The meat was good quality; didn't have a tough texture. Not melt in your mouth type but also not chewy. Mac and cheese was cheesy with generous cheese sauce. Better with bread crumbs. Got the order to go and food was ready on time. Didn't wait long either. Had a cool set up with outer side of the restaurant open to the outdoor seating area. Finally, a restaurant I could see me and family and friends comeback. Welcome to the neighborhood! Ok time to share my opinion. Their burgers/sandwiches are excellent. Fresh made they are rich in flavor and juicey. We stopped in after our date to the movies at Mercado and we usually go to In and out but we decided something different and close to the house. As we drove into our community Rivermark Plaza it was nice to see decor from their grand opening with the 49ers foundation. because of the balloons as we walked by. What a great find. We got our food then sat at one of the outside tables and people watched watched me eat my food this evening summer day. Was a relaxing and very enjoyable time. I would highly recommend the Steak and cheese with shrooms sandwich and the chicken grilled cheese Super good. We added this place to our favorite to eat on the weekends. First time visiting this location! It was their first day open. I went around 6pm and there was no wait. I was able to order using one of their 4 self service registers and I ordered the garlic parmesan fries and a bbq bacon burger. They both came out within 5-10 minutes. Both were phenomenal and consistent with their Sunnyvale and Palo Alto locations. However, the location and interior set this apart from their older locations. The bathroom is clean. The store is clean. The staff is very friendly! There is plenty of parking. I will be back! read more

It's Melt's grand opening! I ordered a Spicy Mission Meltburger and the Garlic Parmesan fries. The food was great - I'll be back for sure My burger was delicious and loaded with cheese and jalapeños! Unfortunately it came out a little cold, likely due to the wait for my fries, but it was delicious with a great char, medium patty, and fresh toppings and buns. The Garlic Parmesan fries are amazing! They are topped with fresh raw garlic to give the fries a spicy kick and a ton of Parmesan to round out the spice. The food came out quite fast and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Dang! So much MEAT They have a solid operation with quick and friendly service and their burgers are massive! I thought this was a grilled cheese place but like a caterpie someday soars as a butterfree, the melt went from grilled cheeses to massive, juicy, burgers. We (our party of 6) walked up to the front to place our order and had a multitude of first time visitor questions! The person who took our order at first appeared way to serious to handle a new bunch of many questions during the peak of a Saturday lunch time, BUT the more questions which are group asked, the nicer he became - Who Does That?? The flavor of this was really good. Mainly the beef carried the flavor of the melt, but I was surprised that I couldn't take the cheese more. The main reason I knocked off a star was the price. The flavors definitely good, but I'm not sure it was good enough to justify the cost. The location is nice however the ordering process is weird. There is self offsetting kiosks on the side and no line order. It's almost as if they built the location and placed the order in kiosks in the most open area versus actually looking at how it should flow. The look and feel is rustic garage. A variety of burgers, chicken options, and impossible meat too. Their menu is pretty straight forward and doesn't have an overwhelming amount of combinations. They have acouple of shakes and fries to go along with it. I always get the double burgers and am always satisfied. Quality is good and prices are decent for what you are getting. This time I got the : Double Swiss & shroom, Double spicy mission burger, and the Cookies & cream shake. The shake tasted pretty much like vanilla ice cream with some crushed Oreos on top. The buzzer is also at the kiosk. There were plenty of tables, small to communal tables. We didn't wait long for our meal and beverage cups were provided as we got our order. Coincidentally both me and my boyfriend were craving burgers - luckily The Melt was just down the street. Theres plenty of parking so its super easy to get to. I love the ambiance of this place! It has an outdoor and indoor concept with open space on top of really fun decorations. A huge plus is the choice of music! We ordered a couple things to try since it was my first time. We shared garlic fries and a small portion of mac&cheese with two burgers - the double BBQ Bacon Melt burger and a Swiss and Shroom burger. The presentation AND taste of the burgers was amazing! It literally looks like what is pictured on the menus. It paired perfectly with the garlic fries which was extremely crispy and super garlicky. The mac&cheese was also a great addition - perfect noodle texture and I loved how it wasn't salty. Seasoned to perfection! On top of everything customer service was amazing. The grease was dripping when I tried to hold it to eat, there was grease on my tray that held it from side to side, just way too much! Eliminate the grease, add a little more flavor as they're kind of bland, and then it's a good possibility. Also found it to feel a little dirty, the doors were open and those pesky type gnats were flying around while trying to eat. There was a smell of dirty mop water in the air and the floor is sticky.
