I've used these guys for my 3 homes and have never been disappointed. My only issue was a water heater they replaced over 2 years ago (Rheem) that sprung a leak. They replaced the unit free except for over $700 labor fee since the labor was a few months past the warranty. Otherwise, very happy with them and always recommend to my neighbors.

The thermostat and HVAC employees thought it was the high Phoenix temps and the fact that I had a manufactured home. I was very persistent, calling often, attempting to find a "realistic" solution. Finally, the system got replaced with a much better brand. Hallelujah! It's fixed. Sometimes starting over is the best answer. Wolfgang worked right along with me all the way. There was no giving up. They're always on time and very customer oriented. Frustrating, but resolved to the highest satisfaction!

The technician, Pat, said they might be able to get part on Saturday and install it. Then he proceeded to try and sell me a new unit, when I declined, the conversation turned and maybe they wouldn't be able to get the part on Saturday.... He sat across from my sister who is on oxygen and myself trying to get us to buy a new unit. He wanted to see my original warranty and kept saying how old my unit was... My sister is terminally ill and is taken care of in our home where her medical supplies are kept. I called Wolfgangs on Saturday morning and was told they would not be getting the part Saturday but on Tuesday, and it would be installed on Wednesday. I told them that my sister was ill and needed to be in her home with her medical supplies. They then said they could get the part on Monday and install Tuesday. We had to leave our home due to it being 95 degrees inside and my sister's illness. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "they all just went into a meeting." I CALLED BULLSHIT. Asked for someone to call me back and never received a call from anyone. This is terrible customer service. I called on Tuesday morning and cancelled my service call and my service agreement with them and not one question was asked, so that tells me they do not want my business. A friend called their air conditioning company and when the tech came out and said they had the part on their truck and fixed the unit. They also charged me $128 service fee which I have a service contract with them and the unit being under warranty should not have been charged. So, they are also thieves.

Then sent over invoice and charged for second visit that never happened (because they did not call us to schedule the security nd appointment). Now let's talk about the office employee. Candace was extremely rude and unprofessional overall then proceeded to hang up on me during conversation. Then when we called back and asked for a supervisor was placed on hold and hung up again. Calling a third time and asking Candace why she hung up she laughed and proceeded to say "you're mistaken. The phone call was complete."Needless to say, they also overcharged for work that was not actually done. when you try to use a small family on business compared to the big name companies, this is how you're treated. The correct fix was straightforward: replace the damaged wire and properly reconnect the units. Because of the home's layout, this required cutting a channel for the new wire - a bit of work, but absolutely the right, safe, and professional solution. Instead, the owner chose a shortcut: installing a Bluetooth unit rather than doing the proper hard wired connection. Bluetooth is a temporary workaround at best - less reliable, less safe, and never intended to replace a physical wire connection. I agreed to it only as a short-term fix so I could get my system running. To ensure the repair was done safely and correctly, I offered to have a licensed electrician cut the channel for the wire replacement. I then asked the company if they would be willing to return and run the new wire at no cost, since they destroyed the original wire. They refused, claiming they would charge me because they were "covering the cost" of the Bluetooth unit - a unit that costs far less, in both money and effort, than fixing the problem the proper way. Adding insult to injury, they're now struggling to install even the Bluetooth workaround, showing the same lack of skill and competence as the original installation team. Because of their negligence, I've been without AC for two days. The temperature inside my home has reached 90°F, forcing my family and pets to stay at a neighbor's house just to remain safe. In Arizona, going without AC isn't a minor inconvenience -- it's a genuine health and safety risk. On top of that, I've had to take additional time away from work, and I will now have to pay out of pocket to get the correct fix done - a cost I would never have faced if they hadn't caused the damage in the first place. I should be restored to the original hard wired condition -- like for like -- not downgraded to a less reliable solution. Their incompetence created this entire situation, and they refuse to take responsibility for any of it.

Really nice Tech came yesterday and I thought he nailed it but upon checking this morning it was running heat, and it's 103! Alberto to the rescue. He immediately saw what was wrong, reprogrammed the phone and remote, and was on his way in less than 20 minutes! The follow through from the office to the Techs to me is excellent! My wife and I thank Mason Pro Service, and put a medal on Alberto!
