The side caesars seemed to need a little more kick but a squeeze of a lemon helped. Burger was cooked as ordered and tasty. Bun was supportive and well flavored which is important. The fries are excellent. Country fried sirloin was good. The smothered chicken was tasty and well cooked. The 1/2 rack was a little disappointing. Falling off the bone but still a little dry? Maybe an extra side of sauce would help. The top shelf long island ice tea was great and so was the frozen margarita and sangria. Not a huge fan of chain steakhouses but the menu has enough choices for even a fussy person . Their California Chicken is okay and so is their house salad. Husband likes their rattlesnake bites and others at our table liked their cactus blossom which is basically a fried onion. Probably their best item is their rolls and cinnamon butter. They do cram you into booths which does get you in and out faster The place is busy even for a Monday but it wouldn't be on my list of "let's go to...". They also have a broad selection of foods, such as, their appetizers, entrees, and their kid's menu. They even have a combo appetizer option so customers can try multiple starters in one dish. Lastly, they also have a great staff. Their hosts, servers, and managers always make sure the customers enjoy their visit. So we waited and waited and finley the food came and thats where it went south. Three of our party orded hamberges medeum well, they were all supper rare, not good. They took them back and they came back in no time and were still rare. Sent them back again and when they came back they were burned like charcoal and all they did is take the burgers off the the bun and burned them black. Complaned to the manager and she said she would comp 2 of the burgers, not 3. To say the least it was not a good experince. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My family and I went for dinner. We ordered two margaritas, ribeye dish, filet mignon, grilled chicken salad, and an apple pie. The waiter taking our order was kind and full of energy, the table loved his attitude. The margaritas were strong and tasty. Both steaks melted in ones mouth, was tender, and had loads of flavor. They were cooked to perfection. The salad had loads of toppings which were all crunchy. The ranch was tasty and complemented the salad perfectly. The Apple pie was the worst apple pie I have ever tasted, but Texas Roadhouse isn't known for an apple pie, so maybe just stick to the steaks. Overall, great dinner and great experience. read more

Love the concept of the restaurant. It has a fun vibe. The rolls and butter are really really good. But, I also got the bone-in ribeye and it was very very tough. So disappointed. We've ordered the 4 piece catfish meal more times than I can count and always delicious. Asked the waitress if they have catfish since last visit told there was a shortage. Covid related. She said yes No problem. The plate arrived with these small "tender" sized greasy with hardly any corn meal. It was just wrong all around the board. We were hungry so decided to keep it and never order again. Low and behold took a bite and the fish was Raw. Catfish is not Sushi. Needless to say we spoke to the manager to inform and requested an adjustment to our bill. Although I'm fine with paying for Tea and Onion Blossom, after experience I was surprised we were expected to pay. The Sweet Potatoe was ordered with Butter and Cinnamon. I come for Prime Rib and Prime Rib only. During to go this location didn't offer it. I started going to the P83 location. Well, we are 15 months into Covid so most places have figured it out. Today, I sat down early cause I really wanted the Prime. And at 5:45 on a Saturday, they were out again. This is the third time this has happened to me here. I came in with a party of 9 last night to celebrate my wife's birthday. We called an hour before to put our place in line and when we all got there we were seated right away. We had a FANTASTIC waitress named Melissa. When you have large parties it can either be a fiasco or super fun and enjoyable and thanks to her it was great. Our food was all cooked perfectly, out of 9 people no one had a complaint. If you come before 6pm on weeknights they have dinner specials for $9.99. Melissa got all 9 of our orders in in about 10 minutes so we could all order off that menu. It's a great deal and will definitely keep us coming back. read more

I came here for my first time yesterday with my boyfriend. I was welcomed very nicely and the host staff was great. The friendly gal walking us to the table asked if i'd been here before and to which I said no...sat down and loved that they bring the rolls right away. everything was going great but then Tyler came over and announced he'd be serving us. I let him know quickly it was my first time to which he disregarded and asked what we wanted to drink. I looked around frantically for the menus as he was in an obvious rush but I asked him what a good cocktail of theirs is or if there were anything they were famous for thinking that may have been quicker. in a grim way he told me he drinks jameson and coke and that I wouldn't want to drink that and "I mean all the stuff on the menu people order so anything on there is fine" I proceeded to say id have a water and let's just say the rest of the experience I chose to disregard him. I figure if I asked about any food suggestions, he might tell me he doesn't eat there and to just look at the menu lol. Ordered takeout, at Happy Valley establishment in Phoenix. I had the Ft Worth Ribeye. It was thin, tough, overcooked, and the sodium was through the roof. I'm not sure if the steak is supposed to be that thin but it was on par of what you could get at Golden Corral in the day. It seems like after Covid many restaurants are cutting back on the quality of the food being served. Texas Roadhouse used to be so much better. My wife and I are eating out less these days.
