The cookies are good but they dont give options to make it a suprise the delivery takes too long past the time they say but ny number one reason I am disappointed is because they refuse to supplement a different flavor in the mixes even if a person is allergic so the options are buy a mix and waste two cookies or pay 30 more and get all the half dozen flavors other than the one you are alergic to in the mix. For that reason I dont think I will go back it just seems moiney hungry in that sense because its so easy to trade out a flavor but they only refuse to make you pay more. read more

I tried cookies from Tiff's Treats this week when a coworker brought in a box. They were still warm at the time. The cookies are soft and chewy. They were so soft they would break apart as you tried to pick them up. I found this a plus as this is how I like my cookies. It also gave me the opportunity to try small pieces of several different kinds. I sampled the chocolate chip while still hot and the butterscotch, oatmeal, and snicker-doodle after they had cooled off. While they were warm, the cookie was really good (which is true for almost any cookie). After they had cooled off, they were still good but not to the level when they were warm. If you are going to get some, plan only getting a few that you will enjoy while they are still hot from the store. read more

A completely perfect day-saving experience. My calendar deleted my best friends birthday so I was scrambling as I live in another state. I was able to order online, same day for no extra charge. Went here yesterday. The cookies are SO SMALL!! And considering the size, they're overpriced for sure. I wanted to try one, though, bc I thought maybe a spectacular small cookie could be worth the price. I ordered a Tiffwich (2 cookies w ice cream sandwiched btw). They use Blue Bell ice cream, so that's a plus, but it was a very small amount of ice cream. And since they warm up the cookies, the ice cream was sliding all over the place. I recently ordered cookies from here to have them sent to my husband as a surprise. I was able to order a variety of cookies which I really appreciated. I liked the idea of being able to enjoy more than one flavor. I ordered one of the cookie packages that also came with milk. I knew he would enjoy that. These guys rock! I am an admitted cookie snob and Tiffs Treats are pretty darn good. 1st introduced to Tiff 3 years ago when my office got a gift from a client and have been hooked since. I get these all of the time for gifts for my hubby and friends! Have always been happy with quality and packages. Walking in can be a bit hectic since they always seem so busy - which is a good thing. They don't have crazy recipes (which is fine with me) but for the basic choco chip, sugar, snicker doodle, oatmeal rasin they are great! The cookies I got were very good. Unfortunately, I happen to have ordered for the first time during their "special" time when they made red velvet cookies. For me these were so much better than the White chocolate and chocolate chip. Unfortunately, when I called back the next week to order more red velvet because I couldn't stop thinking about it, they told me they only sell those once a year. I don't even live in Austin and I haven't even seen this place or tasted their cookies, but I officially love Tiff's treats!! I called today at 7am (PST) to see if Tiff's could deliver cookies to my son's corporate office in Austin for his 23rd birthday which is today. (I had heard from a friend about them) Not only did they take time to help me figure out what to order, how many cookies and what flavors, they said they'd deliver it whenever I wanted them to! And include a balloon and milk and ice cream as well! Needless to say, TIFF's WAS A MAJOR HIT with my son and his office staff! My son said the cookies were delicious, and that they tasted really fresh! So literally 6 hours after I placed my order, my son is calling me very happy, and raving about how good the cookies were! So I decided to be a good son and pick up a dozen cookies for my mom at work, and boy was I glad I did. I got a mix of chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, m&m, and white macadamia. The guy that was helpin me out even offered to warm them up for me, which i wasnt even expecting, and then boxed them up for me. Honestly, I wanted just wanted to dive right in and go all cookie monster on the dozen that I got, but had to restrain myself the 5minutes it took to get to my moms workplace. Once I was able to dip my hand in the cookie box, I was glad I stopped. I limited myself to two of the chocolate, and was in heaven until the last crumb was devoured and then some. My mom plus her coworkers were all delighted and giddy for their treats, as they all had heard about Tiff's, but hadn't made time to swing by. After hearing so much about Tiffs Treats, I am definately a happier man with the opening of their north Austin location. Plus I like the fact that they deliver in the North Austin area. Our sweet teeth were a-tingling tonight, so we yelped "brownie" and headed off to Tiff's Treats. My office had a massive delivery from them on Valentines Day, and each of the five or so different kinds of cookies I sampled then were amazing, so I thought I'd better give their brownies a shot. I don't know about the other locations, but the Northwest location is just an itsy bitsy storefront with no place to sit and eat your cookies, unless you're willing to be sketchy on the curb or even sketchier in your car. That really doesn't matter though, because you'll probably have consumed your treat before you get out the door. My chocolate-indifferent boyfriend tried the Tiff-wich with butterscotch chip cookies, and the two bites he let me sneak before he devoured the rest were amazing. I tried the brownie sundae, which came in its own little box complete with ribbon and fork. The individual little container of chocolate sauce tasted like Hershey's, so that was a downer, but the cute little Bluebell's pintlet would I'm sure have satisfied a vanilla-lover (I happen to be a chocolate ice cream devotee, so vanilla never really does the trick for me). The brownie though... ooey gooey heaven! It was still warm when I got it home, and so rich that I'll probably be nursing it for several days. My tip: if you need a brownie fix, skip the sundae and just get a big old hunk of that chocolate lovin', it'll be sure to do the trick. read more
