Honestly, this has to be the more poorly run CBTL I've ever frequented... and lucky for me it's the closest one. It doesn't matter if there are 2 cars in the drive through, or it's fully backed up - you'll be here for at least 20min to get a simple drink. You'd think that the product would be a masterpiece for how slow the process is, but honestly it's a 50/50 gamble on if the drink will even taste good when you drive away. I always tell myself I won't go back to this location after each ridiculous wait, or poorly made beverage... but a couple of months go by and then get roped back in by the lure of the (normally) delicious CBTL recipes. I am done going to this location. The last two times I ordered a breakfast sandwich they gave it to me cold even tho i asked for it warmed up. This morning I was about 5 mins after my mobile order was supposed to be ready and i walked in - no line (1 person waiting for the drink he already ordered) but seriously stood there for almost 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention to check on my mobile order. It wasn't there - couldn't see anyone making the sandwich - nothing. neither the two baristas or the two ladies at the register even bothered to make eye contact - ignoring like if i wasn't even there. after going to the register and patiently waited for the person at the register to get more coffee loaded into the machine - she greets me with "what can i get you?"...no hello nothing. I said can you please check on my mobile order? she said sure - left and then walked over to the side then came back to the register and said - i put it over at the to go area for you. i thought to myself - like you couldn't just hand it to me since you were checking on it for me and you know i was waiting for it? may be a bad morning - so shake it off. i get into the car and bite into my sandwich AND...it's cold inside. if this is them with no line - i am done with that service experience. never again. read more

I love coming to coffee bean, but I just learned that they all have discontinued 32 oz ice blended drinks. The reason they did so is because of customers using their freebies to order them. Instead of discounting it why not just change the terms of the Coupon. I like this coffee bean, but I'm highly disappointed now, I also came here to try their new cold brews and it seems to me they are overwhelmed or something, but I sent one back twice because it tasted like water and the other drink had no flavor whatsoever, I also waited 20 minutes for my order. This location is the worst. Do t get me wrong I'm still going to come because it's the only one near my house but they never get my order right and it's simply a larger cup to accommodate extra ice. They always repeat it back correctly but I never get it that way. I never complain because I know it's a tough time and I know for some reason this place was closed for a couple weeks so I just try not to ruin and days for people but in the 10 or so times I've been it would be nice to get the drink the way I ordered it. I don't know why I keep coming back to this location, I think today was the last straw with this place. I placed a mobile order from the grocery store across the street went in to pick up my order a few minutes later. I walk in and there was no acknowledgement of my presence no hello or a thank you when I walked out, the people working were too busy talking and goofing around. I get in my car and leave, as I'm driving and take a sip of my mocha, it had to be the most disgusting coffee I have ever had, the espresso was extremely bitter and so unpleasant to drink (it's now in the trash). I make it to work get out of my car and as I grab the tea to take out the lid pops off and spills tea all over the place, I ended up dropping it. Got tea all over my shoes and my pants (great look for work) the cup was severely damaged when I looked at it. I don't know if it was previously damaged or if got damaged on its way down, but there's tea in my cup holder and my seat. If the baristas paid closer attention to what they are doing they would've noticed the lid wasn't on properly or if the cup had been cracked before. This is the second time, I visited the drive thru at this location. The first experience went well. They were out of most items, but I still view it as a positive experience. Today, my coffee was barely luke warm, I received a Ham and Cheese sandwich instead of a jalapeño, cheese bagel. ( I am a vegetarian). I didn't notice until I was too far away to return. I was very excited when they built this drive thru because it is very convenient to go through by car, rather than lock it all up and go inside. I went in last Saturday for the buy two drinks and get a free tumbler special. My drink tasted good and life was great until my paper straw got soggy and broke, so I opened my iced caramel latte to drink from the cup. I saw an ant floating in my drink. The worst experience I've ever had at a coffee bean! I went through the drive through and ordered a drink I've ordered a thousand times. I drove away and got half way down the street and realized they made my drink wrong. It had cookie crumbles in it (which I'm allergic to). I drove back, parked in the lot to go inside. Apparently the inside was closed today because it's New Year's Eve. I went to the side door where the employees could see me, and knocked. I knocked for 3 or 4 minutes. The baristas saw me and were ignoring me. I finally walked around to the drive through window so they could no longer ignore me. The girl at the window argued with me and told me that this was the drink I ordered, and that they don't have one without the cookie crumbles. I told her I needed it fixed since I can't have gluten. They told me I had to get back in the drive through for them to fix It for me. I refused, so they got their supervisor. The supervisor explained to me that they can still make the drink like they used to without cookie crumbles, but there is no button in the computer for it. I told her, I wouldn't know there is no button since I don't work there. I would just like the drink without cookies. She agreed to make the drink that I wanted and allowed me to wait at the side door so that I didn't have to stand in the drive through. This was a simple mix up that could have been fixed so easily. But the way these employees first ignored me and then poorly handled the situation with no intent of finding a solution was ridiculous. They fixed my drink in the end, but the whole debacle was a great inconvenience and they barely even apologized. read more

Kris and Miguel, one of the best duos I have ever seen!!!This is one of the most inviting warm stores I have ever been to. Ordered a large cookie butter hot latte. Kris, The lady who took my order was so nice and energetic. I could just tell she loves working here. She was so vibrant and is all about customer service . I asked for the latte to be about 145 degrees, and the barista behind the bar, Miguel, made sure to deliver. The blonde girl with blue bangs who wore a bandana working thanksgiving morning was awful. She agreed to let me add to my order for my nephew. The window was left open and all we could hear was her and her other rude coworker talking badly about me! I was so shocked and asked her if there was a problem and she said "oh we were just talking about how starbucks doesn't allow people to add to orders" she left me so upset I ended up leaving without taking what i had paid for. I came here end of July 2021 on a business trip and came through the drive-thru late at night close to closing. I never anticipate great service at any drive thru at night, but that night was exceptional! Krista, Nicole, and Hannah were on shift that night, and their friendliness, up-selling, and customer care was frankly unbelievable. The way they presented themselves wasn't over the top or fake but rather genuine and uplifting. 20/10 recommend! And if you get the chance, order their made-up drink called "Hannah's Special Drink" as they're hoping it'll make the menu! OH MY GOD.. they're new employees here and I've never had such a bad experience at this location !! I ordered a bacon egg sandwich from there and they gave me a sandwich cold and the bacon had cold coagulated fat from not being heated up !! It was the grossest thing ever and they completely ruined this place for me. My sister ordered an iced vanilla coffee as well and it didn't have any sweetener in it. This place has the worst customer service. Two empoyees were working the drive thru and the so called manager was outside putting away the umbrella and chairs at 7:40pm when the place closes at 8:30. I waited at register and the manager did not greet me nor acknowledge my presence; she continued to put away the patio furniture. I left and she pretended she did not see me. The employee working hard at the drive-thru offered to help when I was on my way out the door. That was too late!!. The manager need customer service training and the employee need to have the managers job. I will not be returning to this location even though it's closer to home. Usually hit up this location in the afternoon and it's all nice and dandy. Today I stopped by on my way to work, horrible idea. Coffee was great but my breakfast sandwich was a Miss and worst customer service. From ordering in the drive thru to being greeted by 'HOOWARD!' Guess the poor guy was having a bad morning, can't blame him. Drive Thru line was busy and took way longer than expected. My favorite is the one on eximino in the city of Long Beach I love the staff there they are so friendly and if you are regular they know you by name kind of that cheers feeling LOL! Waited 30 minutes in line to bring back an unopened gift that had a collection of tea, vanilla powder mug etc. It was sealed in the box and wanted to exchange it for some coffee since I don't drink tea. The manager responded with, " Sorry there's nothing we can do because of Covid we don't return anything." I went to another coffee bean and they exchanged it with open arms and it was small, but better than nothing and they explained they could resell anything but they'd be happy to accommodate me.
