah, it's like a breakfast crack, but it is tasty and serves a purpose). The item was really uneven. I don't really assume taste is in the hands of the particular location, as it's usually prepped elsewhere, right? However, the tortilla barely held together, because the sealed side was badly laid out. The ingredients were so uneven, that I had a quarter of the dish with only one ingredient in it, and then it was void of that ingredient in the rest of the the wrap. It was also cold on the edges. Now, I don't expect a miracle of it being crispy all the way around, but the item was COLD. Ew. It's Taco Bell, so I don't need to say anything about the food. It certainly meets expectations... The dining area is kept very clean, and the speed of service (despite other reviews I read) is fast. Even though they were fairly busy each time I've gone there, I couldn't have waited more than a few minutes for my order. The thing that really shines at the Bell on Camden is the awesome customer service. Everyone who works there is friendly, and extremely helpful. The standout employee, however, is Cici. I was having a horrible day the first time Cici helped me, and she went out of her way to make sure I was smiling and happy before I even sat down. She also made it a point to remember my name so she could make me feel even more welcome the next time. I will certainly be a regular customer at this establishment from now on. read more

First things first, I LOVE taco bell, this is a review about the service not the food. I went through the drive through tonight, ordered 2 locos tacos, 1 hard taco supreme, and a shredded chicken burrito. Not too complicated of an order I get home and i received 3 regular tacos, and a supreme burrito.... they got my order COMPLETELY wrong. There was one girl just sitting there by the window doing nothing and staring at me, no wonder the wait time is always 20+ minutes. These kids looked younger, idk if they're new employees but I waited forever in the drive through just to have my order completely wrong. I work really close by and needed a fast lunch. Decided to walk in thinking it would be quicker, NOT. I ordered 2 tacos and 2 burritos. People kept coming in after me and ordering. Have come to this location a few times. Was reasonable service until the last couple times through the drive-thru. At first it was just REALLY long wait times in the car line, which while annoying isn't a real deal-breaker. Then yesterday happened. We ordered a #6(two chalupas, one taco and a drink) and a 4-piece Cinnabon. First, they charged for a 12-pak Cinnabon when I clearly said 4 and the attendant even repeated it back. Had to wait at the first window to be refunded in cash. Then we got to the second window and they gave us the order, though I had to remind the attendant about our drink. Then when we finally got home it turned out they gave us the entirely wrong order: instead of two chalupas and a taco, it was two tacos and a bean burrito. I usually only pause to count the number of items, nobody should have to think "Oh, I should open up each item to make sure it's the right thing" when in the drive-thru. We've lived near this store and have eaten there - including at its old location down the street - for 25 years. It's had its ups and downs, but the past 2 years or so it's seen a lot of downs. The store, for whatever reason, has been unable to train and retain an adequate core of good people. This evening my wife and I went there at dinner time (around 6:15). The drive-through was busy, but the dining area was not. We ordered 4 items, 3 the same, fairly simple. The 4th was also fairly simple, but ordered "without onions". It took a long time - more than 5 minutes. My wife watched, and the person making the food made the one item with onions. So it had to be remade. Of the other 3 items, Double-Decker Tacos, hers and one of mine were terrible. The beans were skimpy and dried out. The outer, "soft", tortilla on mine was crunchier than the inner corn tortilla "hard" shell! The manager did nothing about my wife's item, and I didn't bother complaining about mine. I don't like writing this review. It's probably the only Yelp I've written with a rating worse than 3 stars. Further, there are some very good people at that store. My wife has had mostly good experiences on weekdays at lunch time, and that shift manager is excellent. For my part, I doubt we'll be back there at dinner time for a few months. I hope they get a core of good people, but after tonight, I don't want to be one of the customers helping train them. read more

I wish I could give this ZERO stars. I don't eat fast food at all, but when I do, Taco Bell is my favorite guilty pleasure. But this trip was ridiculous. I felt like the entire staff was rushing me and my order when I was the ONLY car in line! I paid at the first window, which the guy was nice but when I pulled up to the second window they already had my food bagged and opened the window and handed it to me. Right off the bat I noticed my nacho supreme was SIDEWAYS and my quesadilla was smashed at the bottom of the bag. when I got home I noticed they didn't even give me the second taco supreme I ordered, my nachos were practically smashed, soggy and ruined and my quesadilla wasn't even cooked. It is a uncooked tortilla with shredded cheese inside (I took pictures) This was a horrible experience. if I wasn't so hungry I would have driven back and demanded a new meal but for $15 ...it's not worth my time. This is completely embarrassing for Taco Bell. I was afraid to even eat the food they gave me because some parts of it were soggy and COLD. On the rare occasion that I do need to go to Taco Bell, I'd rather drive to a different one, or maybe just across the street to Jack in the Box. I'm not even sure how this place stays open. I went in around 6 PM large crowd behind me it took them a while to get my order. When I pull up to The window I see about four employees standing around literally talking to each other one was texting. So I give me money thinking OK maybe these employees were coming in from break. I went to the drive thru during happy hour on a Tuesday. The service was inadequate. They gave me my bag of food and didn't even offer me hot sauce. I had to ask them for it. After I finished my food I looked in my bag for napkins but there wasn't any! No napkins and no hot sauce. These are like the simplest and basic tasks that anybody could do.
