I only come here when they have deals on their app. Decent location, I think the coffee tastes better than Dunkin, but also more pricey so tradeoffs. I like the dark mocha drinks the most. The croissant was also good. Service was nice and attentive, location is nice, plenty of parking and indoor seating. Clean and nice vibe.

The team is friendly all the way around. My coffee came out quickly and they always keep the place. Nice and clean.

Ordered a large white chocolate latte & basically paid for half the drink. They gotta know that serving half the cup of form is NOT ok. I usually call this out when it happens, but I didn't have time this morning. And yes, it happens often. Here's a photo before taking a sip. Ridiculous.

Bought coffee today 2/22 at this location the coffee tasted like water too light l. My husband's ice coffee looks like milk coffee. Dissatisfied customer.

We rarely get coffee and tea drinks at the coffee bean & tea leaf stores. We came in here to kill some time while charging our car. This store is spacious with a lot of comfy seatings. I got a matcha cream strawberry latte with oat milk, hubby got a cold brew as usual. My matcha drink was extremely sweet, I only had a few sips and gave up. I don't care for very sweet tea drinks. Nonetheless we still enjoyed our time here with AC blasting on a very hot day. The workers were so friendly and pleasant. A good coffee shop to kill some time and relax!

This is a great Coffee Bean. There's plenty of indoor seating. Outside there's also seating but very few tables with shade. The parking lot is good sized, the staff is friendly, and it's very clean. If you need a place to meet someone for coffee, this is a great spot. Seems like most people use this location for their drive-through service and that's OK, too! I have this place bookmarked.

I will not even rate this establishment. I have reached out to the store and to corporate. so many attempts to convey how my experience has been. I have came here to this location for years and as mentioned by another customer, their customer service is horrible. I order 2 ice caramel latte drinks and they were awful. I got ice milk. I walked back into the store and asked them to remake my latte's and it was the same. I just left and called the store only to get the same rude customer service..the girl told me to write my info on yelp for a mgr to reply..how unprofessional and do I mention horrible customer service. This location is perfect for me as I drive from anaheim to lakewood, so it's on my way to work. Such a shame that big businesses just don't care. I haven't been back since this last order.

The café has outside and inside seating. I prefer to sit outside since there were a lot of students working on their laptops and I didn't want to cause any distraction since we were there to mingle and chat. Being outside was nice, but you also still have other people seated outside, or in passing. The barista/cashier was friendly, especially when I let him know that it was my first time. He asked me what my likes were and said he can make that for me. I went with a hot honey cinnamon vanilla latte and it was good. It may have needed more to it because it was not flavorful and sweet enough. I couldn't taste the honey or cinnamon. It tastes more like a vanilla latte. But I think this is an easy fix next time I order. They also have a restroom for customers which I visited, and it was clean. There is plenty of parking and this is definitely a college crowd, but welcome to everyone.

I got a croissant and they warmed it up for me. It was flaky and good, but wow was it buttery! My fingers were covered in grease and i got it all over my laptop. Oops. I wish they had a bigger selection of pastries. I got there at around 11 and their case was pretty bare. Usually my go-to stop in Long Beach for coffee because it's super convenient to get to, but parking can be tough!

I was first introduced to the café when I wanted a drink. The butterfly lemonade is the perfect thirst quencher. The lemonade is freshly squeezed from the lemon in the refrigerator case. You see her grab the lemon and hand juice it. The butterfly tea is then freshly brewed and added at the top giving you a drink with blue on top and lemon color on the bottom. The magic is when you mix it. Try it! When I had more time, I tried the beet salad. Its made to order. Fresh everything, crisp salad, candied walnuts, feta sprinkled on top, and the perfect raspberry vinaigrette to finish it off. It comes with toasted bread that gives you just enough carbs to round out the salad. The mushroom melt is packed with mushrooms and I always ask for havarti as its my favorite. She is flexible when she is able to (ingredient availability or pre-prepped). But it is no small sandwich. I usually get the soup and sandwich. I have tried the tomato, mushroom, and lentil soups. All very filling and compliments the sandwich. Mushroom soup is seasonal so when you see it, try it. It is amazing. The impossible Caesar salad is made so fresh as if it is straight from the farm. The café also serves coffee items. Be sure you head over early though. It closes right when late lunch turns to early dinner or if she is out of main ingredients.

I ordered the cortado which was a decent drink and I thought I was going to get it in a dine in cup like the pictures but no. So onto to the sandwich I ordered which was the Mushroom Melt and it did deliver with cheese but it looked like they threw in a couple or so of mushrooms and called it a day. The service felt like I was a bother to them or her I should say. It rattles me when the person taking your order is fidgety and looks like she had better things to do. Maybe the college students that come don't mind but I definitely do. I'm really surprised they're still in business. And that's my take on this failed adventure, Peace out...

The baristas that day were genuinely so cool, Deja or Teja (I think?) and another guy. Didn't get his name but I remember him being super posh. Their energy honestly made the whole experience, like they fully carried it. I came back a few days ago and the vibe gave me whiplash. I asked for a flat white like last time and the barista didn't know what that was. Which is fine. I ordered a latte instead, oat milk, two pumps of lavender, and a single extra shot in a medium. Came out to around $9. I understand coffee prices, but when I saw the racks of Torani syrup my heart shattered. Like... seriously? And I was also told they use the same beans for drip coffee and espresso. I don't get how management justifies these prices for a drink that can't even qualify as mediocre. I feel kind of played. Torani, people. TORANI for NINE (9) dollars! The drink tasted like perfume and the milk was improperly aerated. I couldn't get a flat white, so I ordered a latte, but somehow received a cappuccino in the style of Chanel No. 1 off Santee Alley. A few sips in I saw an unidentified insect crawling behind the Torani racks and immediately left. Also the older people sitting comfortably on the patio wearing politically insensitive clothing... why did they stop their conversation to watch me walk in and out? Are they security? I guess the first time the employees made it fun enough that I came back, even with Blue Bottle right by my cosmetic ENT (which is why I was even in the area). I live on the northeast side of Los Angeles where there is no shortage of cafes to impress or disappoint me, so I can't believe I went out of my way to get scammed this blatantly. I can't recommend this place to anyone who actually likes coffee. I told my ENT about this place, so now I just hope he doesn't botch me out of spite in a few weeks.

I ordered one of their seasonal beverages, a tiramisu latte. This latte was pretty much a dessert, and exactly what I needed to fix my morning blues. The only thing that could have elevated this experience would be a side of lady fingers for dipping purposes. The breakfast burrito came packed with crispy potatoes, plus, eggs, bell peppers, chipotle aioli, and cheddar. To be honest, I found this burrito to be lacking. It was about 90% potato and I'm pretty sure the aioli listed on the menu description was non-existent. While the food didn't blow me away, this place truly stands out due to its extra large interior seating area. It feels nearly impossible to find a coffee shop with enough tables in this newly WFH society. Good Time has got us covered, with plenty of seats and outlets for everyone.
