If I could rate this place 0 I would. I ordered ALL vegetarian items based on Taco Bells new menu, the items included a black bean chrunch wrap and 2 black bean chruncy tacos. Withour checking (stupidly) I get home and open up my food there is nothing but meat based items. While I'm understanding for human error, this place handled the sitaution upon my return super poorly. They refused to look at the food and recipet and the people got all ghetto and confrontation. They replaced the food but after the exhange I will not go back nor did I find the experince professional. I also felt like my food was tamerped with. Today I ordered from here with door dash. On the app I specially checked "No cheese" and "no sour cream" as my husband has an allergy. All the items came with cheese and sour cream. Also 2 items were missing. I then when realized I had nothing for my husband to eat I re ordered right away. This ONE STAR review is for this Taco Bell's management if you care at all. You have 3 people working including the drive thru guy... 80% of the tables are filthy with food and napkins everywhere... people waiting in line totally ignored and asked to use the kiosk to make their orders when the kiosk software is absolutely horrible... all of this just to get to the front of the line and the cashier (same guy working the drive thru) tells you he doesn't have any change. Last Night I ordered a simple order of 1 crunchy regular taco, 2 grilled chicken frescas, and a large Diet Mountain Dew. Not only was the wait in line too long for what we were getting but the order wasn't even right. We were shorted a taco and what we did get was wrong. I asked for no tomato on my nachos bell grande and a chicken taco. Not only did they say they didn't have the chicken to make my taco but when I got home there was tomato on my food. Event though this one is the closest to my house, I almost always drive farther away to the one on Prospect, which tends to produce much higher-quality items and is almost always more accurate. So I ordered a cheesy bean burrito with beef added, but sometimes orders are messed up, they remade my burrito and it was delicious. Very clean. Upkept well and not super busy inside. Good: Used to be good food and service, so the potential is there. Bad: There are long waits for food. Food order Mix-Ups occur all too often. Sometimes the taco shells or tostada shells are stale. This location needs a well trained manager, the dining area was dirty. Cashier took a 5 minute call while taking our order. And constantly was wiping his nose with his arm and hands. 9:15 am on a Saturday morning, I pull up to the drive thru and am greeted by the employee through the speaker. I ask, are you still serving breakfast? He say's, yes, we are. I tell him, there isn't a breakfast menu on the board. Silence........ So I just order what I had previously had from the breakfast menu near my home. I get the food and start to pull away and I grab my sons food and open it to give him a piece and it has about four pieces of egg and a sprinkle of cheese that isn't completely melted. I can't believe that so much can go wrong in one visit, but here it goes: 1. The place is dirty! The ordering counter looks like it hasn't been swept/mopped under in days. The food equipment I could see looked like it hadn't been cleaned daily. There was built up food particles on some of the machines. 2. The cashier was trying to focus on the front line as well as the drive through. He would leave for many minutes at a time while people stood there wondering if their order would be taken. I watched a guy leave when no one said hello or acknowledged him for many minutes. 3. People I had assumed were done eating were actually still waiting for their orders. They had been waiting for well over 20 mins. I had to wait about 15 mins. (after placing my order) That's not fast food. 4. Every customer's food that came out did not include their drink cup. I watched as almost every customer came up to get their food, then had to wait for an employee to come back and ask them for a cup. 5. There was an eyelash-type hair on the wrapper of my burrito. 6. There were two little-tiny hard pieces of I-don't-know-what in my taco. I realize now that I should have taken pics. I hope they fix their issues. This newly built Taco Bell (about a block down from the old location) is THE SPOT. Unlike the former location, it has a drive thru, and it moves very quickly! I used to live by the Taco Bell off of West Capital Expressway, and that drive thru lines craaaaaawls. Whether there are 2 cars in line or 6, the employees are fast, friendly and efficient here, and the food is always piping hot and delicious! It never tastes pre-made, like it has been sitting there for the past hour, basking in all of its room temperature glory. Ick. And they always get my order right! That's a feat that proved much too challenging for the West Capital location. Oh and their chicken chalupa supremes are the best for late night cravings! Yum! read more

Ive been to the drive thru at night 3 different times because its the closest to my house and each time ive waited no less than 30 minutes every time. A tip for this Taco Bell: Hire people who are alert and put in an ounce of effort. Every time I have come to this location, there have problems. I do not frequent this spot often, but when I do, I always regret it. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and got an unmelted, tasteless mess. They didn't even melt the cheese AT ALL.
