Absolutely loved this place! We're from out of town and showed up around 3:30, a bit before they officially opened, and the staff was kind enough to let us in to sit down and grab some drinks early -- which they definitely didn't have to do, and we really appreciated it. I had the mac & cheese with brisket on top, and it was phenomenal. Huge portion -- definitely enough to share or take home for leftovers (not complaining!). Everyone in our group of eight had nothing but great things to say about their food. No complaints whatsoever. I also had a Moscow Mule, which was super tasty. The vibe is great, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Walking distance to Busch Stadium. They also offer free parking and golf cart shuttle to the Blues arena if you dine with them, which is a nice perk (as of Mar 2025)! Casual and loud atmosphere with fast and friendly service. Lots of bar and arcade games to play, along with plenty of TVs for whatever sports event you're into. I tried the brussel sprouts and candied bacons sides, along with a pitcher of Michelob Ultra, and the Spruce Street burger with fries as a side. Everything was delicious! Not the biggest servings, but definitely high quality. They have amazing deals on pitchers and bottomless mimosas if you're into that. Great spot for any sports fan, and especially those who like to drink!

The restaurant was empty (only one group was in the resturant) when we arrived but we had to wait until the staff's watermelon was removed and the table was cleaned before we could be seated. It took five minutes after that for a waitress to come to the table and give us any attention. The waitress was nice, when she finally did acknowledge that we were there but it was like pulling teeth to get her attention, even after we had been served our water. We were in a party of two and we charged 20% gratuity automatically. The food was subpar, like the service. I will not be returning.

I was excited I found a place to take brunch reservations as we are new to the area and didn't know location well. We chose this place as it is close to stadium and took reservations. I ordered a cold brew with cream and it was a ton of ice and few sips of coffee. Tasted good but need to lessen ice. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles and requested additional butter for his waffle. It did not come with butter and he asked waitress for more butter and it never came. I tried the waffle and it was a weird sweet flavor, so I was glad I didn't order that. We had to flag down waitress multiple times. Not great or attentive service. I had the smoked hash and it was ok but not great. Tons of potatoes with little pulled pork on top and two poached eggs. I found a short black hair in my food so I was done. My friend ate the loaded potatoes and was happy with it.

The Midwestern is a perfect indoor/outdoor brunch spot located near Busch Stadium. This sports bar-restaurant hybrid offers a unique brunch experience with American fare and a spritz tower. There was a group of 5 of us so we got to try one of everything on the menu. I got the smoked hash with veggies. It delicious. This spot is a vibe with great music and plenty of sunlight. Momma said you need Vitamin D on Saturday mornings.

This place is part of the 2 other restaurants that you get bottomless mimosas until 3pm! It's one low cost of $22, Saturdays 9-3 We've never been here before. It's a narrow bar but tons of seating! I love how the windows inside open to the patio. There's a lot of patio seating as well. Service was great! We got our drinks in under 2 minutes. They serve food as well!

This was a fun spot for brunch! We came for bottomless mimosas. Our server was great & made sure we got our moneys worth, she was constantly bringing over refills. I didn't get to try all the food pictured, but overall I think everyone was happy with what they got. I was told the pretzels and spinach artichoke dip were average. I thought their fries were soooo good though & their ranch seemed homemade. It had a strong dill flavor, it almost didn't taste like ranch. I was a huge fan because I love dill, but if you don't like dill then you probably won't like the ranch. I probably would've ever come here just for the food, but it's definitely a fun place to drink. I want to come back when they have live music!!!!

I've been hearing about this place for quite some time now and I finally got the chance to try it out for lunch the other day. We came in on a Saturday around 2 and the brunch menu just ended. It was pretty full but there were some spots at the bar. We looked over the menu and everything sounded amazing. My fiancé ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I ordered the brisket cheesesteak sandwich. Since I'm doing dry January I ordered a water but the bartender offering a healthy mocktail. His name was Sea and he was the BEST bartender. How could I say no? He mixed me up a yummy drink and I was floored by the flavor. Our food was delivered and wow was there a lot of food! The spices and heat of the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was probably the best I've had. The brisket cheesesteak had such a good flavor and the cheese was unreal. I was so happy with the service and the food. Sean was absolutely the BEST! I can't wait to come back here and try something else!

Wonderful brunch experience!! Bottomless Mimosas $20 with different flavors. We had an amazing and very attentive server named Claire !!!

Especially during the spring and summer when we can take full advantage of the patio. There's live music a few nights a week. I recommend going early. They occasionally run out of the daily specials and more popular items. Step inside the bar area to place your order for food and drinks. They carry a nice selection of local and craft beer. There is a full bar for any of your cocktails and spirit drinks. They offer all of the traditional bbq meats: brisket, ribs, smoked turkey. My favorite is the smoked salami. I still haven't figured out what's in there but dang it's good! The meats can be served as a meal with a 1/2 of your choice of meat and two sides. The sides are absolutely stellar . Mac and cheese, pit beans, slaw, potato salad etc. My go to is the Brussels sprouts and the hand cut fries. They offer traditional sandwiches that include one side. Feeling like something out of this world? Try one of the Stellar Sandwiches. Can't decide from the long list of options? Have the team give you a recommendation. Don't forget to ask about the daily specials. The pork steak is enough for two people and thick fall off the bone tender. Grab a number when you order and find a table. The food comes out pretty quick. The final addition is one or all of their house made sauces. Spicy Lou is my go to followed by the white sauce. I've never been disappointed with a meal here. Hope to see you there soon

I wasn't sure what to order, but the friendly staff recommended that I have the brisket, and I'm so glad I heeded their advice. The brisket sandwich was the most tender meat that I have ever had. I had never had brisket before having that sandwich, now my mouth waters any time I talk about this restaurant! The cole slaw that I had as a side provided the perfect crunch and balance. My mate had the pulled pork sandwich, which was also very tender. I also loved having a variety of barbecue sauces on the table and was able to try each one. Everyone has a preference, I'm sure, but after trying each one, I am completely sold on the Carolina gold. Salmon was smoky and flaky, the fries the hand cut style with skin on. Both tasted great with my favorite coffee BBQ sauce. The hushpuppies came out piping hot with a sweet sauce on the side. The seasoned saltine crackers that accompanied that were not my favorite, but not the worst, & we had to ask for more to finish the dip (we were unexpectedly charged for them -_____-).
