Everything is vegan. Everything is delicious. Everything is made with love, quality and care. Tucked away in a small plaza lot on the corner of Riverside Drive/Camarillo Street on the west side of Toluca Lake, bordering North Hollywood this true hidden gem some of the world's best desserts, goodies and items. Showing you that all baked goods can be incredibly delicious, rich and enjoyable with all plant-based awesomeness. Gluten-free friendly as well. Parking lot is small, but this place is massive in energy. Check them out on Instagram (they're on Facebook as well, but not active there). Incredible reels, posts and info on all their offering on IG and here. Conchas are 10/10!! Stay tuned for yummy pics :) Open 7:30 am almost everyday (9am on Sundays only) until 7:30 pm on Mondays as well as Wednesday through Saturday. Closed by 5:30pm on Sundays and Tuesdays only.

What a gem. A vegan and gluten free gem. So many delicious baked options you will want to have one of everything. My good friends recommended this place and I needed some dessert for a gathering later - all vegan folk! They have a ton - conchas, turnovers, danishes, muffins, cookies, etc etc. I got a couple of items, a vegan chocolate babka roll, and an apple tart. Affordable for a treat and the service was helpful when my brain exploded - the bakers in the back gave me a warm greeting too! I saw they have tamales, so I got one of each to share: beans with green sauce, beans with red sauce, vegan cheese with jalapeños, and jackfruit with red sauce. Inside is small with no seating but that's ok - it's clean, well stocked, and smells so tasty! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Love this little Vegan bakery! Everything is wonderful from cherry pie to conchas you cannot go wrong! And wonderful Holiday gift boxes! They also have gluten free baked goods as well! Family owned and operated always helpful, friendly service as they serve the wonderful selection of baked goods that they proudly make in shop!

I promise you the vegan items went faster than the non vegan baked goods

We threw a charity event at my company that required vegan options and Toluca is the best place to get a variety of yummy treats! I promise you the vegan baked goods went faster than the non vegan options that my coworkers brought Anytime my friends drive by I beg them to stop and get me cookies or conchas because I don't live in the area but I promise it's worth it

Tiramisu was not good. It tastes like artificial pecan flavor. It's nothing like Tiramisu. The cookies were not good. They were gluten free. The cookie was dense and heavy. The flavor was not recognizable.I've been gluten free for many years and I threw these in the trash. I also tried the apple pie. The filling was already sweet .The thick sugar on top was excessive. It was sickening sweet. Two bite was enough without the sugar. On a positive note they looked nice.

They made my cake dreams come true. We ordered their tres leches with strawberries and each slice was perfectly executed. I highly recommend this bakery.

I never should have gone here! I think to myself, yet my regrets are fleeting as I bite into the crisp flakey crust of the vegan gluten free guava (MF'ING GUAVA!!!) empanada. The crust juxtaposed a beautiful garnet colored smooth perfectly sweetened and flavored jelly of guava. These never make it home and to say I'm addicted is an understatement! The first step is to admit you have a problem, and each time I enter this place my spending here has only increased! My addiction started innocently enough as I drove by this place countless times. Then it escalated to well let's try one of their treats on my first encounter and I ended up buying two things the cornerstone culprit of my addiction the gf guava empanada and a concha. The next visit 2 gf guava empanadas and 2 of the savory empanadas! Now the third visit another gf guava empanada, a jackfruit tamale, and a slice of the gf gransito tres leches cake as I'm now plotting a birthday cake! I am in tears I can't stop and I'm weeping with joy at my what now seems weekly habit of acquiring a gf guava empanadas at one of the best brick and mortar vegan bakeries! The gentleman running the front is great with answering my questions and there's way too much to try out here as they have a pillowy soft brioche bread )that I'm avoiding eye contact with) and even challah bread loafs! There's cookies, tarts, and various varieties of the savory treats too! There's just so much to try and I don't think there's a Toluca Bakery Anonymous group yet so...it looks like I'm going to keep this addiction. LOL

I'm vegan and needed a cake for my birthday. Browsed a lot and contacted a couple places, Toluca Bakery was the most responsive, helpful and with good prices. My tiramisu cake was ready when they said it would, looked great and everyone at my party liked it!

I stumbled upon this incredible bakery while waiting for my cheeseburger from Jack's Burger stand out front. I grabbed a box of random pastries and absolutley loved each one. It wasn't until my next visit that I realized it's a Vegan bakery! Honestly, I couldn't even tell the difference! Delicious pastries and fantastic service. Highly recommend!!

Love this place! It's an all vegan Mexican bakery and I'm here for it! The have have a big selection of pan...my favorite is and has always has been is the piggy so I always get one of those. And no trip is complete without getting some fresh homemade tamales. Verdes are my absolute fav. This place is so good and authentic that my Tia's were surprised when I told them it's all vegan. Great, friendly service and a convenient parking lot to boot.

Hi Chris , the vegan and gluten free section is more expensive than just the vegan section. Depending on what you get could be $1-3 difference

    Any gluten free pastries?

Yes, they have a whole dedicated area to gluten-free pastries. My fiancé is gluten-free and vegan and he had tons of options.

They do. They have an Instagram page that shows their different pastries.

    Do you have champurrado?

    Sorry we don’t serve champurrado

Do they make dairy-free birthday cakes?

My son didn't make a reservation because it was a Wednesday night and he didn't think it would be crowded. But with 5 adults and a baby carriage, we had to wait for the right table because the somewhat small restaurant was full. We soon got a good spot and ordered the shrimp ceviche and the pan fried dumplings for appetizers. The ceviche was served on a bed of crispy noodles and it was refreshing and satisfying. The dumplings were crispy, not greasy, and flavorful. For dinner, we got 2 orders of japchae and 3 orders of bibimbap. With 2 Korean-born children and having visited the country, those are among our family's favorite dishes. And they did not disappoint. The japchae noodles were just right. They were not too firm and not too soft and well-seasoned. With a mixture of veggies, meat, mushrooms, eggs, and that delectable sauce, the bibimbap tickled and satiated the tastebuds. I told the server there was a birthday at the table and she brought out an excellent creme brulee with a candle in it. My husband and I didn't pay the bill. But the prices were reasonable with most of the entrees costing less than $20 each. We have four more days in town and may very well make another visit to indulge in that scrumptious food.

Tucked away in an unexpected corner of North Hollywood, you walk through the entrance and suddenly feel as though you've been transported to a breathtaking Italian garden. The ambiance is absolutely magical and easily ranks among my top 10 dining experiences in Southern California. I've been coming here for well over a decade, and it has never lost its charm. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a romantic date night, meeting friends for brunch, or simply treating yourself to an unforgettable meal, Ca' Del Sole delivers every single time. The food is exceptional. Every dish is beautifully prepared with the quality, elegance, and attention to detail you'd expect from an upscale restaurant in France or Italy--but at prices that are surprisingly reasonable. It's rare to find a restaurant that feels this luxurious without the luxury price tag. Their brunch is outstanding, dinner is absolutely spectacular, and every meal feels like an occasion. The service is equally impressive. It's not unusual to spot an A-list celebrity dining here, but what I love most is that everyone is treated like a VIP. The hospitality is warm, genuine, and consistently exceptional. The staff has a way of making every guest feel welcome, appreciated, and completely taken care of. I especially love the beautiful cabanas and garden patio. It's one of those places where you find yourself lingering because you simply don't want the experience to end. Honestly, part of me wants to keep Ca' Del Sole a secret so I can always get a table--but restaurants this special deserve to be celebrated. If you're looking for incredible food, world-class service, unforgettable ambiance, and one of the most romantic dining experiences in Los Angeles, this is the place. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back, and if I could, I'd happily celebrate every special occasion here.

The roti was highly recommended, and although I've enjoyed roti before, nothing has come close to this version. I thought it was too sweet for me and it didn't taste like most Pad Thais I've had or come to expect, but it was still okay. Veggie Rolls - This is pretty much salad/lettuce in a spring roll, and the peanut sauce is what makes it delicious. Not very large or filling, but good if you want some side greens. If you have a peanut allergy, skip these because they're kinda boring without the sauce. Panang Curry with Filet Mignon and added Japanese Pumpkin - This was a good dish! The steak was cooked a little too well for my liking, but it was generous in portion and the sauce was really flavorful. I was glad I added the pumpkin. Filet Mignon Pho - Not my favorite pho ever, but I liked that they offered Thai and Vietnamese options. When I ordered online, I didn't see in the description that it included bean sprouts or basil and that I had to order them for $2 each. I like my pho with every dang thing, so I spent the extra $4. The items did already come with the pho, plus I got an extra bag that I didn't really need to order. The steak was thinly sliced and tender, I just wish there was more of it. Salmon Rolls - These are pretty heavy, the fresh salmon is fried on the outside and rare on the inside. They come with a few dipping sauces, including a spicy mustard that I liked. Thai Tea Caramel Creme - This is honestly the reason I order from here. I am a damn fiend for Thai Tea-flavored desserts, and I crave this one all the time. It has a rich, velvety texture and a strong Thai tea flavor. I have thought of stopping by just to order this, and I probably will. Our orders have always been ready on time, although I can't speak for any dining-in experience, and I think it's a little pricier than other Thai restaurants. The website is just a little wonky... I like that everything is customizable in just about every way, and there are pictures of most items, but the pho order wasn't clear about what it would come with, and some of the upcharges are higher than they should be. However, I will come back for that Thai tea dessert because I've fallen in love.

From my first call to restaurateur Eric to make a reservation earlier in the week, the experience was as warm and personable as can be. Within minutes of our arrival, we were greeted by co-restaurateur Antonio, and we instantly felt like family at the beautiful, private table they had thoughtfully reserved for us by the window. Our wonderful server, Jessica, made the night even brighter. We started with some Peach Puree Bellini Prosecco that was crisp, refreshing, and beyond amazing. The food arrived with impressive speed, but the quality was truly second to none. My wife absolutely loved the special of the night--a Tiger Shrimp and Asparagus Linguini--and my Angus Beef Bolognese with savory short rib ragu was easily the best I've ever had. Antonio and Jessica checked on us frequently, chatting about the day and the amazing history of the restaurant. This was NOT just a night out at a "restaurant." This was quite literally getting together with family and having the time of our lives. Prosecco Trattoria is not "just another place to eat"--it is now our favorite home away from home for artfully prepared food and drinks. To Eric, Antonio, and Jessica: thank you for welcoming us into your family for such a special milestone!

Everyone was extremely lovely and complimented us. Walking up we thought we would have been turned away. I would recommend this place heavily to anyone in the area the amazing food topped off the experience.

The space itself is charming, with options to sit indoors for a warm, rustic ambiance, at the bar for a more lively vibe, or out on the patio for a relaxed, al fresco feel. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, genuinely welcoming. The food is where this place truly shines. Every pasta dish tastes fresh, rich, and made with intention--perfectly cooked noodles paired with flavorful, well-balanced sauces. A special touch that doesn't go unnoticed: the complimentary garlic bread. Served warm, buttery, and perfectly crisp on the outside. Overall, this restaurant proves that you don't need a large space to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Between the high-quality dishes, inviting atmosphere, and standout service, it's a place you'll find yourself wanting to return to again and again.

The bruschetta chicken was juicy and flavorful. The pasta with it was light and delicious. The chicken parm was quite good, but the bolognese sauce was the star of the meal. This was one of our favorite meat sauces we've had in quite a while. We finished the meal with a complimentary budino that our server brought to us as first time guests. The butterscotch flavor was light and creamy, so good! It was the perfect sweet treat to end the meal. Service was very good, our primary server was on top of things and the other people helped him out as well. Manager checked on us too. The restaurant is fairly small and was pretty full. From the outside, it's very unassuming but inside was nice and felt cozy.
